Charlotte served us with the biggest smile and best attitude. She was quick and also had an amazing in depth detail about the dishes and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for a better waiter and experience at my first time at dishoom.

Service was brilliant lovely warm and welcoming staff and always checked in on our table, big thanks to FOH team. Grill dishes cooked to perfection, had chicken tikka,lamb chops and seekh kebabs. House chaat was nice and super flavourful but personally they should add chickpeas for it to be a little more authentic and for that extra texture. Black daal isn’t what it used to be way to creamy less flavour. The chefs special lamb nihari in rice isn’t Nihari either add authentic nihari or change the name that is my only criticism as it was disappointing and is not in anyway representing the original dish. Everything else was fantastic the chai great as always, Nimbu paani 🍋 and your chai espresso martini brilliant 🤩

Amazing food! Make a reservation in advance and don’t come early for your reservation time. They are just really busy. Service was amazing and our waitress was very knowledgeable about an allergy we had at the table. Best meal we’ve had in London!

Good food, very busy at 11.30am on Friday in November, and we were caught between breakfast and lunch changeover but our server took care of us so we got what we wanted in exchange for a little patience. This place is always busy and acoustics amplify conversation so don’t come here for a quiet meal, come for the food and be prepared to queue.

My favourite London Dishoom. I always get the chicken tikka wrap for lunch as it's quickly prepared, tasty, light and easy to eat. Recommend reservation in advance or you could wait up to 45 mins to be seated.

Dishoom was an absolute whirlwind! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the waiters were incredibly attentive and efficient. The food was phenomenal. The biryani with cranberry was a delightful surprise, the chicken tikka was perfectly cooked and tender, and the chili chicken was fiery and flavorful. A must-visit for Indian food lovers!

First time visiting here, after being told about how great it is. Visiting London, stayed over and a great start to the day. Was not disappointed at all.

Came for Sunday brunch without a reservation- line moved fairly quickly and since it was cold outside, they gave out chai which was such a nice touch! Service inside also good and atmosphere/decorations were a lot of fun to see. The chole puri halwa was delicious and very filling.

Roti King in Euston—amazing service, but the food was disappointing. Not worth the hype!

It was good BUT beware of the spices a friend couldn't finish her dish even though it was good AND beware of the forced tips at 12.5% ​​of the bill)

Fantastic experience. The ambience, the service, the food... Couldn't fault any of it. Being unfamiliar with the food we went through a series of recommended dishes by the waiter and every single one was tasty and beautifully made. Priced reasonably and as we got on so well with the waiter we were even surprised he took deserts off the bill and gave us extra vouchers for free breakfast (which we have used two days later and were great). If this is the typical to the restaurant, it's no wonder it was so busy (Thursday evening).

Lighting could be better lighting. Just wait till you get past 45 and your eyes start to go off a cliff

From the warm and welcoming staff to the exquisite food and vibrant atmosphere, it surpassed all our expectations. Traveling from Australia, we didn’t anticipate such high standards, but the quality of the food truly stands out – a must-try for anyone seeking authentic Indian cuisine. The Bhaang Lassi was incredibly flavorful, almost too good to be true. Additionally, while my partner and I were waiting in line on a chilly evening, the staff graciously offered us warm chai, adding a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. This place is a 11/10 and comes highly recommended!

Dishoom is my favourite restaurant in London. I was introduced to dishoom when I moved to London by my colleagues when I worked in King's Cross. It sounded a bit mad to go to an Indian for breakfast but oh my god were they right! Over the last five years I've been here and the other locations for countless work team breakfasts, birthdays and taken friends every time they visit. Everyone falls in love with dishoom, and I've never had a bad meal here. The kings cross one is the best one for atmosphere and I always feel like the food is just a tiny bit more refined here. Please go here and eat/drink as much as you can because its all delicious! Recommend: bottomless chia, sausage and egg naan, espresso martinis, bloody mary, and the keema per eedu if you like liver.

The food and atmosphere were amazing, the staff very attentive. The depth of flavours in the food are astounding. The measure of a restaurant is how they deal with any issues you may have. We had to wait for a while for 3 of the dishes and then there was a mistake on the bill. They have dealt with this in such a fantastic way they fully deserve 5 stars

Dishoom is one of our favourite choices! We love to visit and always enjoy the experience. Staff are super polite, attentive, happy and always go out of their way to explain the menu. It’s a very authentic restaurant; love the smell and atmosphere. We’re pleased the Permit Room has opened in Brighton, as that’s more local to us than London. We’re going there tomorrow for more birthday celebrations.

It’s clear by the queue all day that this restaurant is a huge hit. Some small things did, to some degree, spoil it. Team were excellent but here are a few things to consider We had to wait 40 minutes for a table in a Q outside. Ok, that’s our choice. But with 15 minutes to go we were taken inside and given a bleep! We were told we couldn’t sit at the bar to wait - we couldn’t sit on some other area as that was for dining too: it took forever to order drinks too. The food was so hit and miss : okra was so salty it was inedible/ the lamb chops ( - a house special) was the same … other dishes excellent/ team serving us excellent It’s a chunky price so little things do matter and should be looked at.

All the service staff were so welcoming; accommodating and gracious. They took in account my special dietary requirement and advised accordingly. I celebrated my 60th birthday there. Food was delicious me and my left dishoom and my daughter is going back on 31st Oct for her birthday breakfast there.

Dishoom is a triumph of marketing over quality, the food is decent but lacking in the complex and perfect blend of spices I would expect from a high quality Indian restaurant. My lamb dish was very mediocre and the roti was tragically sub par. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient but the food was not the wait or the hype. There are much better Indian restaurants out there.

The vegan sausage naan was really good! Can’t really describe the taste of the sausage. Not a big fan of the chicken rolls, the chicken liver felt a little too salty. Chai tea was super good and wasn’t too sweet, the best part was it’s refillable!

We had a very pleasant lunch, big flavours, helpfull staff, who helped us through the menu. good portions.

2/5 Food was too spicy for 3 out of 4 and bland nothingness for the paneer dish. Got to let those flavours develop rather than just overpower with a hotness and no depth of flavour. 3/5 was for the fact the wait queue was over an 1 hr 15m and longer than our actual meal. The staff were top notch tbh, really nice bunch and very positive all round, very attentive. 4/5 atmosphere and setting are really great and very unique. Not worth the wait but was a nice scene which has been set which had a lot of character.

We received an amazingly friendly welcome and all the staff were delightful. Our waitress was very helpful with gluten free options on the menu. Our drinks and food arrived swiftly and it was all delicious and well presented. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely eat here again.

This has been built up for a long time as a must have breakfast experience for years. Finally having the Dishoom breakfast and despite the buildup, this exceeded expectations. The Keema Per Eedu was awesome and the sausage bacon and egg naan was top shelf. Super delicious

The place is very crowded, and it is annoying when sitting. The waiting time is more than half an hour, but they were interested. They offered us tea and there were heaters outside. The service is very excellent and the workers, despite the crowding, provide excellent service. The bread dishes are very delicious, the biryani is excellent. The masala is medium, the samosas with vegetables are a little hot, and we ordered grilled chicken. It was once spicy and peppery, and a good yogurt medium
