Joke of a place everytime you go late at night, they assume cos you have had a few drinks they can try rip you off, this is the 3rd time now, also food was cold, won't bother again,could also do with a good clean!

Waited for almost three hours, I ordered at 7:23pm and the website stated delivery would be 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. We phoned up at 2 hours, were informed it was on the way.

I would not recommend this food establishment as the food and level of service I recieved was shocking. The issue that I have experienced was the food delivered was completely off. Chicken was green and smelt bad burger had hair in it. Staff took the food but would not provide a response to the fact they delivered bad food. Despite calling the premises multiple time just getting ignored. I would advise you not risk eating here as you will get food poisoning. Visited this place at 2am the food was really good and big portions for the money. All the staff were really friendly. They even gave us a free bottle of water for our friend who was worse for wear.

We wanted something fairly easy for tea and we stumbled upon this place, fast service, friendly staff. Placed our order and it was cooked perfectly. Couldn’t get over how much chips there were and the burger as well. We were unable to finish everything.

Ordered from their website. I had previously had an okay experience from a sample they did at one of the local universities but this was poor. Chicken tasted okay but wasn't fresh and was generally kind of rubbery. Chips were like cardboard spaghetti. Cans of drink came warm. Might be a different experience in store but I would heavily recommend against ordering from here. Portions however were very large so if anything is to be commended it's the quantity you can get at a low price point.

Went in at 3 in the morning all the staff were baked, best food ive ever tasted, honestly would recommend XD

A menudo ir allí con mi familia y esta vez cuando fuimos el suelo y las mesas estaban tan sucias e incluso nos hemos quejado ti el personal y nos pidieron que limpia, lo cual es desagradable e inaceptable. No recomiendo a nadie ir allí y comer. Si alguien quiere también, por favor compruebe el área de descanso luego su solicitud. gracias.

First time I have ordered from dixy chicken highly recommended by my friend..I can honestly say it is really bad food.my friend has given me in the past great places so I can not fault him..but the food i have had tonight makes me want to throw up. the chicken me and my friend have had tonight..was so wet it I thought the chicken must of been having a bath..I would highly recommend no one to go here..unless you have no taste what so ever..it was that bad I decide to give it to the homeless cats near where I work..but even they turned there noses up at it..must be bad when the cats decide not to touch it. So when I called them to say what has gone on with there food..they are not bothered as long as they get money they are not interested in what people say.so even tho the food was that bad the customer services is on the same level as the food.so even tho it was the first time I have tried there food it be the last time as well.i hope dixy chicken appreciate all the effort of me putting them down i send you a Xmas card from KFC..I have never been that disappointed in a restaurant as much as I have with you.and if I know anyone going to you I buy the some arm bands for the chicken so it won't be drowning in the oil or the water thanks for taking time out to read this..

Not really geared for food, more of a drop out hang out. Walked in and out straight away, Never felt so uncomfortable in my own country

Just received my takeaway of which took 2 hours to deliver and arrived freezing cold, food was awful, chips like soggy cardboard - stay clear!

Pedí un plato familiares deluxe dice que viene con pollo regular de palomitas, que es en realidad 5 piezas!!!! También orden equivocada de lado enviado y judías, que eran muy fría. Me llamó para decir que había dado frío judías lado mal y 5 palomitas pollo y no un regular, como se ha dicho, me dijo 5 pieses era regular y las judías se sirve desde la nevera no calientan como el contenedor párpados despegar qué broma! Granos que sirve platos fríos de la nevera. No estaban dispuestos a enviar la prenda que se había perdido también el menú debe State 5 palomitas no regular también debería State judías son muy fría. Me dijeron que la próxima vez para decirles que quiero hot judías jajaja qué broma!! No más pedidos para mí entrega era demasiado tarde tuvimos que llamar para ver dónde estaba.

Perfect after a drunk night out when you want some naughty food, chicken is always amazing! They make sure to give you plenty for your money too!!
