Pizza was not good tasteless. First time i ordered pizza from them never again

Food was lovely and delivery driver was very polite:)

I have noticed that everytime I eat from here I get stomach cramps and diarrhea there food is not cooked properly and the chicken has too much salt and it’s too oily and greasy I will never eat from this place again

Pizza base was thinner than expected, I ordered deep.

The wrong order was delivered and then the second driver got lost and tried to deliver to the wrong street.

Food was absolutely banging. Really hot and tasty when it arrived. Big order, was complicated but everything was as expected. Thank you

Dident get my free bottle of pop when I ordered and there was no wings in my box meal

food was cold and chicken wings and burger is damp. straight to the bin. never leave review for any restaurant but this is outrageous. could you able to eat the food that you made?

chicken wings and burger was bland and dry. dont put the money in your pocket when you can't give the food proper. nnever use this dixy again. never fall for reviews and rating at this shop. dont waste your money here.

Didn't receive my 2 chicken strips

One of cheapest old food they are providing I had pizza today . And the Dough was so old very hard it’s like a stone . Very bad experience food is so bad .

The corn on the cob was not right it had a really bad taste to it

It is a fast food and isn’t very clean, the staff are very nice!!! Especially one in particular which always makes our order worth it! But the food is sometimes a bit old and smells bad, it’s kind of a 50/50 (or maybe less) of getting good or inedible! (;. It’s in a sketchy area and can sometimes be a bit scary when waiting inside.

food came really fresh, when he opened the bag all steam came out lol the burgers were fantastic really enjoyed the food.

I found a piece of bone in my burger and the lettuce was brown. The bone really could’ve done damage as there was a lot of batter around it so it wasn’t seen or noticed until it was bitten into. Not very happy about this.

Ordered fries and got chips. No Keema on pizza. Bland and boring.

fries are getting a bit too small to be considered "large". I would consider them medium. despite this everything was very nice and fresh. thank you to the delivery driver too who saw my note about having covid and left the food in the porch.

The order was wrong - ordered potato wedges for extra money and was given fries instead. I also did not add cheese onto my burger.

Food was soggy. Ignored my instructions. The piece of chicken was absolutely smothered in grease that it had affected the burger and corn that was wrapped up.

Pizza was very small. Too small. Paid 7.15 for it. Quality is rubbish. Don't go to this branch it's awful

Had notification that food was on the way, but took 20mins to arrive,when i live 3min drive away. Whole bag of food was sweaty , wet and soggy! Definitely a wasted meal. Clearly was last drop of multiple drops!

Very poor quality chicken it was like they also used a bucket to scoop the chicken out of the fryer cos there was nothing but oil saturated on everything it was disgusting.

Customer service was terrible food portions were small the quality of the food was poor.

Do not order twice now they messed up my order: 1: they forgot to add my drink. 2: instead of giving me 5 chicken strips (£6) they gave a a chicken wrap, the nerve on these people. Very disappointed, very dis satisfied. Never again.

The first restaurant on just eat over the years who has read my notes and done exactly as I asked. Very impressed. Plus the very first fries ive ordered that have been crispy and not soggy. I will be ordering again

Always hot, always fresh, you can't ask any more than that! The food is wonderful nice and spicy, only thing the large chips have shrunk a bit but hey ho.

never again, even tho its just eat, it wasnt one with orange bag to keep warm, so therefore my fries were luke warm, peri chicken was cold, deff wont order again

I’m having to leave my review here as it’s the only way I can find to contact just eat I placed this order having my 6th stamp card which was £24 off my order it wasn’t applied at the check out now my stamp cards have gone back to one without me getting my discount this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem so I would like to be refunded my stamp card value of £24 please

Didn't know there was more than one branch in Erdington. I ordered off Just Eat assuming this was the slade road branch but it was not. Worst wings I have tasted, some were not fully cooked. I couldn't even finish the food. Gave the rest to my dog Disappointed didn't know a dixy branch was this bad.

Food quality was good however the fries seem to have shrunk in amount compared to previous orders, we always go large and this time they was more like a normal portion, quite disappointed, and the chicken fillet was quite small as well compared to previous orders, I hope its not like this again when I next order as I am a regular customer, other than that the food is always nice and on time.

The food was tasteless and undercooked on a few occasions lately but give it another go also chips was missing and not enough chicken in the bucket

Usually have the boneless box,bit had the quarter pounder burgers this time,was a bit chewy but nice taste, recommend the boneless bucket still

the driver couldnt find my house kept ringing me to say he was out the front but he wasnt i had to ring restaurant. by the time he finally found us food was cold. id been standing out the front for 10 minutes whilst delivery driver was trying to find us. had to microwave food. very disappointing. just didnt taste the same. poor service . spoilt our lunch.

Awesome food, really can't go wrong!

Now this order wasn't good. the wings were tough. The pizza looked like a three year old made it and was undercooked. The fries tasted like they were put in old oil. I don't understand how sometimes when i order it's perfect and all fresh but others it's old and horrible

Was surprised when food arrived. Panini's were basically toasted baguette. Nothing like the panini's in other dixy's that I have had. Disappointed to say the least.

Food was vile this time and i don't understand how your food quality is constantly changing. Bun was stale! Chicken was old and some if it was tough. Cheese on panini wasn't melted properly.
