I just loved their mixed grill and the roasted lamb, amazing selection of starters, to the point wine list, delicious selection of desserts, service was great, staff were nice and welcoming, they explained everything on the menu. Thank you Diwan.

Diwan Lebanese Cuisine in Marylebone is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic Lebanese food. The dishes are simply fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Whether you're enjoying the falafel, hummus, chicken and lamb shawarma, skewers, or the tabbouleh, everything is made with the freshest ingredients. Speaking of tabbouleh, it's hands down one of the best I've had at any Lebanese restaurant. They use fresh lemon juice, which gives it an incredibly vibrant and tasty flavor. The service is also excellent—the staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. While I don’t smoke shisha, I noticed they have a lovely terrace outside where guests can relax and enjoy it. A big thank you to the team at Diwan for such a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

This place has excellent food, it’s tasty and well prepared every time I order. They always take note of any extra requests and the place looks clean.

So good! Recommend their mix grill and mix mezze. Just the right amount for two too. All the meats were particularly nice. Served with homemade chilli and garlic sauce. -1⭐ for the bread. The khobez bread came out hot and quickly turned into hard crackers. I prefer room temp bread that stays softer for longer. With mint tea and coffee £55 in total. Staff is very nice here! Outside seats available. Came here at 10pm, the place wasn’t busy but by the time we left at around 11pm the place was full!

The employees are joking in front of us, customers, and it has happened twice Once upon a time, there is bad behavior. What is the customer’s fault when he sees these scenes?

I enjoyed the food and the service. Friendly staff and genuinely Lebanese food. You know you are in a proper Lebanese restaurant, when you see people from Lebenon having their food and tea there.

Nice, small restaurant. Low score because the falafel wrap is very small for £8 especially compared to other similar wraps in central.

Shisha server was very very nice and he changed flavour 2-3 time till we liked the flavour, food was good but waitress was very rude

They made us feel very welcome and the dishes are absolutely delicious, especially the starters. They also serve the best spritz aperitifs in London, not forgetting the kyr royal.

Loved it. Really nice fresh food and Shisha was good too. Also great take away wraps if you need food on the go.

Food is good. Liked Kibbah and Lebanese bread stuffed with minced meat. Mixed grill is also good. Service is poor. Have to ask same thing number of times before I can get one.

Super tasty food, fast service but smaller portion sizes looking at the price :(. We ordered mixed grill platter for £23, among other things. Felt like the platter was pricey fie the quantity and only serves 1 person. Prawns were my absolute favourite. Jfyi No complimentary starters etc are provided.

Das Restaurant ist klein aber fein! Neben der grossen Auswahl war auch das Essen selbst wirklich grossartig! Wir haben verschiedene Speisen bestellt und nicht all zu lange warten müssen. Am Fleisch wurde nicht gespart und wurde sehr grosszügig portioniert. Das Essen war etwas teurer als üblich, doch immer noch in einem angemessenen Rahmen. Im Grossen und Ganzen war alles sehr zufriedenstellend und wir würden das Restaurant weiterempfehlen!

After 12 years I have a good time with this restaurant staff specially, Fully hygienic delicious wonderful awesome food I get totally totally Hyderabadi I love this food I love this stuff I love this atmosphere I am very happy to visited with my family, and I feel very comfortable in this restaurant Islamic atmosphere but I advise to the people visit before 9 PM which will be good for you to attend all a delicious dishes I love it thank you so much God bless you I am so sorry to say this now I am planning to visit every week twice hope you don’t mind expecting a same discount every time and same services thank you so much again for providing a delicious food

I can highly recommend Diwan! From the friendly and quick service to the flavourful food. My expectations were exceeded. If you’re in the area and looking for great Lebanese food this is a great option.

I loved the food! The lamb wrap was just so smooth and delicious! Personnel was helpful and kind, and helped with the order. Small place, and the sizes of the portion sizes were probably a bit smaller side, but reasonable with the fordable price range.

when we arrived we had our reservations. there were a constant stream of delivery people picking up food (which of copurse is good as that is a sign thaat food is good) but the staff were so nice and friendly and food was really really good - a real gem. Ended up having our best, very relaxed, lebanese dinner. Thanks to the team of Dawan!

Best lamb Shawarma I’ve had in ages. Ayran was spot on, definitely try it if you’re an Ayran person. Service was good, atmosphere was great for the type of restaurant it is.

Amazing food, I suggest ordering some of the cold and hot meza as well as salad and one or two platters. Much more fun to share all the amazing options rather than play it safe with a wrap. Everything was amazing and authentic, great staff. One of my new favorites.

We visited the Wallace Collection and had lunch here afterwards. We haven't had Lebanese for a while and everything was very good. Very creamy labneh, gorgeous smoky Baba ganoush, hummus and lamb followed by Lebanese coffee. All very good and enjoyable 👍

Had the absolute best fattoush! It was so fresh and perfectly seasoned and prepared. Also the hummus and spinach fatayer were just delicious! I wish I had stopped in earlier in my trip! Will be back! Thank you for taking such great care in your preparation😊 This was a carryout order.

We stumbled upon this place years ago while we where searching for a place to grab something to eat on our way to Oxford Street. Really loved the service and food back then. Diwan made it's place into our favourite-places-to-grab-some-food list in London and we come back to have something to eat every now and then when we are in the city.

Located in the lovely Marylebone area, it is a great spot for authentic Lebanese dishes and shisha. Really good prices, very friendly staff. Really loved the Knafeh.

Nice authentic Lebanese cuisine. A bit expensive but cant complain due to its location. Service can be improved as the wait for 2 wraps were longer than usual.

Stepped in for a light bite for two and ordered the mixed groumet, which consisted of shawarma lamb with hummus, tabbouleh, rice in grape leaves, falafel, okra, etc. Tasty and well done. Would definitely be happy to return for more.

Unpretentious Syrian Lebanese restaurant, simple decor, very friendly service. I ordered batata harra and a lamb shawarma wrap. The wrap was very good, tasty, juicy. The potatoes however were very diferent from what I had in Lebanon. They lacked chili and were overcooked and not crispy outside. Maybe it's just a different way of preparing them. They were not bad though. £6.50 for a bottle of Almaza seemed a lot. The food is reasonably priced.

Updated to one star due to customer handling from restaurants side and responding to a review saying “why are you complaining”- clearly there is no customer management experience. I did not order the Shisha BECAUSE of its price so yes I get to “complain” about the price. Also, since when are mezze plates or platters not supposed to be shared? We are not new to the Lebanese cuisine and understand that mezze is shared appetizers on the table. If you do that differently than every other Lebanese place, it’s on you to warn us, which you haven’t even though you saw we were 3 people discussing what appetizer to share. You’re not a coffee shop but you don’t need to be to a coffee shop to have alternatives to full fat milk- any basic restuarant offers that. Lastly, when a customer shares feedback, it’s extremely unprofessional to get defensive and attack the customer rather than address the actual issues at hand. We ordered the Mezze Platter to share for 3 people and it was honestly ridiculous. We got one item of everything included in the platter, one vine leaf, one falafel, etc. For a platter that costs 16 pounds, that definitely was a ridiculous portion to serve. Also, shisha costs around 40-50 pound, it would be cheaper for you to buy your own and make it at home. Service was also very slow as we needed to leave and had to ask for the cheque multiple times despite having very few customers. I also asked for coffee after food and they had no skimmed milk, semi-skimmed, or plant-based milk. I guess the 3 stars go to the shish which was nicely cooked and marinated, and the small complimentary baklava they served after dinner. Overall do not recommend!

Just had lunch with some friends, lamb and Chicken Shwarma's meals. Superb food, great atmosphere and wonderful team serving us.

The food was average but they've got ridiculous service I've been there once I'll never be there again I've asked for the menu three time no one heard me they were watching football and chatting loudly with their own language

Staff were friendly upon greeting. We had the Cheese Sambousek, they were delicious. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

Certainly an authentic Lebanese restaurant with all of the food and drink options you would expect. The restaurant is not big so be sure to check ahead for availability unless you don’t mind waiting. The pricing is maybe a little more than it should be (specifically for the mixed platter), but overall not unreasonable. The staff was friendly and the ingredients were very fresh. This would be a great place for take away.

As with most dine in Arab food joints in London it’s expensive but good food. They have minimum charge per person just so you know.

Knafeh is a must try dessert if you are visiting this place for Labanese cuisine. Awesome food and even greater service. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an authentic Labanese food
