Good place, awesome vibe and Best English Breakfast in London. We been in Londnon about a week and we found this place. We just wanted to eat there everyday. Stuff just perfect and helpful. Food - you just need to try it. I promise - you will not regret it.

Firstly this establishment is Halal and I feel they should be clear about this on the menu/website. The eggs Benedict was served with hard boiled eggs and I had to send it back. The muffins were minuscule and not toasted, mushrooms just about warm but I didn’t want to send it back again. Some of the party opted for full English. The food came out staggered and not everyone got what they asked for. When the bread wasn’t toasted properly I knew this wasn’t t the place for me. I did get the feeling I was paying for the wacky interior decor and the colourful pretty dishes rather than good quality or portion size.

Fast service, generous portions, and the burgers were good (chicken/vegetarian). The only downside: no beer.

Had a lovely dinner at Palki. Fully halal restaurant, well priced and the portions are mid sized. Food was lovely and fresh. I found their (Bengali) curries lighter, milder and slightly sweeter compared to indian or pakistani ones. Im giving it 4* food wise only because lamb was a little tough and chewy and curry was filled with large onion junks, which are not my personal favourite. Garlic Naan was delightful and so was their fluffy rice. The uncles there are so friendly and kind and i liked how calm and quiet it was in the restaurant.

Our stay at Egerton House Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in, and our room was spotless with luxurious bedding. Angel W. (Concierge) assisted me in every aspect of my stay. She arranged tours, made theater, and restaurant reservations. She arranged car pick-ups and drop-offs for me. Angel arranged to have a breakfast care package along with coffee ready for us when we departed for a very early excursion. She placed my dinner order and arranged to have it delivered to my room, and it was ready for us when we arrived. She absolutely was amazing and truly made The Egerton House Hotel my home away from home. Her attention to detail was impecabble. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore everything on foot, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, as well as a la carte menu. I especially appreciated the personalized welcome note in my room - it really made me feel valued as a guest. A lit votive candle and bath salt were waiting for us after each turn-down service. I requested a fresh pot of coffee each morning at 5 a.m. and it was delivered to my room along with a smile. We will most definitely return to the Egerton House Hotel again!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, England.
