Very rude lady on the phone maybe shouldn’t be at front of house if she’s not prepared to answer a simple question without responding in a rude manner.

Really nice food for a great price and the people running it were really friendly and polite. Definitely will be going again and 100% recommend

These guys are as good as it gets. Never let me down, lovely people who own it, who also work there so you know they give it their all. They are happy to meet your needs also let me customise my order, deliveries are quick, food is probably the cheapest around, and the menu is massive so always loads of choice, especially when you have a big group of people. Definitely recommend the place! ( Order through their website it's cheaper than JustEat etc and you miss out the delivery charge, didn't know this for a while regrettably )

THE BEST burger and pizza in town! Have been ordering from these guys for a while and I've always been more than satisfied but since they have been under new management, oh my goodness, I don't think you could get any better from anywhere else! Awful food .. just a big cold mound of stodge . The meat definatly didn't taste right .. 1 slice then the rest straight in the bin .. even the can of Pepsi was warm .... 😡

Burgers are Amazing!! Definitely taste more homemade than any other we have tried. Pizza/garlic bread absolutely spot on. Chips did go a little hard from being left in the box but if you was to change to a paper bag they would probably stay softer. Will definitely come again 🌟

2 hours after the order was placed, no food. There's 8 of us so we spent a lot of money and we've had nothing. The phone line doesn't work. It must be a scam.

This is probably the most underrated pizza place in York. Every time I’ve got it, it has been outstanding, and really good for the price. One of the main highlights for me is how crispy the pepperoni is, which a lot of other pizza places (especially that one that rhymes with Tom Tin Toes) just can’t seem to get a handle on. Anyway yeah, you won’t be disappointed by the pizza here 👍

First night visiting York and found this pizza takeaway - great pizza, calzone was excellent and the wings “the best I’ve had in ages” according to my husband! Would recommend!

Just robbed me blind pizza not great either don't know whats happened at Doh. Wont be using them again disgraceful.

Always good food at good prices

If you want a burger but can't be bothered to make and cook it, then this is the place. It's none of this frozen thin, Gristly grossness but fresh pure beef. They do amazing soft pizzas with all the toppings and nothing is ever greasy. They listen to allergy advice and keep a clean tip top place. The staff are always polite and just a pleasure to buy from.

The pizza was cold on arrival. Re ordered another one. Had to take the pizza out of the bin as the owner wanted the cold food back. Never known this especially in the pandemic. Won't buy from here again it's the second time cold food has arrived

I’m not a huge pizza lover but fancied a change. It did arrive cold but I’m happy to reheat it if it’s worth reheating and it was. It wasn’t in the slightest bit greasy and not loaded with a ton of cheap nasty cheese. Tasty spicy veggie pizza and good value for money

Unbelievable people complaining food arrives late! Pick it up and it's always done in 20 mins max. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked im not surprised there is no reviews complaining. The meal deals are unbelievable valuable, cheaper than cooking for yourself. Service is beyond friendly take a minute to chat to the bossman he is a legend. Can't think of one drawback.

What a shocking place I couldn't tell you about the food, I'm still waiting for it nearly 2 hours after ordering. Phoned 'it's on its way' I was told 20 minutes ago!! Shambolic!!

Took over an hour to deliver though as its Saturday I understand that. The pizza though was stone cold, salty and tasteless. Chicken dippers were OK. All pretty salty!

Item missing from order - not the first time this has happened. Rang takeaway who assured me they would send it straight out. After waiting 30 mins tried to ring restaurant several times and phone was either engaged or rang for a long time with no answer so was deliberately not being answered. Missing item finally delivered after 45 minutes. Was a Tuesday evening so not peak times. I've contacted the restaurant to request a refund and will consider removing this review if they oblige.

Waited over 1.5 hrs for food when predicted 45 mins. Very rude delivery man when it finally arrived. Wish it hadn't as it was all stone cold food! No one answering the phone for over an hour! Disgraceful!!

Arrived over an hour late and cold. Tried to call the resteraunt for 45 mins and noone answered, the website went down and the just eat page went down. We assumed the resteraunt had closed and not told us. When the food arrived we told the driver 5his wasn't acceptable and he blamed the rain and traffic, despite the resteraunt being 5 minutes drive away. Will not use again.

One of the best pizza places in York by far. Doesn't have that cheap greasy feel like most pizza places and doesn't actually make you feel rubbish after! Very tasty as well, with really nice dough. There are also lots of vegetation options which is really nice to see. There is an issue with the website with not all pizzas being included in the multiple pizzas for £x. Other than that great quality food for even better prices.

Pizzas are lovely ordered a burger asked if I would like salad when it arrived 5 big leafs of wet lettuce on top of burger nothing else big burger but not much taste .arrived early . Say burger defo needs more seasoning

Always good WYSIWYG pizza and decent burgers (no gristle, not cheap meat). Highly reccomend eating here. The couple who run it are lovely.

After a long day at work I thought I would try this place for the first time. What a mistake, even though they were great people I asked for a pizza with NO diner meat. Got home to find diner all over the pizza. I live outside York so could not return it. It didn't look very appetizing or my wife's pizza didn't either.

I go here at least once a week and have never been disappointed with the food - especially the burgers, which are absolutely incredible! The OMG burger meal is insane value, 100% worth it!

Food arrived more than an hour after ordering it and immediately the delivery driver said that he wasn't late - I hadn't said anything. The food itself was nearly cold but I still ate it - couldn't wait another hour. Chips were soggy and tasteless. The garlic bread had cheese that had hardened, I assume due to being stood for so long. The pizza itself was acceptable but could have probably had higher quality meat on it. Need to up their standards if I'm to go there again

Absolutely delicious burgers and garlic bread. The best I've had from a takeaway - you almost wouldn't know it's fast food. Super speedy delivery. Love this place.
