Best food in Crawley, yes they get busy and yes they can only cater for so many but what do you expect? It’s the best food around there will be demand

Ordered on the website, and received a call no more than 5 mins later saying we could collect our food, probably the nicest burger that I can remember, superb ingredients and so fresh, well worth the money. My new favourite place to eat 10/10

Our team frequently comes to Dolphin Deli when working in the business park nearby. We've worked our way through the menu and the Moroccan Falafel & Halloumi salad is the team's favourite. Great service and value. See you again next week!

Had my first Dolphin Deli on Monday and I can probably say that’s the chicken burger I had in a while. After all the hype from my sister and brother in law, I wasn’t disappointed. Now can’t wait to get my next one.. Freshly made burger, the chicken still steaming hot, and crispy hash brown full of flavour... hmmmm

Always visit this place when i have to go to Crawley, Best Philly cheese steak ive ever had, The owner even remembers my order now and i only visit maybe 4 times a year.... Ive read the reviews about bad service but i have yet to experience this and ive been returning to the Dolphin Deli for about 4 years now

I describe this to my colleagues as a glamourous burger van. It serves burgers as well as sandwiches, chips and cakes. It is reasonably priced and has benches to sit and eat your meal on. The food is great and most of the staff are very friendly however the man that owns it appears to be very rude to customers, particularly when he is stressed. We had to wait 45 mins for a bacon baguette and chips. Note: Do not go on a friday lunchtime! The rude man was telling customers to go away because he wasn't taking any more orders. It's the corporate orders that take over on fridays. It would be better if these were prepared elsewhere separately to individuals who actually take the time to walk to the burger van on their lunch break.

I’ve always been very hard to please when it comes eating on go, but this place has got it right friendly service and food made with pride. The menu is very accommodating fresh made cold sandwiches or steak and cheese sandwiches to the most amazing chicken wraps which once eaten you’ll be addicted. The guys were happy to talk me thought the menu to make sure I could have what I wanted. The most important thing is value for money And good portion size. I’ll definitely be going back again.

To follow on from my last review, again I find myself just giving up. Tried to call through our order between 09:00-10:00 and gave up on the idea of breakfast. We decided to wait for lunchtime to eat and I thought I'd call at 11:00 to place an order for pick up around 12:00. It's now 11:50 and after numerous attempts to call in a fairly large order from the office we have given up all hope of getting our order through. My call log shows 14 attempts this morning for breakfast and lunch combined. If you are allowing phone call orders, please answer the phone or look at an online app for ordering. You must be loosing so much money with orders you aren't getting. That said......we are all off to Subway !!!!

I'm a bit of a foodie and have eaten from a lot of burger vans but the dolphin deli give you better options. The burgers and all meats are of a far superior quality to any fast food establishment in close vicinity. Sometimes you do have to wait a little longer because they are so busy and it's worth the wait. I would never eat from another food van in crawley. The dolphin is by far the best in quality and flavour in my opinion. it has ample sauces and is spotless. Well done to all at the dolphin deli for taking fast food to the next level.

I've probably eaten here around 5 times. First off the food in general is really good, big helpings of fairly good quality food. They have an extensive menu of interesting sandwiches and burgers to choose from and when they can coordinate themselves properly it's all good, particularly the curly fries and burgers. On a weekday lunch time however all hell breaks loose. I have tried several different ways of ordering. Once we phoned in the order, arrived and they had no recollection of said order. A few times I have stood in line and ordered, usually waiting around 45 minutes for the food. Another time a work order was placed and they simply forgot my sandwich. If properly managed they could be an even bigger success but from my own experiences they have a business structure that isn't working. If you compare the waiting times to the other various fried goods vans around the industrial estate you find the usual waiting time on a weekday lunch can range between 5 minutes to maybe 15 minutes maximum. If you have a spare hour or more to spend during lunch to get your food then this is the place for you.

Where to start. Myself and 5 colleagues visit the Dolphin Deli every Friday. We've tried other options, Charlies, Deliveroo and M&S lunches but non compare. For the price you pay you will not find better quality tasting food in such quantities. The menu has something for everyone (we have a part time vegan in our group, and even they can be pleased) I would 100% recommend a visit if you're in the area, if you work in the area and haven't been yet, well shame on you.

Love this place and the food is ALWAYS !!! great. However, if you call at lunchtime the service drops. I know they get busy, as they should as the food is fab, but I rang today and was told by the lady to hold or call back as she had around 10 people in front of her to order in person. I held for so long after hearing around 5 or 6 orders being taken, then called straight back and told again there was 10 waiting, I held for a while and then hung up and called again a minute later to be told again there was still 10 to place orders. Come, don't forget those on the phone, we are repeat customers as well !!! if you don't want phone orders don't offer it to your customers. I know you take large orders, but just do that online and lose the phone if you're not going to answer it. Really disappointed today !!!!!

Excellent fresh food and lovely staff. Was recommended whist waiting at Mercedes and very good indeed.

I use Dolphin Deli, almost every day, I am quite fussy about my food but Tanj & Rachael, always bend over backwards to make my burgers, salad boxes & omelettes, exactly how I like it. They do get extremely busy at lunch times, so understandably they stop doing certain foods, like omelettes but thats only happened once. Their food is always clean & tasty and Really enjoy the banter, whilst waiting for my food. Michael, Tanj & Rachael, always smiling and friendly. I recommend their deli. It's not your usual burger van... it's classier.

Been working in Crawley for over two years and visit this place at least once a week. There is a great range of great food from burgers to salads and everything in between. I would thoroughly recommend the Grattan especially with a bit of bacon.

The food and the people at Dolphin Deli are great and friendly with a family feel. I've been eating here over the last few years and can say the quality, taste and variety is tremendous. I am always suprised by the food as it tastes wonderful. I recommend the specials and if you like your cheese and ham toastie have a go. It's the best cheese and ham toastie i've ever had!

On arrival at 11:30, the owner informed us rudely that ''unless you have a slot booked, I will not talk to you for at least an hour''. This was not the customer service we were expecting and as a result of this, we will not be returning in an hour.....or indeed ever.

Whenever I'm working in Crawley i visit this place without fail. The food is amazing,and excellent quality.

Very slow poor service for average food, if you have the an hour to wait then it may be worth your while - first and last visit, shame i'd not remembered to pack my own lunch.

I've been coming to the Dolphin Deli for over 1n1/2 years and I can honestly say, its the very best that you will find( trust me,I'm a lorry driver so I've tried quite a few ). I started going there for myself but work colleagues soon got involved and were hooked. Great food,service and banter. Yes,it does get busy but isn't that a great sign of popularity? (Phone your order thru and book a time is my best advice) Fresh food ,cooked to order and always great specials. The donner special is better than most kebabs I've had and the new weds special of the roast baguette is a real deal closer. There is truly a treat for all tastes. From the humble bacon sarnie,Full English, to burgers or chicken variations and vegetarian.Tanju,Rachel and Mike are a great team and serve great food that all other places should live up to.

Recientemente se ha renovado. Anteriormente lo dan a la carretera ahora está frente a la acera, que es mucho más seguro. El aparcamiento no es ideal, ya que es una calle principal y un montón de vehículos de servicio pesado. La comida es buena y a la hora del almuerzo es larga la espera, pero vale la pena.

Need a quick snack or an excellent full takeaway then go to the dolphin deli. Been going here for a number of years for a lunch time snack. The service is always friendly and the food tastes great.

Food takes so long to be cooked, I get its "fresh" but your there 15mins for a breakfast roll, parking is a nightmare as its all double yellows & trucks & vans just get dumped anywhere.makes the road a bit of a hazard

Excelente relación calidad-precio y el personal es muy educado. La mayoría de todo era fresco, si solo los otros furgonetas carretera seguido este ethos. No muy concurrido y tuvimos que esperar, pero bueno no se puede todo.

Purchased from here twice... both times orders were completely wrong and overpriced for what I received. Very disappointing and my family are distraught!

This place never ever fails to deliver. Whether you are looking for a hearty breakfast to start the day, a tasty and delicious lunch or a quick freshly ground coffee on the go. With a variety of mouth watering specials changing every day along with a huge menu full of good quality food for a very reasonable price, puts every other ' burger van ' to shame. Went there a week ago and ordered a chicken burger with bbq sauce, cheese and onion rings. And it tasted spot on! The staff are very friendly and was not a long wait at all for my food and prices were spot on. I will definitely be going back there again :)

This not just a burger van although they are very good, check out the specials they are superb and great value. Every thing you need and great value, and always busy that's the acid test, it's no accident you don't stay that busy for that many years with out serving good food

This has to the be the best food truck in the area. The guys running this really take pride over what they are selling which puts it above and beyond the standard food van burgers and chips. If you visit here you have to have the special, no matter what it is it will be good. Make sure you book it in advance because they sell out quick.

It's very obvious that the people who run this food truck takes pride with what they produce. The menu is beyond the standard burgers and chips. They have been around for 20 years and they are well respected in the Manor Royal community, I thoroughly think they deserve a mention. Some of their delights include Dolphin Club Sandwich, Hell Fire BBQ Chicken and A Wreck. Today I had the Philly Cheesesteak, it was a satisfying lunch, it can be improved if the baguette was slightly toasted. Mind you, for £4.20, it was great value for money.
