Pizza was lovely fries not so good wouldn’t buy those again

First one was delivered to the wrong address so they had to make it again

At 6pm was told driver was on his way we live 5 minutes from the takeaway. Still not here at 18.25 I rang and was told the driver was on his way there was alof traffic which checking maps there was none. This is not the first time this place has clicked it is being delivered before they have set off. If it is going to be late change the time on the app

korma tastes sour ...a first and Madras is devoid of any taste beyond chilli . Sorry , but it's a First and last time ! Food remains uneaten !

Worst experience I ever had I saw a staff member who was serving the meat which had fallen on the floor. No good quality and quantity of the food.

The worst takeaway I ever had . Waste of my £25. I had to bin all the food . No taste and uncooked . I had them few years ago and they were nice but last night I had the worst takeaway experience. How can you serve such a bad quality food ? We had Indian curry we both have bad stomach after having couple of spoons .

Had the most worse experience with these guys going ordered a pizza it came not cooked and they said they would send a nuver and that one came worse than the first one and refused to give a refund do not order from here it is a waste of money

Food was wrong when it came then the replacement food was just the bits of the Donner meat therefore I couldn't eat it and had to go to a different takeaway to get my food.

A ++ pizzas you won't be disappointed

Never buy from this place charged me 25.30 for food not brought my food left my kids without because they didn't receive the order due to their system bearing in mind they have took the money out my bank!

Best garlic bread we have tasted, have to fight with kids to get a piece. Thats how I know its yummy

Ordered 31pounds worth of food they sent a different order than what i asked for absolutely dusgusting we ended up throwing it in the bin smelt like and looked like dogfood i will never order from here ever again same goes for my friends and family , between us all we spend alot of money here but its stops now wouldnt recommend it to anyone ,,such a shame it WAS a nice food place ,,,,

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE!! we would order from here often and I always thought the food was pretty decent up until last night when I ordered a burger meal for me and my partner. We was sat eating our food and it wasn’t until my partner ate half his burger until he realised there was mould on the bun!!

Dino's was my go to, it's sad to see how it's changed. I don't like to lie, the food still is not bad, however I received the wrong food twice in a row and after complaining the first time I was told I'd get a complementary pizza which they later denied. I was like fine whatever, as long as my food is right next time... to which they got wrong again. I tried calling up but there was no response and when they finally answered they said there is nothing they can do about it and hung up the phone. I said whatever the service doesn't matter as long as the foods decent, so for the third time (today) I politely requested they please ensure the food is correct and they accepted my order.. so I waited and waited and when I called to see where it is they told me they will cancel my order because I am never happy. I've never had an issue before and told them I want to speak to the manager because all I was requesting is getting what I ordered. The person on the phone said yes yes and hung up. I'm not sure if the manager is the problem or the workers but something's changed and so unfortunately I will need to find some place else for my cheeky takeaways.

This guys food is absolutley gorgeous. I got the Dino special burger with donner meat, chips and a portion of indian style garlic mushrooms. Heaven! order from here, you wont be dissapointed.

Don't waste ur money. Half our food was missing and when I rang they were rude on the phone. Apparently they are sending our missing items in 20 minutes, still waiting 2 hours later with no sign...

Absolutely would not recommend this place. Ordered food on uber, ended up missing the rice and substituted a £3 bottle of tango for 1 can of Pepsi. They promised the missing items would be with me in 20 minutes, only to be told they can't replace uber items 2 hours later! Disgraceful service.

my pizza was delivered to the wrong house i had to ring up 40 mins after it said it was on the way to be told some one else got a free pizza ,i would like a refund please . i did recieve my pizza eventually and it was not the restaurants fault but the delivery drivers

Extremely poor service. Our orders have been messed up so many times but constant lies about sorting it out ‘next time’, which they never do! staff are extremely rude with no manners. The person answering the phone has no knowledge in English language so do expect your order to be a mess.

The Kebab was cold and greasy, the Somosa's meat was nothing but paste possibly potted meat out of a jar which even my dog refused to eat.

Food was nice and hot and fresh naan was a decent size and overall food was nice would try here again for sure

Food arrived before the expected wait time, all of it was hot and it was delicious, the kebab had chilli sauce instead of mayo but thankfully we like that too! Would order again.

I called in for a shish kebab to take away last night. This was the worst kebab I have ever eaten. I don’t know what cut of meat was used but it was tough and completely inedible. Unfortunately, I had driven away. Otherwise, I would have gone back in and asked for my money back.

This food is not fit for human consumption. It was and is the worst food I have ever had. Hot meat starter no hotter than a pot noodle. The rest not even worth writing about it was that bad. The food here is not safe people do not use

What an absolute joke of a place, the food was astonishingly horrible. I found strange miscellaneous brown marks on my chips which had a very foul smell. Also, my pizza was so stale i could knock someone out with it. The garlic bread was just melted lurpak butter on hot bread which was just disgusting, there was nothing garlicy about it. I know you guys will think this is a joke but honestly so did i when it came to my house. Even the drink was warm and the coke as out of date. The only positive feed back is this review will help close a horrible foul disgusting place like this close down in the near future. Never ever come here guys honestly it’s like an i’m a celebrity get me out of here trial.

Okay, to anyone thinking they want a nice meal, look somewhere else. This place is the WORST place I have eaten at in a long time. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to a dog. My naan was stone cold and as hard as a doorstep. The Donna meat was very thin and over cooked to the point where some parts of it was charcoal black.. the fries was frozen on the inside, some with ice still on and had a very bad “fridge” taste. On top of that the portions are a complete joke. When I went to show them the food I was told to get out and leave and that I replaced the food. Trust me, Get your food from elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting service.. would NEVER use this place again. Found a ginger beard hair in my kebab, when I rang to tell them they said I didn’t get the food from there! Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst ever service, Never ever order this food it’s so disgusting. I got a baby portion literally for a baby and i paid for a large. I complained and asked to be compensated where the person on the phone who said he couldn’t help me and when I asked to speak to the manager, he swore at me and told me to do one. The fool was horrible and cold and had no flavour. I suggest no one orders from here otherwise you will have a horror like i did.

The restaurant service is so rude it’s disgusting my food was 45 minutes late and my food was freezing I didn’t want to give the man the money but he said I have to take it up with the resistant and the way they spoke on the phone was disgusting 🤬

Message to say food was on its way at 20.10 still not received at 20.30 to be told he had just left. Arrived at 20.45. Not bad to say we live 5 minutes from the shop. Food great so would use again but not have it delivered

Thrown more away than eaten. Food usually good but kebab was greasy and chicken was awful. Shame as used to be good food, will avoid from now on.
