The cheese burger was flavoursome, the fries were nice with the dixy sauce, the strips had a good amount of spice to them and were very tender.

Good food, Excellent service, Friendly staff and Clean environment. 5 stars!

No call or excuse why we waited one and half hours for our delivery, I blame just eat for allowing drivers to deliver multiple delivery’s, it does not take 30 plus mins to drive here from the restaurant. Food was cold and chips were hard, these guys deliver food usually on time and taste great. Today we was disappointed.

This isn't the closest dixys to us but we order from here as they sell proper chicken nuggets (well they used to) today the chicken nuggets were different, tasted like something you would buy from aldi, mushy nuggets. Not the usual standard, and still charged the same price for a sub-standard product. My son refused to eat them so ended up with a pot noodle for dinner. I hope that this is a one off and the usual chicken nuggets will return for next time.

superb.....food was packed fantastically. no soggy fries. no cold food. everything was spot on. I really like the way they pack no mess.

Get what you expect nothing bad but nothing to rave about

Ordered of just eat food came very late ordered at 3 and didn’t come till 4.50 my home is only a 10 minute drive from the shop. The food was then delivered outside someone else door by the time I realised it was all cold. I then had diohrea for 4 days after. When I called about this and advised them I was not happy they did not care. Won’t be ordering again after such a bad experience.

Just had an order delivered via just eat, first time order but was extremely pleasantly surprised. Everything was hot and fresh including the chips. Burger, chicken pieces, and wings all on point. Was skeptical reading other reviews but ordered anyway, maybe I got lucky but was 10/10 for me

Last order was cancelled, and then they turned up anyway and i was charged. I ordered from another place due to that cancellation notification. Wasted food and money as ended up having a double order. Wont be ordering from here again.

Gentleman in the phone is rude . Also said delivery is in 35 minutes . I hour later did not show up called him back said no drivers . Sorry does not exist in his conversation although I tried to prompt him would not recommend .

First of all, they were cash only. Second, the staff had to be called for to get service . Third, the bathroom is for the staff only. I could notice many other issues that I cannot write in a small review. When I spoke about it, they asked why do I complain so much. And that they can't change the world for me. Like, what? Bro! I'm done with Dixy's. 4 places I've been to ao far, all of them have had the same issues.

This time, I ordered it bit earlier than usual and this time food was more fresh, chicken wings was nicely coated and cooked. All I have to say burger needed to be cooked slightly more as it was bit pink. Overall was happy

Used to order from here once if not twice a week. However it's gone downhill, what put me off is the food was just barely warm, ordered a plain cod burger however it was a old burger as it had cheese stuck to the bun, and the food upsets me and my family stomachs shame because i am mad on chicken and wings, I have tried JAQKS and local kfc which both got hygiene rating of 5 while this dixy only has 2 which must be saying something..

My order arrived and when I opened the bag I discovered that I had the wrong order. I called the restaurant amd someone very helpful and friendly advised me that he would get the driver to come back. The driver did come back with the food but when he did the food was cold and soggy. Very disappointed

No side orders delivered, portion of fries missing from burger meal

Staff was extremely rude when I called to inform that food was cold and fries were missing, I asked call handler what his name was,he didn't tell me. On Friday the delivery driver throwed food outside my house when came for delivery, even I'm a regular customer but they have let me down many times Whenever I call to raise concern, staff misbehave and say cancel the order

Walked in to be told cash only. Went to cash point then to be told they had no cooked chicken and would have to wait 20 minutes. Up your game guys!!!!

So been ordering from here since a while however this time it was 5 mins late that was ok but the food wasn't warm and the cod fish burger wasn't fresh at all it was least couple days old and was rock solid. Also the bun had cheese stuck to the bun which there shouldn't be no cheese at all. It has upset my stomach and my family member won't be ordering from here again.

Everything is always great with the food - just the fries are always hard - maybe they par fry them and when an order comes in they fry them a second time which makes them fry and hard. Maybe they need to change what they are doing to improve this. Other than that their burgers are by far the best in any dixys

Honestly dont waste your money! I ordered a fish wrap which as advertised cod pieces, i was given breaded fried fish with a wrap put together like no **** given! Service was rude and atmosphere the place needs a uplift for sure!! An the main server having a personal conversation on his phone whilst serving just tops it off! Avoid at all costs! Its a disgrace to dixy! You rather go spend your money at dixy in fox hollies which is a true establishment with food you can eat without feeling sick..

Excellent fast service. Quality of food excellent. It’s s further away dixy but much better than the dixy sparkhill. Dixy sparkhill always over cook the fries and never include sauces. Dixy Shirley was perfect. Food perfect, taste perfect.
