We've ordered from here three times. The first time it was nice, ordered on a Monday so didn't wait too long. Today, the soup was almost congealing, not like I've had before and even though it said our order would be 1 hour and a half, it was 2 hours 5mins to be delivered. Disappointing. The cooked veggies and duck pancakes are nice but easy to not get wrong.

Typical bar chain pub great for watching sports and a quick bite to eat, gets busy

A Christmas dinner and a night out for 9 work colleagues with very little of merit on quiz night - nobody told us in advance about the quiz - and they couldn't find our menu choices which they specifically asked for in advance. Disappointing in so many ways & certainly not worth the £300 bill. The roast meats were so thinly cut, watery and tasteless, roast potatoes suspiciously the same size as frozen ones and was the mash "Smash"? For afters less than half of a miniature Christmas pud was served with a jug of sauce with no brandy detected. We won't be booking next year.
