Variety of staff that vary from excellent to totally uninterested. Coffee prices have gone up over 16% (inflation rate = 5%). Starbucks charge £2.75 for an Americano - these guys have put their price up to £3.20. Menu items frequently unavailable. Their attitude seems to be that there is a captive audience delivered by David Lloyd and they can perform as poorly as they like. Little evidence of any catering management - just untrained young people trying their best.

Me he comido aquí varias veces y que en general no está mal. La comida es saludable de calorías controladas dirigidas a dietas, pero cosas como patatas fritas en el menú (que son deliciosos). Dicho esto, aunque han decepción recientemente. Pedí cordero con pasta albóndigas. Nos informaron que no había carne de cordero, y estoy de acuerdo estaba bien. Lo que me dieron fue de pasta y perritos hamburguesas que fueron quemados. Me quejé y nos dieron una bebida de la casa y un plato de reemplazo (diferente) que era muy agradable, además de un personal muy atento, que era obvio, pero apreciamos mucho! La próxima vez que comimos aquí sirven mi medio pollo asado sin salsa, lo que no estaba presente en la descripción del menú, debido quizás a la que más saludables. De cualquier manera ¡Guau es el pollo seco y aburrido. Quizás deberían pensar que es un extra opcional. Tampoco me dan la cosechas perdidas que estaba en las espinacas, menú cuando pregunté, me dijeron que se encoge y fue con la kale. . . . No había duda. espinacas que me señaló a él. Recibí un plato de espinacas, cosechas perdidas, esta vez, sin embargo, con ninguna disculpa o servicio adicional! Como es junto al gimnasio que puede darles otra oportunidad, pero si fuera en otro lugar que quizás no lo haría.

No sé donde sus chefs, que no tienen ni idea. Esta mañana para el desayuno me sirve la tortilla, tostadas frías y oiliest aguacate podrido (ver fotos). Después de 2 bites, salí y me fui a un restaurante local. Este es un alto nivel, caro club que sacrifica por todas partes puede por su miembros y realmente no tienen comprensión de la gestión, servicio o cómo hacer comida

Welcome Break South Mimms Services M25 Jct 23Being a hotel guest I received a voucher for breakfast so I went over to have the man behind the counter snatch the voucher and just start filling my plate with stuff I didn't want so I had to tell him to stop so I could pick what I wanted due to dietary needs to be looked at like I was the stupid one making me feel it was my fault I had these needs anyway he needs to learn customer service and stop treating customers the way he does as I had no problems when served by the young lady who was kind and polite and patient with me I would give her 5 stars for customer service

20-22 Shenley RoadTonight we had a night out with my colleges finally and we were so happy going out after 12 hours shift. We were about qp of us and met just after 8 pm (after shift) one of my colleagues haven't had a chance to grab some food and got 2 glass of cider at the pub when she suddenly felt sick and gone to the toilet to easy herself up. We were all cool and enjoying our night without being loud or making any issues. When my colleague came back from the toilet the pub manager came to us and loudly told my colleague off and to go home immediately. Honestly I felt so bad and didn't really get why someone needs to go home after throwing up IN THE TOILET. Tryed to talk to the manager lady but she kept telling her to leave. Myself I didn't feel all this act was right and felt that I don't wanna go back anymore because if u feel sick they just chuck you out without even asking you if you are ok.. I'm really disappointed!!!! We are in the pub drinking their drinks and once u get sick you have to leave?? What kind of treatment is it?? We have been to the pub many times but never had this treatment and also have to meantion we left lots of many there drinking.. Truly disappointed! To the lady who is the 'pub manager' would like to ask to be more human next time and stop acting inasent.. I believe this place used to have an other management team but after renovating things has changed.. WRONG DECISION!
