Had a roast dinner today, it was average at best and for £40 for both of us, we didn't feel like it was either quality or quantity. Don't recommend and won't be returning.

Top class food, always piping hot, although delivery always takes longer than specified which doesn't matter when you see the size of the portions and quality of food.

My foods always amazing from here recently ordered a smash burger and expected patties but that's on me, cow meats pig is the one and the cheesey garlic hot dog

No details of gluten free plus never answer their phone ridiculous

Don't normally do reviews , but the burgers and roasts from this place are ridiculous. Honestly smashing it out the park time after time , exceptional . Thankyou keep up the good work A*

When you can get food its fantastic but the last 4 times I've tried to order takeaway or collection then app or website not working or the payment system is down. Last 2 times because I know how good the food is I have gone to the shop to order and collect and both times staff less than helpful saying the wait is too long so I have left without food. I'm sadly giving up, despite really wanting to order from them regularly, they haven't made it possible never mind easy. I'm Gutted ***It's been a long time but I keep thinking about how good their food is so tried again tonight. Placed an order on their app. the order confirmed it had gone through and gave me an authorisation code. Wait 70 mins not ideal but at least I knew before I ordered. Over 2 hours later I phoned only to have them say they hadn't received my order. I could order over the phone but it would be an hour wait. No apology, no trying to speed it up as their app had failed and already waited 2 hours, so once again no food for me. That really was (disappointingly) the last attempt at using them. So silly, they need to sort out their app and customer service. Thankfully, despite the app telling me it had, it had not taken any money or it would have been a very different conversation going on.

Finally a decent burger place in Weston, can’t believe we didn’t try it before. I thought burger barn was bad before I tried this place, now I think they should have their food license revoked 😂 all compliments, two very satisfied customers, thank you. :)

Roast dinner consisted of Frozen vegetables, and frozen potatoes. Instant mashed pota to The meat was lovely and so was the Yorkshire pudding . I won't be ordering again

Me and my partner get roasts here most Sundays and they are absolutely delicious. A little annoying u have to pay £5 for cauliflower cheese as these days it's a standard thing to have on a roast but it's worth it coz it's so tasty. The meat is always perfect and u get a generous amount of everything. Would highly recommend

Ordered a Sunday roast. Delivery driver opened my back door and was half way in home. Frientened the life out of me. I phoned 3 times and asked to speak to manager and each time told not there but would leave a message, never bothered to return call to apologise or see how I was. I phoned Police and had a visit next day, explained to them what had happened, showed them back door where driver was entering. Female officer could have been mistaken for a porch. I opened back door to show it wasn't a porch and a back door to property. They said would I like them to visit dolphin square kitchen and speak to them, to which I said yes. Heard nothing back from Police or owner of dolphin square kitchen. Disgraceful how this happened and owner of business obviously doesn't care about customers. No empathy,care or consideration for anyone. Be aware if having a delivery, owner will definitely blame the delivery company 100%. Thing is he hired the company to work for him, so passing the buck won't work. Shocking customer service, none excistent. I would rate a zero but have to put atleast 1 star.

Just recieved our delivery 2 lamb roasts and cauli cheese. What can we say best take away roast I have ever had! Portion size brilliant, everything hot and tastes great. Plus delivery was 15 mins early 5 star don't often leave reviews but felt I had too with this 👍

I was skeptical about ordering a roast dinner from what seems to be a burger and hot dog sort of place. Thought it would taste like Gandhi's flip flop, because I thought it would've dried out under a heat lamp for hours. I was pleasantly surprised. It was banging. Had the roast lamb. Came with all the trimmings you could want. Defo having it again when I get the chance.

Not rating the atmosphere - it's a takeaway venue. We came down for the week and had a burger and a hot dog together with some loaded fries on the Monday. Absolutely stunning quality, fresh buns, gorgeous dog, loads of crispy onions, and the loaded fries, not normally my thing, but they were fantastic. Actual edible loaded fries with an insane amount of toppings. A short while to wait for the food as we heard everything being cooked fresh. We did come back in on the Saturday but unfortunately they had run out of most stock as they were closing for a week. Keep up the great work!

Sister is in hospital on a drip on day 6 of severe food poisoning after eating the hunters chicken loaded fries Saturday night, we suspect undercooked chicken salmonella poisoning as she is severely ill do not order from here.

I visited this restaurant today for the first time. The front door is knackered not a great start! Very stiff and difficult to close, not a problem I know if the food is good. Two women were having a chat when I entered one was a delivery person the other worked in the kitchen and quickly disappeared into the kitchen when I approached the counter. I waited at the front to be served. The delivery woman said don’t worry someone will be with you soon. I waited…..& waited. I man came to serve me. I asked for a burger and how long it would take. He said it would be 15-20 minutes due to lots of orders already placed. No one else was waiting for an order. I left without placing my order. I won’t go back because they don’t value my custom at all. The delivery woman looked like she couldn’t wait to get home to smoke the dragon and the takeaway didn’t make me feel welcome at all. All I anted was a burger, the menu looks good but why couldn’t they do better with their walkins. I went over the Rudd to a Chinese takeaway, they served me instantly I had my meal in 5 minutes

Really enjoyed. First time ordering tonight. Not going to win any awards for calorie counting/weight loss.... but absolute comfort food and very tasty. Thanks!

Wow! After suffering with a migraine for a couple of days and not eating properly, I knew I needed a decent meal. This was the best decision I've made! Amazing food, friendly service, piping hot on arrival and great price! Thank you! Will definitely be recommending and eating here again.

Great hotdog, peri fries a little salty without sauce, milkshake had sweets in it, would have preferred strawberries. Would def eat here again

Wow, just amazing. We're very spoiled in W-S-M as there are a lot of decent takeaways to choose from but these guys blow them out of the water. My favourites are their nachos and Mexican burger, out of this world delicious and always hot, tasty and filling. I'm a nacho fiend and literally find myself day-dreaming about theirs, DSK's the only place I've found that does them real justice! The best of the best. Thanks guys!

Delicious food, good portion sizes for a very good and reasonable price. The staff go above and beyond here, especially the lovely lady who always takes our order over the phone. The last time we ordered we had a slight issue with our order being delivered to the wrong place (people make mistakes) the staff were so kind and helpful and super quick at resolving the issue and crediting us money on our order placed tonight. I would definitely recommend the biscoff milkshake if your a fan of biscoff, it’s the BEST thing ever!!!! But honestly couldn’t fault this restaurant. The staff are brilliant, food is always incredible and piping hot when delivered, the delivery drivers are also very friendly and food is always delivered on time, and when placing the orders they say to call back if it’s not arrived within the time frame. Thank you again for always making it an enjoyable experience ordering from you guys and keep up the amazing service!

Takeaway roast dinner on a Sunday are excellent, I take them into work when I do a late shift on a Sunday. My workmates are like kids at Christmas waiting for me to get in with their meals! 👍

Delicious food, would only say the wait time should be more accurate for collection. They didn't stop when i was waiting so I can see why it's a longer wait. Food was totally worth the wait, will be back!!

Best "Takeaway" Burger I've ever had. Milkshake was spot on too. Worth every penny, the delivery was super quick aswell. 10/10.

Turned me away, told me they were closing and they were still open 5-10 mins later. Bad business if you ask me.

Visited today as we waited at another chip shop queue and wasn't even acknowledged by staff, so glad we went here instead. It was empty, which seemed silly as it's literally a minute or two walk from the pier. Our waitress, whose name i didn't get but she's brunette, was lovely. We had three lots of cod and chips. Fish was cooked well, chips were crispy and everything was very reasonable priced. I've been here before a few years ago when I lived in Weston, food was great then, so the place is very consistent.

Must go for a breakfast again soon as possible will order a home delivery soon

One of my favourite places for lunch, lovely roast dinners, meat not too thick and veg cooked right not soggy, my parents love it too! Especially as they are both on their 70s and get a great OAP special offer. We eat here often and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff and nice decor!

Had a delivery from here for the second time and on both occasions it has been spot on and we will definitely be using Dolphin Square Kitchen in the future. Our first delivery was on a lazy (and slightly hungover) Sunday afternoon and we ordered two roast lamb dinners, there was an hour to wait between order and delivery which was fine and the food arrived on the dot and at all times throughout we could watch on the laptop screen the progress of our order so no worries about communication. When the food arrived there was plenty of it and all cooked to perfection and even a few sachets of mint sauce to boot. Enjoyed every bit of it. The second delivery was a jacket potato with cheese and the most delicious bacon we'd tasted in a very long time, we'll be ordering extra bacon next time and a steak and kidney pie, mash and mushy peas with beef gravy. Everything cooked to perfection and arrived piping hot and this time 20 minutes earlier than originally estimated and due to the excellent progress tracker we knew exactly when the food would arrive. As the review title says, as yet we can't fault the place and when we are next in town for something to eat we will be going to Dolphin Square Kitchen to sample their all day breakfast!!!

Is there any body out there that is a lawyer that would help me to sue this company as this is the 4th time this year they've taken my money and then cancelled the order because they've decided to close early!

This day, instead of our usual jacket potato, we ordered the Xmas lunch of turkey and accompanying veg. The vegetables were varied and in plentiful supply, plus we had Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and roast potatoes, but I'm sad to say the turkey didn't come up to scratch for me. The two slices were paper thin and there was a quantity of gristle which hadn't been trimmed off. So I was a touch disappointed today. Also, and I must make a point of this, the toilets which are very cramped (gents and ladies shoulder to shoulder, you might say) are also quite smelly. This situation has never improved during our many visits to Dolphin Square Kitchen. Something must be done about it! It is sadly in need of a freshener!

This waitress called Emma was very great at customer service and left me a great experience , very polite and made sure i had everything i needed to enjoy my food. Big Thanks and Well Done.

Sooo waited more than hour for a beef roast dinner, mash potatoes was lumpy, carrots under cooked, potatoes taste like of brunt cooking tray, gravy was watery. The only thing that was actually okay was the beef. Not worth the money/wait.

We had a day trip to weston and found this little cafe. Was small but found a table for 4 easily. The staff were polite courteous and quick to serve, food was excellent and price was amazing. Cant wait to go back in warmer weather

As we live locally have been before but lately every time we come it's closed. Has it closed for winter? If so put a sign up please. Hence 2 stars otherwise food is 5 stars.

I only manage to eat here in the summer, as its closed a lot in winter, and doesn't open at the opening times.

Well worth a visit food is lovely. Nice atmosphere, would definately recommend paying a visit when visiting Weston Super Mare.

We love this restaurant first class food very clean and the owners are very polite and would cook what you like. Price is really good and you get a good size portion for your money. My husband and I will not eat any where else. We really love this restaurant

Found this by chance, and what a find.Service was Fantastic, even though it was busy.Food was amazing, I had lasagne & salad, best home made lasagne I’ve had.(apart from my own) . The others had fish & chips which all agreed were good and cheaper than the fish shop on sea front.Prices were really good. Will certainly visit when in Weston again.

Went here with my friend and we ordered the same dishes (huge jacket potato with beans and cheese, salad and coleslaw) plus tea and coffee. The whole bill came to only £12.95. Marvellous value as the meals were more than satisfying! This cafe is very clean and well run, furnished with many tables for four persons. The toilets are a little cramped, otherwise I would have awarded five stars.

We were all very hungry and desperate for the loo... prices are quite expensive really however the food was lovely and portion size was good.

We ate at this cafe last week after arriving off the train in Weston-super-Mare. It was 11am so too early for lunch, but we were all hungry having had an early start to catch the train. We passed this cafe and were lured in by the sign "£10 for 2 large breakfasts".

I've eaten here before, so ordered the crab sandwich which came with fries and a salad. Very disappointed indeed that the crab was off - looking inside the sandwich, the crab was grey in colour. It has put me off going for something to eat here ever again as they should never have served anything that was obviously off.

So glad I missed the bus. I discovered this lovely café just a minute walk from seafront. It’s opposite the cinema, pier side of big wheel. I ordered Lasagna with garlic bread and salad. Delighted when it arrived to see and taste an inviting freshly prepared meal. The salad had more than just a few lettuce leaves. Garlic bread was perfect. The menu offered a good selection of hot meals, sandwiches/baguettes. The cakes looked tempting too. Staff friendly and helpful. I can only say, ‘I’ll be back’ with husband.

Not a lot to say really. A good basic cafe. Very reasonably price. Service is cheerful. Serve a good full English Breakfast and a smaller version. Wonder why there are always baked beans on the plate? And whatever happened to fried bread?

Ordered 2 meals at 7 45, had an email almost instantly informing me that they would need 10 mins more to complete the order so delivery time would be 8 50..ok it's Saturday night expect a little delay. So 9pm comes, so try to ring the number on their website and it's not in service..great just gets better.

Ordered a carvery delivery for 18.30 on 23rd of June but it didn't arrive , spoke to some one on phone who said it had been delivered but must of gone to wrong address so I asked for a refund and he said ok but still not received my refund even though he said he would deliver my refund himself .So sorry I will not be ordering again.

Visited the Dolphin Square Kitchen this afternoon with my wife and daughter. We have walked passed this eatery a number of times. I had the pork baguette with stuffing : apple sauce and gravy - very tasty. My wife had the jacket potato, salad and chilli con carne - she explained it was 10 out of 10. My daughter had jacket potato with cheese & beans and salad. For dessert my daughter had very generous double chocolate gateau with cream. We hope to visit again soon.

I ordered stake and kidney pie with chips and peas when my meal arrived I had realised the steak in the pie was cold in the middle there for I took my meal to the man serving me and went and microwaved it AGAIN.when my meal arrived again the chips were soggy as the wholemeal has been microwaved a 2nd time. Not impressed i recommend you should go else where.

Visted this restaurant yesterday with my husband (He fancied a cooked breakfast). Saw the board outside advertising 2 big breakfast for a tenner - this included either tea, coffee or fruit juice. Although it was lunchtime the deal seems to last all day and my word, what a breakfast! Everything was nicely cooked and presented and the portions were huge! Would thoroughly recommend this kitchen for anyone wanting good food and value for money. Will definitely go there again.

Took my Dad for a roast beef dinner it was just what we hoped for crispy roast potatoes and parsnips, good slices of beef that were definitely not boiled in a bag, Yorkshire pud and fresh veg perfectly cooked and an extra jug of gravy. Great price and good food! Lovely cafe too my dad was so impressed will definitely be back!

Today I tried my first roast dinner and all I can say is delicious. A complete roast dinner but not just a dinner, four veg, mash, roasts, Yorkshire, plenty of meat, stuffing and gravy.

Very pleasant, small cafe nestled peacefully a short walk away from the beach. Good food and service.
