Haven't been here for a while. But really enjoyed it.

Lovely pub had great improvements recently with extended garden and decoration. Great selection of alcohol aswell a great local pub!

This pub does not exist... the address is just to a housing estate and there is no pub on the road at all.

Great sports bar came in to watch the football match on Sunday had a chicken burger and the fries were great nice and hot. We will definitely come here again to watch the sport staff very good and attentive.

Recently moved to the area and this has become my go to pub. Welcoming, friendly staff with a great atmosphere to watch all my favourite matches. Often have live bands on too which is always a good night out!!

This pub is the closest to my house. I have used it over the years on an off. I regularly go in the daytime for work meetings. I’m always met with friendly staff.

£4.90 for a Thatcher's Gold when it's available for £3.30 elsewhere. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Tbh didn't even know this pub was here it seemed alright, wasn't full of inbred mongs who want to lynch you for being an "outsider"

The observatory has turned into an amazing and welcoming pub since the new mangers have took over 6 months ago. The entertainment is superb. The managers are friendly and will always go out their way to make everyone feel welcome nothing is to much trouble.

After witnessing the landlady speak to a customer is such a disgusting manner I will never return. Swearing and calling names. I was shocked and soon left. Absolutely shocking behaviour from the landlady. Swearing and shouting, calling names. No need to verbally abuse a customer in front of everybody.

My go to pub whenever I'm in Weston-Super-Mare. The best family run pub in the area. Landlady/ Landlord top tier, staff are bubbly and polite ( especially the lovely Denleigh ) atmosphere is always fantastic. Guaranteed a good day and night.

Absolutely wonderful place to go to, the new owners are lovely and so friendly, very low prices, the small samples off the food are absolutely amazing! The place looks stunning with the lights and its lovely to see a pool table in here for the locals. Decorated really well. Super happy and thank you for being so lovey, really appreciate it. I love The Observatory because not only are the Landlord and Landlady respectable but they love their customers either local or from afar. As a customer I love mingling with folk that I don’t know and even when I suffer the spells of anxiety which I do it’s always good to meet new people. The customer is always right as is said in verbal communication and that I know. The Observatory is a wonderful place and I recommend others to visit.

Started using this pub recently after many years of avoiding it. New landlord is very friendly and the beer is good. Nice to see it has improved. Hope they do well here as its a pleasure to visit now.

Fantastic supply of Thatchers Gold, Bar staff very friendly managers Andy and Lou can't do enough to make you feel welcome, and hopefully the kitchen will get a refit soon to enhance the pub with great food

No sports and no food but I love the fact its an old fashioned local where everyone is greeted with a smile, whether they are regulars or not. Beer lines are well looked after and glasses/tables etc are always clean, only observation would be the toilets could do with a refurb.

Nice pub no food but staff welcoming

Understandable that it's covid still and table service is still a must , I've never seen a pub that cannot handle less than 20 people inside and not serve everyone I was sat outside being completely ignored after 20+ mins of waiting for a drink I just decided to leave its like they didn't want my money. Basically if your not a regular or know the workers or landlord don't bother because you won't get served The parish pump and summerhouse can handle this a lot better and I'd reccomend anywhere but here

We have bento The Observatory for 3 meals sicelockdown waded, a different meal each time. We have loved the food and the service. We look forward to going again soon.

Just had a fantastic lunch at the Observatory pub in Worle. They have just started serving food 😃, which the previous owners had stopped ☹️,I had a light bites steak and salad - delicious perfectly cooked steak with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and sweet pepper. It was more that I had expected and absolutely yummy! Friends had ham, eggs and chips and they scraped their plates too as it was so good. I hope more people start using this pub for food. I've also just heard they are open for breakfast Monday, Tuesday and Fridays and on a Tuesday it's toddlers morning where toddlers eat free!

Called in and received a warm welcome from the new Landlady and her husband. They have now started to do food all very good with a good choice of gins!!!! Very friendly place. Look forward to the next disco night. Keep up the good work Claire and Gareth.
