Max B was our server this afternoon. He was polite and chatty asking questions about us, picking up queues without us having to leave our seats if we needed something extra. Recommendations on the food menu and checking to see if what I wanted was in stock before we were ready to order. Informing us of the deals they have like ‘wing Wednesdays’ and brunch for next time we visit. This was our first visit and based on today’s service, we’ll be back.

Fabulous dinner with friends here. Got the burger gyozas, mac and cheese balls, and original fried chicken. Everything was delicious and our server, Tobi, was super friendly and helpful - handled our table of 7 with zero problems. Would come here again.

Celebrated my Mother’s 70th at Dirty Bones Oxford with the family and what a perfect choice this was. Excellent food, possibly the best burger joint I’ve ever been to. Brilliant drinks and the wings were incredible. The service was beyond anything I have ever experienced in a restaurant. A very warm welcome from Tobi from the get go and despite the restaurant being a busy weekend day Tobi was nothing short of excellent from start to finish, going above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure it was a special experience for my Mother and all of us. Nothing was too much. A very friendly chap, very professional and a valuable asset to the business. Thank you to Tobi and the team for the special day. Michael x

Tuned up without a booking and they were very helpful to get 6 of us seated. Excellent food and service.

Service was great, and the food came out really fast. The waiter provided some suggestions from the menu and the Top Dog cocktail was very nice. Chicken and waffles was great, but fries portion size was a little bit small. Chicken burger and cheesecake also fantastic. Can't fault the food, it was all lovely. Very quiet atmosphere on a weekday evening, but the music was playing at a good volume.

I had a lovely meal, you can't fault the quality of the food or the service. However, I'm deducting stars for the ridiculous price of what is nothing more than burger and chips. My Mac burger was lovely, taste was great, but was it worth £16 on its own? No. Small pot of thin chips for £5?? Have a day off. If you have cash on the hip and don't worry about costs, then you won't be disappointed, but I've had equally good burgers for half the cost so won't be back.

I came here for dinner a while ago and had wonderful service and food . That evening we had the pleasure of being served by Raff; a professional in every sense of the word. He was quick, helpful and knew the menu very well. We dined in and had chicken tacos for starter and burgers for our main. The food was really nice, (the only thing I would say is the menu doesn’t have a huge variety). The atmosphere was nice with pretty decor; we came during the week so it was quiet, (I can imagine Friday and Saturday evenings to be busy). I have dinned here multiple times and have always had good service and can rely on the food being nice. The desserts are also really good! The donut with ice cream was amazing. Again I want to thank Raff for his wonderful service; my brother and I loved meeting you.

Visitamos Dirty Bones el sábado por la noche, ya que el menú se veía muy bien. Desafortunadamente el artículo de la calle que pedimos fue una ronda de tequila, después de haber sido arrancado en otros bares, siempre pruebo cualquier tiro y estos fueron donados para ser casi insípido. ¿Para conseguir 5 tequilas por 40 libras (! ), TENÍAS que tener una batidora? Así que tomamos 5 cocas que no queríamos, ¿no había otra forma de tomar un trago de tequila? ¡Hasta el extremo! De todas formas me quejé del tequila y no hubo sorpresa y se cambiaron de inmediato, tampoco hubo disculpas, debo asumir que esta es una práctica normal. La comida estaba bien y nuestro camarero era genial, por lo tanto un 2 en lugar de un 1.

He estado aquí por primera vez y no podría recomendar más! El personal era muy acogedor y nos mostró a nuestra mesa. Zack, que tomó nuestras órdenes y trajo la comida, era increíble y muy profesional. Nos fuimos sintiéndonos llenos y muy felices. Definitivamente volveré! 😄

Realmente no estoy seguro de qué se trata la publicidad con este lugar. Tenía los panqueques y lo que llaman tocino y los dos no eran buenos. Las tortitas eran sosas y no lo que yo llamaría tortitas americanas, con una compota de arándanos que no tenía sabor, y jarabe de arce muy corriente. El tocino era tocino de pavo tan difícil de ser crujiente y no estaba cocinado de todos modos. Fui por un zumo de manzana que se dice fresco en el menú, pero definitivamente no lo era. Muy decepcionado, además los precios no son tan razonables.

I’ve eaten here a few times and they never disappoint when it comes to treating myself to some comfort food. Nice lounge-y atmosphere with excellent service and the food is always tasty. I must give a shout out to Raff as he’s served me a couple of times and he’s always on his A game. :)

Food was great, however we were tucked away on a table around the corner and which meant we didn't get the best service!

Had a fantastic meal here for my partners birthday! Our server Zach was helpful and went above and beyond to make it special for my partners birthday. Couldn’t go wrong with the £12 fast fix deal as well. Will definitely be back!

Disappointing Experience at Dirty Bones Oxford I recently dined at Bad Bones and, unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The food was absolutely disgusting—undercooked and lacking any flavor whatsoever. It’s hard to believe that a restaurant could serve such poorly prepared dishes. On a positive note, the service from the waitstaff was excellent. They were attentive and professional, which made the experience slightly better. However, it’s a shame that the kitchen couldn’t deliver on the food. I expected much more, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Went here for some dinner with the family to celebrate my husbands birthday. We thought we would try the restaurant as the menu looked nice and not too far from our hotel. The kids menu and food was lovely. Nice choice for the kids and at a reasonable price. The main meals were very tasty but tiny. We found we could of eaten 2 burgers each. My husband had the mac daddy burger and I had the chicken burger. Mine was really delicious, just wish it was bigger. Quite expensive for the size of the burger as well. We ended up getting a pizza from a shop on the way home as we were still hungry Delicious food but very small portions
