I have so much respect for this branch, the staff has been working for over 6+ years without changing the job, the owner must be doing something correct. The food is always consistent 👌

A few months ago this would have been a 4-5 star review. They used to be excellent, but it seems like there has been a change in management and menu. Since the change - standards have dropped dramatically. Food in never fresh, doesn't taste the same and is overly greasy. Very disappointing!

Was asked to try this place again following my last review which I did tonight! GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS, GO 1 MINUITE DOWN THE ROAD TO THE SHIRLEY KEBAB HOUSE FOR DECENT CHICKEN AT HALF THE PRICE!!!

Good consistent food, always good service and if ordered for delivery comes early and hot. Did pack the wrong order once but sent out the right order right away with extra fries.

Chicken tasted and smelled like it was fried in fish oil and it wasn't crispy as I requested.Very good portion size and the service was quick.

Shocking food was left on doorstep with no notice. Freezing cold when finally found it on doorstep. Rang the shop and they put deliver driver on phone for him to swear and threaten me never ever order again from this place

The cheese burger was flavoursome, the fries were nice with the dixy sauce, the strips had a good amount of spice to them and were very tender.

Had a rude unhelpful member of staff, i use this restaurant on a weekly basis and have to done a for a while but I won’t be using them again have how unhelpful they were.

The food was okay, not as nice as when you go into the shop. The chicken popcorn was undercooked and gooey inside. Unfortunately couldn't get a refund through justeat as i paid by cash :(

No call or excuse why we waited one and half hours for our delivery, I blame just eat for allowing drivers to deliver multiple delivery’s, it does not take 30 plus mins to drive here from the restaurant. Food was cold and chips were hard, these guys deliver food usually on time and taste great. Today we was disappointed.

This isn't the closest dixys to us but we order from here as they sell proper chicken nuggets (well they used to) today the chicken nuggets were different, tasted like something you would buy from aldi, mushy nuggets. Not the usual standard, and still charged the same price for a sub-standard product. My son refused to eat them so ended up with a pot noodle for dinner. I hope that this is a one off and the usual chicken nuggets will return for next time.

Ordered of just eat food came very late ordered at 3 and didn’t come till 4.50 my home is only a 10 minute drive from the shop. The food was then delivered outside someone else door by the time I realised it was all cold. I then had diohrea for 4 days after. When I called about this and advised them I was not happy they did not care. Won’t be ordering again after such a bad experience.

Last order was cancelled, and then they turned up anyway and i was charged. I ordered from another place due to that cancellation notification. Wasted food and money as ended up having a double order. Wont be ordering from here again.

Gentleman in the phone is rude . Also said delivery is in 35 minutes . I hour later did not show up called him back said no drivers . Sorry does not exist in his conversation although I tried to prompt him would not recommend .

First of all, they were cash only. Second, the staff had to be called for to get service . Third, the bathroom is for the staff only. I could notice many other issues that I cannot write in a small review. When I spoke about it, they asked why do I complain so much. And that they can't change the world for me. Like, what? Bro! I'm done with Dixy's. 4 places I've been to ao far, all of them have had the same issues.

This time, I ordered it bit earlier than usual and this time food was more fresh, chicken wings was nicely coated and cooked. All I have to say burger needed to be cooked slightly more as it was bit pink. Overall was happy

Used to order from here once if not twice a week. However it's gone downhill, what put me off is the food was just barely warm, ordered a plain cod burger however it was a old burger as it had cheese stuck to the bun, and the food upsets me and my family stomachs shame because i am mad on chicken and wings, I have tried JAQKS and local kfc which both got hygiene rating of 5 while this dixy only has 2 which must be saying something..

My order arrived and when I opened the bag I discovered that I had the wrong order. I called the restaurant amd someone very helpful and friendly advised me that he would get the driver to come back. Staff was extremely rude when I called to inform that food was cold and fries were missing, I asked call handler what his name was,he didn't tell me. On Friday the delivery driver throwed food outside my house when came for delivery, even I'm a regular customer but they have let me down many times Whenever I call to raise concern, staff misbehave and say cancel the order
