Milkshake was amazing, cookie dough was a bit hard but wasn’t bothered by that, the apple crumble was remarkable too

Milkshake was okay but the milk cakes milk was expired and sour, the shop said they could come and taste and replace but the customer service was appalling. Didn’t apologise once and kept saying they weren’t the ones that had an issue. Don’t bother. Apple crumble was not good at all as well.

1 St Peter's SquareAfter having my birthday dinner ruined by the miserable staff and bad food at Giovannis we stepped into San Carlos for dessert ! I originally wanted to eat at San Carlos but sadly they stopped serving spaghetti au vongole so we had to go to Giovannis!!! Never again. The staff at San Carlos are so friendly and happy and helpful the ambiance was great and they turned around my birthday disappointment and made my evening special and fun! They even sang a fabulous rendition of happy birthday to me 🥳💝😘 they had so much energy and attention for every single table they served and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you all for your care and attention 😘

I order on the app and they make my drinks perfectly 😊. Received this cute little message on my drink this afternoon 😊. Cheered me up on what was a stressfull busy day 😅.
