Absolutely disgusted with the service tonight. First we realised we had been sent cherry coke instead of normal, then realised there was not one cashew in the chicken and cashews dish. After numerous phone calls explaining the problem we first told that cashews had been put in by the chef when they hadn’t. Then we were told that we didn’t order chicken cashews which we checked we had as the order was placed through Deliveroo. I do however have to say that the lady on the phone was as helpful as she could be after the initial confusion. However, An hour after originally complaining, when everyone else had finished eating and the rice was cold, the delivery driver called to say he had arrived, whilst still halfway up the road, and presented my friend with the correct coke and literally a bag of cashews. What an absolute insult. I am disgusted that the restaurant did not simply resend the correct food and instead what can only be perceived as a joke. I will be leaving a bad review on every platform possible.

I'm never one to leave a review, but this has to be one of the most disappointing restaurant visits I have EVER had so if I can advise others to save their money, I will. After ringing ahead to check if they were open/had tables free, they assured me they were, but when we got there they told me "the hot plates aren't working today, you can order from the menu" which was probably a white lie, meaning they don't have enough customers to make it worth running the buffet, this should have been my first clue to leave. The waitress quickly ushered us to our seats and gave us menus and said we could pick 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 sides (rice or noodle) each, which I thought was very reasonable as a replacement for an all you can eat buffet, and we were starving having not eaten much all day to make up for a big dinner. So we chose our items, and when she came back we tried to order and she then told us "no, sorry, I meant one starter, one main and one rice each" oh. At this point we'd gotten this far so I held out hope thinking oh well, maybe the food is amazing! Nope. The position sizes were very small, average tasting and really not worth the money, we finished our meals still hungry, £20 out of pocket and it had been one disappointment after another. We left and went home to cook. Sorry, but don't waste your money!

Well.. dinner time .. outside are saying “Buffet” 9.99£. And there’s is no buffet inside.. the waitress come with a dinner menu, and I had to choose one of them.. During the time waiting the main course, the waitress brought some Chinese crepes.. a ordinary Chinese crepes that we can buy at Tesco or some PoundWorld... Mostly of the clientes are Chinese and they was eating different food.. even cooking for them self’s.. When my main course came , I just saw a rice mountain and a sweet and sour chicken.. was looking very tasty actually, but that it was if I continued to dream... First bite and as if I were chewing a bubble gum.. the cream as totally sweet and the rice was just okay.. even a macdonalds burger had been better than this dinner.. so disappointed....!!!

What a great place. Not the buffet I was expecting. they asked us to order off the menu and made it fresh. The food was plentiful and great quality and taste. Fussy 2 year old were catered for nicely. The only negative was attention to us (esp as we were the only ones in their) Also desserts were a little sparce but who goes to a Chinese for dessert? Awesome price.. £6 adults, £4 kids

Tried Do Eat on a work mates night out and was very impressed. The food is to die for! Cooked and presented perfectly, wish I could have eaten more! All you can eat for £10 and loads of tasty dishes. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely be returning! 🤗

Visited as a group of 3 and had the buffet lunch menu. Absolutely amazing value at £6 each for a gorgeous selection of dishes. Will definitely visit again!

Had a very nice work lunch here. We hadn’t booked and weren’t really sure what we wanted but our waitress for very helpful and suggested lots of lovely dishes. The chicken satay was particularly good. We ended up ordering too much but were able to take our leftovers away for our families. Would definitely recommend it.

We visited recently during an overnight stay at East Midlands airport. Loughbourough is only 15 min down the road. Early on a Sunday evening we had the restaurant to ourselves. We initially went for the Sunday buffet having read other reviews. However this is not available on a Sunday evening. We settled for the set meal for two. The aromatic duck and pancake rolls were very tasty. The meal Also included lemon and honey chicken which was stickily divine. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This seems to be a new restaurant and we were given a 15% discount off the menu price which was most welcome. This made the cost of the meal very reasonable but with a high standard of food. We wish you a sucessful future.

Decided to try this new Chinese restaurant in Loughborough to celebrate my husband's birthday. Wide range of dishes - including many of our favourites like sweet and sour pork, variety of noodles, lemon chicken, duck wraps, prawn toasts and crispy beef - latter two particularly tasty as we have been a bit disappointed by recent takeaways of these dishes from other places. There was more than we could taste or eat!! Also dessert but we just ate fruit, enhanced by large raisins and dried mango, intended for chocolate fountain users. Service was excellent.

Me and my boys have been here twice now . It's newly open in Loughborough . The price is good at £9.99 for all you can eat buffet I wouldn't have paid the original price of £15 plus as first advertised. There are lots of starters , two choice of soups , duck pancakes , two choice of rice and noodles and at least 5 different main dishes to choose. There is sushi and small desserts with whippy ice cream and sweets for the kids . The food could be doing with being a little warmer because some things were not that hot . I enjoyed the food it was very tasty and you are soon filled up after starters you can go as many times as you like great value for money . The staff are nice and are trying there best us english expect to much sometimes. Give them a go and keep this restaurant going in this bad economic climate.

Thanks. I tried this new addition to Loughborough restaurant scene and really enjoyed the very tasty and good variety of Chinese buffet food. The duck in pancakes starter was delicious and so was crispy chicken, pork ribs and noodles. Yes, a few dishes could be a bit hotter but all food tasted lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive and I paid 6 pounds for a buffet lunch and 2.50 for bottom- less soft drinks. Excellent value and an enjoyable experience.

The crispy shredded beef is very nice, but pretty much everything else we had was absolutely vile. The salt and chilli chips weren't seasoned whatsoever, and neither were the chicken wings, which tasted like something you'd buy from Iceland. The curry was like a tasteless ready meal and wasn't advertised to contain mushrooms. If I had known how vile the curry was going to be, I wouldn't have bothered wasting the time picking out the mushrooms that were more numerous than the meat. But the worst thing had to be the sesame prawn toast, which was simply very greasy fried bread with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. This place came highly recommended but I'd say it's the worst chinese food I've ever had, to the point 90% of it went in the bin.

Absolutely avoid. Lacks flavour, seasoning and any taste at all. Sauce is flavourless. Missing items. Rushed order, no love or heart in the food. Clearly not put any effort whatsoever into making it. Seen similar reviews elsewhere and think the place has gone downhill.

We had a takeaway and as usual it was lovely, I can’t fault them in any ways. They are polite and always give you whatever the request is within reason.

Really disappointed with our meal as it seemed to have good reviews however the food was bland, there just wasn’t any flavour. No egg in the egg fried rice, the curry was just a thick tasteless gloop and again no flavours at all in the chow mein. Take -out for 2 £39.00!! Get a new chef.

I’m afraid the food wasn’t great. Friendly delivery but was later than the estimated time. The pad Thai noodles were mushed together and very spicy. The soup was tasteless and hardly and chicken or noodles. The chips were soggy and the prawn crackers seemed old and hard. I won’t be ordering from them again which is a shame as the menu looked inviting.
