delivery was on time, food still hot and delicious. very happy family

Pizza was barely warm I ordered cheesy chips expecting fries but no they was chip shop chips. More to the point they was that cold the cheese hadn’t even melted on them. Surprised about the cold food considering it was delivered pretty sharpish.

Never again! Some of the food was frozen, the rest was cold because the delivery took so long. The driver was rude and the food wad inedible.

Pizza not at all hot, curly fries just crispy pieces of potato, 2 for 1 pizza deal not very clear we thought as with others we would get two of each pizza but in this case received one free, otherwise we would have ordered more / bigger pizzas.

Had good pizza in the past, spent £50 tonight with friend and might have well just sent the cardboard boxes to eat. absolutely disgusting, burnt and dry and couldn’t even see what the toppings were. Never order from here again now !!!!!!!! Avoid !!!!!!!!

The driver was very rude. He had called me that he is at Sidwick Hall so I mentioned the next house to the hall was my house, that he should know and the kids will open the door and pick them order. He said I should come out and I mention I was not home. Called later that no-one is outside. He was shouting at this time that they should meet him out. After all the drama, he didn't know at the door. The kids had to go out of the premises to pick the order. Prior to this he had told me my English is terrible and can't hear what I was saying. I have had fantastic drivers come to deliver before now but this particular driver was very rude and exposed my kids to danger.

I didn't like the way the pizza was made instead of the topping on the top it was under the cheese do could not taste the pepperoni.

Pizza and Chips swimming in oil, the pizza wasn't that bad but the chips were soft and I threw them out in the end.

Never ordered from here before but will defo order again... Pizza was lovely tasty and hot....the delivery guy was nice chatty and shut my gate which is a first ....just an all round brilliant service and great food

Ordered deep pan pizzas got thin, the veggie pizza may as well have just been cheese and onion that’s all you could taste there were that few toppings on it. New Yorker was basically cheese and bbq sauce. Usually much better than this.

We ordered two different pizzas Mexicana and Hot Shot Pepperoni but we couldn’t tell the difference between them no spice or heat in either just a bit bland.

Normally always order from these guys, last time we ordered the kebab pizza wasn’t the best but we got on with it as you do. Ordered again last night and kebab pizza worse it’s been, kebab all dry and crispy and hardly any cheese was just mushroom and onion to keep the cost down I feel even with the price rise.

incredibly greasey pizza, actually dripping in grease... Order said it should give a free 1.5ltr bottle of drink with orders over £23. Our order was £24 and no free drink. Won't be buying again. Worst pizza place in Grantham.

I just ordered a chicken burger and chips from here and was extremely disappointed. I received the burger with nothing in the bap except dry chicken, no sauce no salad nothing and for the price I paid I expected at least some salad and mayo inside. The chips were uncooked and soggy. I won't be coming back and good luck keeping customers if this is the shoddy food you send out.

I ordered a meal deal that stated it was a wrap, coleslaw, onion rings and a bottle of drink. They delivered two pizzas one with toppings that were supposed to be in a wrap the other was random, no coleslaw but a massive portion of chips (which are always delicious). Pizzas were unimpressive

If only I could upload pictures to show the pizzas look just like the pictures that the restaurant uses. You can tell they use quality ingredients right through to the stuffed crust, which I normally find lacking in others. I also forgot to order the homemade coleslaw, I rang the restaurant, pick up within 5 rings - “no problem to add, you can pay when delivered”. The coleslaw is a great compliment to the quality. Delivered on time by very polite chap. Thank you Direct Pizza. I will be ordering again.

Pizza was undercooked and dripping with grease chicken strips were minging never ever again now done a days work and not eaten due to working away

The drinks can had leaked and the side order wasn't delivered so i couldn't eat either, but the pizza itself was great.
