Dizzy Ducks in Fylde

We visited the Dizzy Duck at the weekend during a visit to Ribby Hall. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the sausages were one the best we have tasted, so much so that we took some home with us. The service was fantastic and they went out of their way to accommodate the grandchildren by making pancakes for one of them. We would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again we will definitely return.

We went as a group of 8 for afternoon tea, the staff were very welcoming, caring and friendly. There was no rush for us to leave afterwards. It was such a lovely cozy environment and the food was lovely as well. There wasn’t as much choice for Gluten free however the food and cakes we did get were delicious. Highly recommend

Lovely little Bistro with welcoming staff. Lunch quite busy with other customers but still found a place menu very good with local and homemade produce. Acceptable prices and a warm atmosphere, too full to try the deliciously looking cake and scones going back to try them.

Perfect little hidden gem. Fabulous food and friendly atmosphere in a pictures village. Booking is essential but welcoming staff will do anything to fit you in! 100% place to come back over and over again

My husband and I were delighted to have won a prize from Dizzy Ducks as a part of the Wrea Green Field Day centenary celebrations. It was a very generous four complimentary main meals at Dizzy Ducks. We decided to add to the four, with seven adults and two babies visiting for Sunday lunch. We had an array of meals from full roast Sunday lunch to panini and soup. We had a couple of desserts and some nice drinks too. Four of our meals were complimentary but that said it’s reasonable in price as an everyday haunt in any case (but we loved our treat, thank you). We have also visited in the evening and it makes a great extra ‘watering hole’ to add to the village offer. My son and his girlfriend like to visit for breakfast also. Thank you for your generosity. We will be back.

What an amazing place. Impromptu drop in and it was busy but the helpful staff made us feel welcome and soon found us a spot. Service was attentive but not overbearing and food was amazing. I'll definitely visit again, even if it was just to see the amazing staff, especially Lindsay, she was absolutely brilliant.

Lovely little bistro. We went on a Saturday night and both had pizza and a couple of small plates to share. The food was delicious and the service was great, the staff are very friendly here. Can't wait to come back in the daytime and try one of their breakfasts!

A gem of a bistro in Wrea Green! Very friendly staff Julia and Sam could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent top quality ingredients individually cooked, I asked for apple sauce with a huge pork chop and the chef made me a portion from scratch! The drinks are very reasonably priced as is the food. Excellent!

Great as a cafe by day, and great as a bistro by night. Great evening menu, with a good range of beers and wines. Sam and Keith make the perfect hosting duo. I'll definitely be going again!

We go often, food is always spot on. In fact it’s even better recently since the new chef Keith started. And the lovely barmaid Sam is a delight, always welcoming and fun. Dizzy Ducks is definitely our favourite place for food and drinks 😊 And the salt and pepper chicken is 10/10! Keep it up🙌

Nice atmosphere, staff were friendly. Food was nice and good size portions, slightly missed the garnish but that’s a personal preference. Only downside is there were a few families with small children and children are vocal. Parking was also a slight issue.

We were looking for a dog friendly cafe whilst staying at nearby Mowbreck Park and stumbled across this wonderful place. So welcoming, lovely staff, amazing food and our dog could join us too. Mum and I were staying just up the road from the Dizzy Duck, and as our accommodation didn't serve breakfast we decided to find somewhere locally. And what a find it was! I had a full breakfast and mum had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Both were delicious. On the way out the door, we spotted the most opulent and indulgent looking flapjack, big enough to use as a door stop. We took a slab to go, when I tell you it was full of gooey, buttery, yumminess, I'm not joking! it was soooooo good shared with a cup of tea later that day. Our experience was so positive, we called in for lunch the following day. I'd hoped for pie of the day, but it was a little early, due to a busy breakfast service, the pie wasn't quite ready. I opted for scampi instead, it was really good, with a pleasing side salad and chips. We're frequent visitors to the area, so we'll definitely be back at the DD soon!

Excellent coffee, delicious fresh food made to order, prompt service (even though they were busy), very clean, welcoming and relaxed, friendly staff and happy customers! I’ve eaten the dish I chose (smashed avocado, tomatoes, brown toast and a poached egg) many times in various towns, cities and countries but this was the best version I’ve ever sampled, every element was delicious and cooked exactly to my specifications. Friendly service, wonderful coffee, delicious complimentary amaretti biscuits and the option to dine al fresco in the sunshine. I’m also looking forward to trying the freshly baked scones I bought to take away. I enjoyed it so much I’m now going to base all of my business events and meals there when working locally.
