Came back to dinos around a month ago after being a regular previously for a very long time I have to say the standards have gone back to how they were when I first used them and don’t use anyone else for kebab or pizza now

My husband and I ordered the chicken meat and chips and we were not impressed. The chips were rubbery, as if they'd just been reheated and also they were only just warm, and the chicken, although cooked tasted like it was from a packet you could buy at the supermarket. Hopefully this is just a onetime incident and we may give the benifit of the doubt and try again.

The pizza and kebabs were great! The pizza had a crispy crust and fresh toppings, and the kebabs were tender and flavorful. Fast delivery and everything arrived hot. Highly recommend!

Kebab donner sheesh tikka mix ...please offer salad and sauce its a good portion but too dry without a bit of salad and sauce ....its a just eat order and price is fair just needs salad n sauce offer adding thats all...The wait was a little longer than expected however Friday night is a Busy time....i did a quick 2 mins microwave but it was only 4 degrees outside food was warm but not hot enough please purchase some just eat insulated bags itll improve the delivery heat on the meal especially cold winter nights....the foods mainly grilled ....overalll its priced good its portions good..just needs insulated delivery boxes and salad n sauce adding to kebab options on just eat

Beware! Sending guys round delivering leaflets, posts a leaflet through your front door and then decides to trespass down people's drives (drive on side of property so no need or reason to be there) to the rear gate and look over the fences. Did it to every house on the street, dodgy or what

cheese burger meal said it comes with salad, yet no salad, thats the second order with same issue and no cheese burger and chips on the menu just 2 lots of chicken burger so dont know if ones a mistake.

Absolutely fuming with this place because they have had one of there guys go around delivering leaflets & he’s drew a scribble with a pen on everyone’s door frames that wasn’t in at the time. I don’t know what he’s planning but these scum bags need sorting out. Pen marks don’t come off so everyone is stuck with this mark for whatever they are planning on doing and I have kids and pets…!!!!

Poor value for money forgot the drink with the meal phoned regarding this was told if passing to go in and collect it

Use these a lot and normally very good but one of the pizzas tonight was quite burnt

Number 1 takeaway near me. Always my go too, from the pizza to burgers to kebabs, never fails - always comes on time or early! And always hot - never got an order incorrect , happy to support this takeaway

Honestly the worst takeaway I’ve ever had, the kebabs were cold the doner meat was inedible. No salad, nowhere to select a sauce even though it said with sauce. Most dry and boring looking food ever, Pepsi was warmer than my food.

Food came within 15 mins so knew it was rushed onion rings and chips looked like they were left In fryer for days Burger bun was burnt asked for no salad only lettuce and put this in notes which wernt read but it still came with all salad the donner meat Is like actual shoe leather it doesn't look edible to eat and it was was grey like actual grey the chicken tikka was so dry that the only nice thing to wash it away with was the only edible thing on the menu my lovely cold can of Pepsi. Also had to make two trips as forgot some of the order

ordered a meal deal both with cokes. they delivered Pepsi. the driver stated that it says Pepsi on the receipt. I checked just eat and it clearly says coke.. I can't drink Pepsi. I made this clear last time they f**ked up. don't think I'll be ordering anymore. got worse since its changed over.

these are one of if not the most used takeaway for me.a few weeks ago I tried my first Burger,and it was amazing cheese burger,fries, diner meat, salad ,amazing. tonight however an absolutely terrible portion,you would have been excused for 🤔 Ng it was a kods meal, burger was great as usual,however there was 3 pieces of doner, no salad , like I say ,very disappointing order,think twice next time.

the order was delivered 20 minutes after placing the order, the delivery driver was pleasant, however the mixed meat kebab was undercooked, the doner meat was like wet rubber and the kofta squirted with water when you took a bite and almost made my partner throw up. the bap of the chicken burger was burnt and parts were rock hard and made the burger inedible. We called up to explain and were met with a cold response and not even an apology for what we received. We won't be ordering again.

Food was later than suggested, luke warm and over cooked chips. Size was good for the price paid but dissatisfied overall. Don’t mind waiting longer than expected when the food is worth it.

Good food. Just a shame was delivered cold due to quite possibly the most useless delivery driver I've ever had. I deliver takeaways myself so I understand not every address is easy especially on an industrial estate but this was abysmal. Spent 25 mins on the phone trying to explain where I was. All he had to to was type the company into Google maps and it would've took him directly here but instead he goes to Toolstation on a completely different street? Luckily someone else helped him.

Not up to Normal standards we have from you Driver was banging like mad on the door no need for that. Pizzas was quiet dry tonight and lacked what we normally have from you

Order from here fairly regular. I'm about 20 minutes drive from the takeaway and they are always out to me within the hour. The 20" meat feast pizza is simply stunning. For 16 quid you get a whole 20 inch and every single slice is covered with topping. Not like other takeaways which will charge 14+ quid for 12 inch and give moderate greasy toppings. Very good value and the drivers who deliver are always so efficient and polite. 100% would recommend

45 minutes late with no apology. When arrived the food was stone cold. The lettuce in the kebab was rotten. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered from dinos again tonight and for the first time I’m slightly disappointed, everything was hot and to dinos high standards apart from the curly fries with cheese these where cold meaning the cheese had not melted so we threw them away, I must stress this is very unlike dinos everything normally comes piping hot so hopefully it’s just a one off!! Also a bit more cheese in the stuff crust wouldn’t go amiss :)

Delivery was fairly quick, food was warm when I got it, but barely any chicken in my munch box 1. Mostly donner, and considering what I paid I would have expected more than a few chunks of chicken in it. Driver was lovely though
