Ditsch in Birmingham

I came here many times and i really like the food here but the service is like too dam slow and when I place the order and I was waiting for 30 mins and then I went to the counter and they didn't know my order 🤷 strange service

DISGUSTING!!!! Drank their coffee and then straight away had belly ache and nausea. Went back for a refund as I’d bought a meal deal and couldn’t eat the sandwich now. They treat me like rubbish, no customer service. Would not give me a refund. Refused to give me a name so I could enter a complaint. They should be closed down. Looks clean but don’t be fooled.

Now this is my local Dixy and I love it. Staff are friendly , food 9/10 is great however the fries guys , the fries are not good. The quality is really bad and majority of the portion of fries are BLACK. It’s NOT good especially when paying via uber because you get charged so much more just for a meal and you end up throwing away majority of the fries ! It’s highly frustrating. Please find another brand and better quality ! Fries are cheap you’ll lose more customers for not changing them.

Okay food expensive for what it is.
