waffle was cold little chocolate. ice cream was melted. mint ice cream sundae was not nice then mint ice cream was poor quality not what you pay 8 pound for.

The Matilda cake is phenomenal, 100% recommend if you’re contemplating it. It’s a LOT of chocolate so maybe best shared, but the food is always 10/10 from here.

Honestly speaking no one should waste their money here first time ordering and the service is terrible I waited until the expected delivery time then proceeded to call the number provided which was on voicemails then I called the landline which I found off the internet after ringing 50 times someone finally answered and said wait a minute as he didn’t speak English ans couldn’t understand me I sat and waited for 10 minutes whilst listening to the other staff shout at each other I was then cut of

The packaging is just beautiful and is the USP of the business. The food was decent and is what I paid for. One improvement is that the sizes of the waffles are quite small compared to other waffle businesses. The chocolate and topping were kind of scarce and makes you consider if it was worth the price. Overall, I would give it a 7/10 because the look was excellent but the food has improvement needed.

Food was good just one complaint there was not enough strawberries on the waffle my poor kids were counting how many strawberries there were on the waffle thats the only complaint that i have

Answer ur damn phone ffs....its been 4 months and still no answer goddamn...i called just eat to see if i had the right number they gave me another one and even that dnt work wht the actual...hell are u guys scared of customer feed lback or something...as a customer im fuming that when i have people waiting for an order and i cant ask to see how long the order will take or if i need help with a order if its wrong... You guys charge £30 odd for a dream cake and u cant afford to get a working phone line behave will yah!!!!....pattern up...and give a damn about ur customers...

Delivery was 1hour 30mins late. Had to come out and look for my order. Delivery man claims he is short sighted and apologise for being late. icecream had melted. worst Delivery of dessert I ever had from this restaurant. Not sure why !

Dessert came very late which was disappointing. I tried calling the place various times but they never answered. The donuts and cookie dough were cold and I had to re heat them myself which ruined the taste. Overall I am very annoyed with my order and I won't be ordering again!

It took 2 hour and 35mins to deliver and it’s freezing cold and the milk cake his spilt in the bag, avoid guys waste of money!

strawberry green peel was found in the concrete cake, I took pictures. also tried calling the restaurant 3 times. twice on the 0121 number and once on a phone number.

Order arrived 35 minutes late, couldn't get in contact with restaurant. was told it was busy which is understandable. Home Alone Deal didn't arrive so have requested a refund. But the items themselves are delicious. not the first time a delivery has come late (waited two hours last time)

The order arrived after the maximum delivery time and I’m frustrated with the service I was provided. I tried to contact the restaurant 20 times and not a single time they answered. I want a full refund as the service was poor and there was no communication with the desert shop whatsoever.

Order never arrived! Tried calling restaurant several times to get an update on my order, but no answer. Line was busy a few times but most times it was ringing, but nobody bothered to answer. Really unpleasant experience as waited over an hour for the food. Poor and unreliable service. Won't be ordering from here again.

Just ordered on Uber eats and their buy one get one free deals are inaccurate. They don’t actually give you the deal. I spent over £20 and haven’t received my free cookie dough or my milkshake. I won’t be ordering again. I tried calling and the phone just keeps ringing.

Received the order with no straws, no cutlery. Cutlery was not a issue, but no straws for milkshakes. Try ringing the shop so I can collect the straws but no answer. PLEASE IN FUTURE GIVE STRAWS WITH THE MILKSHAKES.

Ordered Milk cake and it was the worst attempt at Tres Leches cake everrrrrrrrr. Yes Tres Leches is supposed to have a lot of milk to the point of being soggy but the cake I received was disintegrating from the milk.It looked and tasted like cold and super sugary porridge. If the cake has already had milk poured inside it what is the point of sitting it in a container also full of milk? Is it not better to put the extra milk in a small milk container for people to pour more at their discretion once they receive it. I had to throw it away after I struggled to eat it.

Delivery was estimated to be between 9.55pm and 10.10pm. Not only was the driver late, when I called the restaurant noone picked up and I got sent straight to voicemail.. After a few tries an automated response said that the phone has been switched off. I had no other way of contacting the restaurant.. Everything was so late it ended up soggy and cold.. Not a good choice on my part.. Won't be ordering from here again!

Ordered just now with my brother and also with my sister order last week. Honestly the most disgusting food experience (let alone deserts) I’ve ever had on Ubereats. Milkshakes flavourless (looking like raw concrete mixed with sand) also a bloody mocktail never even arrived. You guys can’t even send an order out correctly forget about the food being edible!! Will be warning everyone I know not to order from you guys as you don’t know how to make deserts or read an order and properly send out all the items correctly!🤢🤢

Ordered online thru Uber eats, defo wouldn’t recommend. Absolute rubbish. Overpriced af, and the food came an hour and a half late. My mocktail didn’t even arrive, pancakes came soaked and soggy from the what looked like rotten strawberry juice. Strawberries ontop looked like they were from the Egyptian era, the Nutella on the pancake looked like a pharaoh ramses the second himself put it on and let it wait thousands of years to fossilise on my pancake. 0/10 will never order again.

Inconsistent and standards gone down hill. Delivered me burnt waffle ! Tasted awful and was tough and hard ! This place used to be always great quality with high standards of presentation and quality! Clearly not anymore. Disappointing Ps emailed the manager as he advised on his response below and he hasn’t even replied ! Shows he’s just typing it to look good ! Poor service bad standards

Wonderful place, excellent plates, I had strawberry dream and crush on oreos. It was amazing and the best dessert I’ve ever eaten. Do not hesitate to visit the place 😍.
