Order pizza approx 5:45 pm with pickup time 18:30. Picked up the pizza approx 18:15 when received message ready to collect. Got home 5 mins later and then pizza was cold. They had obviously cooked the pizza early and it had been sitting around. Godawful.

If I could put 0 stars I would. It doesn't come when it's supposed to, and the customer service when you telephone is atrocious. Would not recommend.

My son applied for a job,got the job,did everything they asked ,then suddenly no job,we complained got a blank look,emailed head office they passed it onto hr,still nothing,how are young people supposed to get on the work ladder with this kind of trestmen!!! Will never go there again

Called to query something and a girl called Amy answered the phone, after being very rude and blunt toward me she eventually hung up. Disgusting attitude and customer service. Will never order from here again.

New York pizza in unreal. Bit weird when you’re sat in though.. I felt out of place & it’s nothing to do with the restaurant. Asian women were waited to be seated & were shown where to sit but would not sit on a table next to a white man sat with his partner?

Woodhead Road Centre 27 Leisure ParkVisited many times before lockdown. Decided to visit after an afternoon show at the Grand. This visit very poor. 4 of us.1 Starter of bread took 45 minutes to arrive. Mains 90 minutes. Asked what was happening. Short staffed. The Take Away people were in and out of the door whilst we were sat there twiddling our thumbs. Food was ok when it arrived. The waitress was apologetic and sorted a bottle of wine on the house. Sorry guys but that’s the last time we will be visiting.
