We ordered 2 Donner kebabs tonight omg best Kebab we have had in ages lovely salad that comes with it loads of onions which I love it was very hot when arrived which is always a bonus will definitely be using again A+

Ordered a kebab earlier, took one bite and binned it unfortunately. The doner meat was stone cold, the chilli sauce has been changed from real chilli sauce to cheap ketchup with bits of chopped chilli in it. The bread was torn to bits and undercooked. Made me heave so I had to throw it away and make a sandwich. Wifes salad wasn't fresh, stunk of vinegar, probably pre packed/pickled from a jar. Used to always be fresh. Won't be using them again. 5 stars for service as it arrived quickly. 1 star for food as I couldn't give it no stars.

Truly horrific kebab meat. We had the mixed selection of chicken, lamb, kofta, both shish and Doner. It was all dry and tasteless, up there with one of the worst kebabs I have eaten with terrible meat quality that was drier than a desert. Avoid!

Requested salad. My quarterpounder with cheese did not even have onion. My sons had very little onion and lettuce nothing else as requested. Let the meal down terribly. Haven't ordered for sometime last time similiar had kebab with salad but no salad then either. Hence it being so long since ordering again. No change there

Food was really tasty, just a bit cold, portion was a bit sparse.

Ordered 2 kebabs one regular one large but got the pathetic tubs of salad the same size which is beyond a joke I won't be ordering from there again they are taking the piss if u ask me salad isn't expensive I had to go to fridge and make more salad dilan kebab sort it out as you're gonna lose customers

First time getting a kebab from here I think its a lot of money for what we had and having to pay extra for sauce and salad (very small salad) when a kebab normally comes with it was a rip of the Donna meat was ok but the chicken shish was over cooked and dry. I will not be getting a takeaway from here again!!

Got a weird phonecard and text an hour after receiving the delivery. When I called to complain the owner spoke to me like I was totally thick or possibly mentally ill. Nice.

I ordered a large salad with some regular features from the stock markets and the lady told me to wait half a decade so I walked in personally offered everyone out for a fight and then some Native American tried to shoot me with a dart but I did a side flip and one banged him in the front door and then the shop owner and his man try to flank my six so I roundhouse kick his nan in the morning breakfast bar and sold her on Facebook marketplace then 6 ninjas walked in with katanas so I pulled out my lynx mk8 attack helicopters and ate their whole kebab skewers so all the shop owners bow down to me so we went to the Winchester to have a pint and waited for all This to blow over

First visit today, and this will be my kebabery of choice from now on. Nice tasting donner with lovely chilli sauce. They take cards too, which is a bonus because I don't carry cash.

It’s ok. They are miserable as fuxk, hardly any salad but donor meat was ok. Not cheap

I waited well over 2 hours for my order and STILL didn’t receive it I WONT b using them again it’s a bloody joke

Everything was ok apart from the sauce squirted allover the meat and bead made it all soggy horrible to eat a big improvement if the sauce came separate.

I thought quantity dinner was the most disgusting kebab house in Clacton, I’m afraid to say….Dillan 2 as actually surpassed quality dinner! The Doner meat had no flavour whatsoever, the salad that was supplied in a Separate plastic container must’ve been sitting a round for a couple of days. Shocking customer service.

Ordered a couple of kebabs from here tonight because we fancied a change we’ll never again opened the doner kebab to find they put a small kebab in a large box times must be hard when I rang the shop I was confronted with a very rude woman and basically told tough lovely approach to customer service well never again will we order from there thank you

I paid £6.50 for doner meat and chips and the meat was greasy the chips were soggy and there was about three strips of meat. Not worth the money and horrible food

Don't order here on a weekday. I ordered 3 doner kebabs and all were terrible. They agreed to replace 2 and they were also awful. Please avoid if you don't want to chuck money down the drain

Not the best I've had but very good anyway

Served by a lovely young girl, polite and friendly. Shop looked nice and clean. Ordered a combo kebab and chips. Chips were a little limp and underdone for my liking, but still quite tasty. Kebab was really nice although I thought the portion size was a bit small for the money. Chilli sauce needs a bit more bite. Salad served in a separate little pot, was nice and fresh. Would definitely order again. 👌😁

Mix kebab plenty of meat lacking taste bit bland the lamb donner taste was strange chips were not really cooked 😕

We have used this shop twice now and both times no salad on kebabs. So disappointing even though order receipt clearly said all salad.

Small portions, pepperoni chopped in half on pizza and very minimal toppings, charged extra to have garlic sauce in a separate pot rather than on top of kebab, forgot drinks then left them on the doorstep of communal entrance and walked away

Absolutely terrible got a mouldy lemon in the salad of the kabab got a extremely greasy kabab and when we returned the food couldn’t get a refund in which is in violation of consumer rights act and forgot items also extremely fatty should be no stars and never order from here

Ordered 4 kebabs at 18.30, hour delivery which is fair enough, 3 kebabs arrived at 19.40, plain with no salad or sauce, called shop straight back they said they'll send the missing kebab and saldss straight away....20.40 ans still waiting.....says it all ,,,,,

Very good portions for a reasonable price, it is not for the health conscious of you go for the doner options but we'll Cooked and nicely presented.

I have been a regular customer of Dilan 2 for several years now and until recently I have found it to be really good. But over the last couple of months it has really started to go downhill. The food is ok, but the quantity - for the same price - has been cut drastically. You get about half the meat you used to and if you ask for salad with your kebab or burger or whatever, all you get is a tiny piece of red cabbage and a couple of slivers of onion. If you want cucumber, lettuce or tomato, even though they are in the salad dishes on the counter, you have to ask specially for them. It's a shame as it used to be the best kebab place in Clacton, but not now.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and chips tonight and we could not eat pizza as it tasted of cardboard we have used before for kebabs but will never order pizza again ...

Chicken Donna is awful. tastes all funny with a tone of different flavours full of faty pieces and donner meat is all scraggly and dried out it's like chewing on bubble gum rather go Pete's fish and grill or the fish inn as every thing is freshly prepared in front of you Waste of money buying from dilan kebab

Late evening of 21st Feb we ordered a chicken doner and a lamb doner..well was the worst by far we've ever tasted..chicken full of fat and covered in some strange favouring..and doner meat was like chewing a piece of old carpet..took one taste of each ..and put it in the bin..the worse place on clacton..only went there coz it was open later..stay clear of this place ...no late night eats from us.. Wouldn't even rate it a 1..

Absolute joke. We were given a delivery time and after an hour and a half I called to check my order went through okay to which I was met with a rude woman who told me the delivery driver has just left. So after another 20 minutes I call back to see if I can cancel my order, my house is 3 minutes down the road it shouldn't take this long.. I probably would have been less angry if the rude woman on the phone hadn't spoke to me with pure attitude. She informed me I couldn't get my money back but she would call the delivery girl to see where she is and call me straight back. She didn't. After another 10 minutes the food finally arrived but the drinks we'd ordered hadn't. Called them back, they were left in the shop. Another wait. The chicken was cold and the salad warm! I honestly would've understood if they were genuinely rushed off their feet and kept us informed but there is no excuse for that kind of customer service. The woman was so rude, not at all helpful and completely  unapoligetic. Will never use them again.

Decided to have a delivery of pizza, kebab, onion rings and chips. Took 40 mins and when it arrived the pizza was cold, cardboard chip, donor was greasy and onion rings soft and cold. Not really sure if it was a problem with the delivery, surely the food would not come out of the shop like that? Very disappointing ..... will not use again.

The chicken was moist but tasteless, and the beans was missing. Shame really as other orders have been spot on and flavoursome.

Food was nice but order was wrong as I ordered a chicken burger but instead I got a quarter pounder other than that it was nice. Would order from here again hopefully will get right order next time but everyone makes mistakes.

Really annoyed at the fact they offer a free bottle of drink for orders over £20 spent £22 but didn't get the drink as I'd ordered two kids meals and according to the restaurant they are classed as a offer/deal!! And then they advertise free delivery over £8 and also free delivery over £12 then charged me 80p delivery charge!!! They were unhelpful which led me to go via just eat to complain.

Food smelled horrible and was over cooked and dry .... small portions ..... and the chicken was fried not roasted as stated on the menu!!

Fast, reliable service. Food was good. Arrived quicker than anticipated, which was great. Could have been a tad hotter, otherwise brilliant.

tiny bit of salad that looked old late delivery chips were awful

The meal arrived on time however some of it was incorrect so it was an hour before I could eat my meal and by this time it was clunfortunatey cold. The restaurant were very argumentative and it too 5 phone calls and a 45 minute wait to end up with cold inedible food.

Thought i’d make a change and try this place. Big mistake. I ordered at half 6 and the delivery estimate was 7:45, which already seemed a long time. By 8:00, I was getting a bit suspicious as to where it was. So much so that I had to phone the shop at 8:15 asking where it was. The response was ‘it just left’ which again is suspicious. It was either forgotten about or that is the standard response. I imagine it was the former, as from the shop to my house takes 10 minutes. It finally arrived just before 8:45. Two hours after I had ordered and one hour after it SHOULD have been here. Once opened, it was very bland and mediocre. I think it’s safe to say I will go with what I know, and that is to never try Dilan2 again.

Food was lovely however ordered for when partner finnished work and was extra early so was cold when he got home.

Kebabs were full of fatty bits, about a quarter of it. Salad was an odd colour and had loads of water at the bottom of the tub! Tasted rank, only had a bit then it got chucked. Since them few mouthfuls I managed I have been ill with upset tummy, vomiting and sweats. Will never be using dilan 2 again. Waste of money!

Kept finding little bits of bone in kebab meat, couldn't eat it. Waste of money, was really looking forward to a kebab but sadly disappointed.

Food was great, and hot despite being delivered late but I requested extra chilli Peppers and was given a pot full. Food presentation was excellent, and delicious. Spot on!!

Food took nearly an hour and a half to be delivered. For such a small order that is too long to wait.
