Loved the food loved the chai have been multiple times .. but customer service is dreadful !

Matka chai taste really nice and the staff were very welcoming and lovely, definitely would come again.

Very tasty tea and beautifully presented. Shop is wonderfully designed and a lot of thought has gone into it

Rubbish tea, watery and uncooked. Sofa seats were dirty and smelly. No disable access.

Went in with my daughter who has allergies, the lady who helped us was extremely helpful and very understanding. Went above and beyond to see how she could accomodate her needs and kindly gave us a complimentary drinks. Really appreciate her efforts. Lovely clean place. Definitely worth a visit.

Unpleasant experience 😠toilet was filthy and table was dirty. Had to eat food with full bladder as owner had promised to clean the toilet but she didn't make any effort, had to leave the place with one sip of Matka tea which was disgusting in taste. I wonder how they can pass hygiene test with such filthy facilities????🥵

Ordered two tea/chai 🍵 from here which costed us £7.5, this is extortion. It was soooo sweet we ended up throwing some tea. Even Starbucks are more cheaper. It was on a cheap ordinary cup to.

Nothing special, they advertise the clay cups yet charge £1.20 on top of the drink for you to get your drink served in one.

Quick cha and samosa chat with the sis, was lovely! Great food and service, clean area and friendly staff, the tea in the matka was beautiful, and samosa chaat was lovely crispy and tasty! Was given free halwa which was a pleasant surprise and tasted lovey 🥰

When we went inside, there was no light on, there was no heating on, it was absolutely freezing (we went in February) .. Staff was surprised to see us at 10:00 in the morning. Food was average. There are lot of things need to improve in customer service skills. Paratha was burn. They served us food after 40 minutes.

Loved my experience at Cha Sha. Every item was absolutely delicious. Especially the loaded fries and handi pizza was absolutely a must have. The manger was very sweet and cooperative and definitely a place to come back to.

Service was satisfactory, the staff seemed friendly and helpful. But the food was a bit disappointing. The paratha was out of a frozen packet!! This is unheard of in this area where all establishments make fresh, hand made parathas, rotis, naans etc. Parathas are an indulgent treat, and customers want the taste of butter/ghee oozing through the layers of hand rolled dough cooked to perfection. I didn't get that. The keema mattar was ok, although it was served in a cardboard takeaway bowl. The karak chai (served in a takeaway cup) tasted good; I liked it. Overall I think they need to improve the food and the way it's served. The atmosphere also needs to be improved as it seemed quite 'dead' in there.

Watery unpleasant karak coffee with a horrible after taste. Was then served tea with half full cup of boiling water had to ask for it to be filled. Food was standard. Next time would much rather go chaiwala. Single person at till and serving customers at 2pm

we heard a lot about this new place Cha Sha. very disappointed. tables were very sticky and not pleasant or hygiene to sit. The karak chai was awful it was brewed for hours it lost its flavour. The desi breakfast was too greasy and not quality food at all. I would not recommend this place for breakfast/nashta.

Traveling from Dublin to Birmingham, Cha Sha was absolutely worth the visit. The combination of excellent matka tea, outstanding service, and a pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable experience. I would 100% recommend Cha Sha to any tea lover or anyone looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a great cup of tea.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the cha blend and hot chocolate in Matka was very tasty. The staff is friendly and I will be visiting again.

I was skeptical from outside should I go in or not as you can’t see inside properly. I am glad we went in. We had 2 desi nashta(allday breakfast). The food was amazing. Much much better than Chaiwala or other top brand karak chai shops. The interior design was beautiful. No music but Nasheed was an amazing touch from the owner. Thursday late afternoon was very quiet as well. Toilet was nice and clean. Would definitely visit again.

We ordered matka cha to go, but were informed that it could only be served in regular cups as it is meant for dine-in only. The whole point of matka cha is to enjoy it from a matka!

There was only one guy there, who took the orders and was making all the food and the chai with one hand, whilst simultaneously chatting on the phone with the other. Needless to say, the wait was long, the chai was ?decent(dunno, I didn’t try it), and the chaat was swimming in turdishly coloured sauce. It still tasted like chaat but you know. Presentation matters. **Edit: the photo are the taals I tried the second time I went. Food was much better, and I’m told the chai was nice. But my original two stars still stands. All the furniture is absolutely filthy. I felt dirtier after sitting in that stained booth. Get a damn spot cleaner.

Only thing was nice was the matka chai, we got Indian breakfast and a karak chai and matka chai, honestly so dead don’t bother going, waste of £12 my keema tasted like cheese and texture was off, the potato was soupy but came cold, the halwa was alright egg was nice but its just dead . Unfortunately regret spending money here

I can not recommend this place at all. I ordered the breakfast with the omlette, the omlette was never given to me. The paranta were the frozen ones, not authetic. The potatoes were cold. I had my tea in a takeaway cup, had 1sip of it outside & threw it away, it was the nastiest tea i have had at any shop. The food gave me a bad tummy ache for a couple of days. Waste of money!

Cool looking shop but I was disappointed with the tea, it tasted like hot milk. The food was over priced and not very tasty. They charged £7.50 for a packet paratha which they stuck some cheese and chicken on top. The egg bun thing didn’t have much egg in it, it was basically a bread roll with tiny bit of egg for £4.50. Had high hopes for this place, sadly it didn’t deliver. On the plus notes their team was friendly and service was fast.

I recently visited Cha Sha in Birmingham, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary adventure. -Food: The flavors were nothing short of amazing. The Desi Nasta, which I enjoyed using a Groupon voucher, left me craving more. Each bite was a burst of authentic Pakistani taste. And let’s not forget the tea—it was served in traditional matkas and rated a perfect 10/10. In summary, if you’re in Birmingham and seeking an unforgettable culinary journey, Cha Sha is the place to be!

We didn't order anything eat. But got the cha sha blend matka chai, it tasted very similar to a chai latte. Overall it was OK, the service was good but deff think tea is overrated.

I don’t get to travel to Birmingham much but whenever I do. Stopping here is a must. All I can say is WOW about the Cha Sha blend tea, it is just something else. They also let you take home the cups which is always a nice touch. Special shoutout to Ranjot has always made me and my family feel welcomed as well as given us consistent quality always.

Disappointing experience. We ordered the samosa chaat, aloo kebab chaat, kachori aloo and seasoned fries. The chaat was swimming in sauce, hardly any chickpeas in the chaat. The food lacked flavor, presentation was terrible and the portions were tiny, what a rip off. The cha sha blend tea is basically a chai latte, not great! Wouldn't go here again.
