Always perfectly cooked food, with generous portion size. The staff, particularly the manager, always makes us so welcome. The place us spotless and best of all - it's one of the very few BYO in the area - so it's never a big bill!

A delightful place. The staff could not have been more helpful and polite, they made our visit stress free. We were a group of 14 and everyone was extremely happy with this restaurant. Plus, the food was superb!

Firstly, wrong rice was delivered so a bad start! It got much worse though. Starter which was the lamb kofta was cold and like rubber, the main course was swimming in oil. Never again!!

Honestly biggest regret ordering. Tasteless and just full of garlic. Really disappointing. Small portions and watery unflavoured sauce

Here again with friends - BYO which halves the bill! Great, great staff and really good food - what's not to like??? We live in Spain and this is our 'go to' for EVERY visit back!

The food, service and value for money is always excellent. We had a table for 4 and brought our own alcohol. I love this place!

Been looking for a good local Indian takeaway to save me the long drive to Heswall - and this isn't it...£34 isn't cheap but ok if the quality had been good. However, the starters were terrible Bhajis were mostly inedible dough and the tandoori chicken the worst ever. I have honestly never tasted anything so old and completely tasteless from an Indian restaurant before. Truly awful. The mains were better, though the shami kebab in the mixed balti was hard, old and tasted of nothing, the chicken was poor cuts and the lamb was chewy and tough. Maybe we hit it on a bad night, but I doubt there will be another. so back to Heswall for us.

This has always been our favourite Indian takeaway & until last night never had a bad meal. Delivery was on time however I have never had a curry swimming in so much oil a good 2cm floating on top of the meals, definitely not to their usual standard and was so disappointed at the lack of flavour! Have they changed chef? If so bring back the old one, I do not enjoy spending half the night on the toilet. I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from there again. Maybe just a one off but my stomach does not want me to risk it.

We ordered a takeaway for 4 adults and 2 children. Ordered 6 different dishes and there was hardly any meat in any of the dishes. The little lamb there was in one dish was very dry. First time I’ve used this place and it’ll be the last. Don’t remember ever having such a disappointing meal.

Been going to and having take-aways from this place for years. However, lately things are slipping somewhat. Latest issue was ordering a delivery. Time was pushed back 20mins, then 20mins again! We called and were told it was ready but had no delivery drivers available. Ended up driving there ourselves to be told they were ‘busy’ and in future to just collect as its quicker! Plenty of other choices in the area so will just go elsewhere in future.

We visit this restaurant every time we are in the UK. The food is consistently excellent as is the service. Bring your own bottle. The best Indian food in the area.

Once again we enjoyed a fantastic meal here. Our favourite Indian restaurant! Food always well cooked, beautifully presented - and plenty of it! Staff always SO polite and helpful and as its BYO = amazing value!!

Visited last evening (again) as usual excellent staff providing friendly thoughtful service. Very covid aware, carrying out all nessasary cleanliness operations, masks, gloves, gel etc. The food as usual a very high standard, they are happy to tailor dishes to your personnel requirements. Thanks again.

Once again the meal was beautiful. Piping hot on delivery. Faultless as well and on time. The chicken tikka marsala was divine plus the mushroom rice was excellent. Along with all the accompanying dishes we were stuffed.

We ordered a takeaway from here last Saturday for 2 different families. Delivered to 1 house and a korma delivered instead of a madras. When realised it was korma rang up and let them know they had delivered the wrong curry. Response: Well we are really busy it is going to be 2 hours can't you make do with it. An order tonight for again 2 families thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt laughable. 1 home 2 nan breads missing and the other home 1 madras missing. Rang again and the same response as last week. We are still waiting for the madras now 1 and a half hours later. They need to get some organisation together. Not bad 2 nans and 1 curry paid for and not delivered discusting. Avoid.

Beautiful meal. The pickles/chutneys that accompanied the poppadoms were delicious. All the other dishes of sag paneer, mushroom bhaji, onion bhaji, chicken tikka and pilau rice were exceptional. First time we've used this place and it won't be the last.

Whilst the order came on time and ordering it was easy, the food tasted disgusting. We have ordered from here numerous times before and have never had a problem so it was most disappointing. The whole meal tasted as if far too much salt was added, including the peshwari Naan. It was not edible and had to be thrown away.

Beautiful meal. Every item was faultless. Probably ordered too much but well worth it.

We pre-ordered our food around 4 o’clock for delivery at 5 to six however it then got delayed until 7.20 and eventually turned up at 7.50 (I had to ring the resturant 110 times which I can prove before they answered however Flo arived whilst on the phone) by which time the food was cold the chicken nuggets were soggy and the salad that was meant to come with them was not sent.

We’ve eaten here many times, in groups of 2-7 and had takeaways. It is our local go-to place for a good, inexpensive place to eat. Food is always hot, tasty & well cooked. Staff are very friendly. The restaurant is always spotlessly clean.

Great local choice - really good value for money and service

Okay so we had to wait a while longer than normal but given that many of the Takeaway’s are closed this was to be expected. In terms of the adjusted slot, it arrived bang on time! The food was delicious as ever. We are lucky to have such a good takeaway.

Disgusting delivery time, lied about the time and updated it twice. If you are busy be honest and say the correct estimate to begin with. Then refused to deliver and cancel - have to go to just eat to get a refund now..

Ahhh disappointing! The masala was weak and quite tasteless really, aloo gobi was like mush it really was a disappointment. I ordered here as my usual takeaway had online issues and when I called the service was rude and uninterested, Dine India we have wanted to try for ages but the whole meal was just ok ish, shame really and maybe better choices or knowing what to ask for that is their flavours, this time was not a winner guys! Will have to go back to the rude restaurant in future but the food is worth it!

£40 of food purchased which consisted off four main courses. Each curry had approximately 4/5 small pieces of meat and for some unknown reason virtually a whole union in each one. Very disappointed!! I also asked for salad and got the smallest bag off lettuce not enough for 1 !!! Poor all round.

Rice was cold and not pilau rice. 7 small pieces of chicken in meal lots of sauce not enough meat. Korma was bland and didn’t have any taste, it looked curdled too.

All four people that ate absolutely loved every bite of food. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you xx

The veg Karahi was mainly onions and there were some unidentifiable hard bits in it which was off-putting :-(

First, the delivery driver was lovely. The restaurant had forgot to include the drink so she kindly went to the nearest shop to get it. She also arrived promptly after the food left the restaurant. The food itself, however, was awful. Everything was stone cold, the rogan josh was oily and bland, the dhansak was also bland and had undercooked lentils in it, the naan tasted burnt and was sweaty from sitting in the bag so long, and the cucumber “raita” was an unseasoned, flavourless puddle of milk curds. Furthermore, the restaurant had advertised a delivery time of around 30 minutes, but once the order was placed and paid for, they changed it to over an hour. We had really been looking forward to our curry, but we were bitterly disappointed.

Last minute decision to eat out instead of cooking at home Decided to try dine India as close to home. Resturant was empty as I take it they do more online deliveries, was nice that it was quiet but also it was a Tuesday. Manager was very nice and even opened our bottle of wine. Food was top quality and was thoroughly enjoyed. Had poppadoms while deciding on choice. Prawn cocktail to start, which was packed with prawns and was delicious. Mains were chicken tikka masala and lamb saag both with pilau rice, portions are quite large so the manager offered to box them up to take with us. Excellent food and for 2 people to eat 2 states and 2 mains for under 40 pound is a bargain. Will return

Food arrived late but driver did apologize. Food was more warm than hot but temperature was ok for eating. Most of the food was nice but wasn’t much meat at all in the curries and the lamb was very dry and chewy.

Ordered food tonight from Dine India and the food was amazing. Freshly made and came piping hot, would recommend this restaurant. The curry we had was amazing. Definitely will be ordering again from here.

The food here is excellent in every way with a five star hygiene rating.The manager is very obliging and is always happy to discuss any questions you might have.You can also ask to have more heat or less heat in your curry and the meat is always good quality.In my opinion a really great restaurant that deserves to prosper.

Went for meal first time at this restaurant last night,you can take own drink but they don't tell you about corcage!the food was bland in our opinion.Dont think we will return.

Me and couple off my friends came from Crewe so I decided to order from dine India on Thursday evening not knowing it was the biggest mistake lamb vindaloo dumped with oil no taste flavourless and korma was really bad only enjoyed the naan bread no standard whatsoever at all so Please avoid waste off money

This restaurant never disappoints - service excellent and staff attentive and helpful!., food is absolutely beautiful from a variety of starters including chicken pakora, vegetable samosas and chicken chat. Mains served with nice interval after starter and again all cooked to perfection. Prices are very good value, take your own drinks and all in all a fantastic dining experience..

The outside of Dine India belies the inside of this restaurant with friendly, helpful staff, good food and a good menu. The lovely thing about Dine India is not only the welcome but also the food. Staff will gladly recommend dishes and if you want something off-menu, then the (excellent!) chef is only too willing to oblige! Bringing your own wine is a plus!

So used to buy from here a lot but hadn't in a little while and ordered it tonight for pick up, only to be greeted when I got home with a chicken sagg that had around 6 garlic gloves in, over cooked dry chicken when I specifically asked for it to not be over cooked. The onion barjias were awful, wet soggy not uncooked onion inside, the veg biryani sauce had lumps of hard potato in and was bland. I am extremely disappointed and won't be making a return to this restaurant. Real shame. Very disappointing, use to be the best.

We've been regular visitors to Dine India for a couple of years now and have to say we can't fault the food. We live locally so don't bother with takeaway we just walk down and take our wine with us. Always greeted so nicely by the staff and we've never had a bad meal any time we've been. We tend to go midweek so waiting time has never been a problem for us, and portion sizes are just right.

The restaurant is immaculate and spotlessly clean with linen tablecloths and napkins. The staff are always smartly dressed and extremely polite. Food superb. I always order the lemon rice which is delicious and this time I ordered a mixed tandoori - which was outstanding. Great value for money

Haven’t been here for a few years. Have to say we a a great meal but were disappointed when we got the bill. Had 6 popadoms and dips to start. Then 3 curries 2 rice and 1 naan We had two soft drinks and a jug of tap water with ice for the driver. When the bill came we were charged for corkage even though we didn’t bring our own drinks. I didn’t question it as the food was good so just paid it and didn’t leave a tip but think it was a bit cheeky. Probably go elsewhere now as this has left a bad taste.

Be very careful here they count how many drinks and they charge you £1 per drink when taking your own alchahol, never again will I eat here, the food was ok but so shocked that they charged us £8 corckage.. Large group of us too and everyone was furious....

Just returned from another fantastic curry meal with my family, all of us had a lovely meal would highly recommend the chicken tikka madras and vindaloo if you like it a bit hotter! Cannot wait for our next visit!

Ordered via 'just eat'. Takeaway is not same as meals in restaurant. Eaten in a couple of times and it was ok to mediocre. Typical fare. Takeaway is waaaay short of the mark. Ordered set meal for two. Bland watery starters. chicken tikka was processed pieces similar to chicken kebab meat. Lamb jalfrezi appeared to have meat other than lamb in it. Sauces to both very thin and basic Tikka was beyond normal red coloring you expect, positivley flourescent. didnt want to finish it. Your money is better spent elswhere
