Absolutely rude. When asked for the meat fresh of the spit the man is moaning he had meat already cut in the tin which I said I didn’t like. Then continued to then try charge me extra because I didn’t want my chilli sauce on my kebab and wanted it separate. Very rude and terrible customer service don’t even deserve this 1* in my opinion. Service doesn’t cost anything

Good portion size but too expensive, we only got the burgers where 3 of them nearly £5 no meal or anything and the donner burger over £5 same no meal or anything.

delivery person is very polite. can we include a tip option for the delivery person

Just a poor service, wouldn't deliver after accepting order 40 mins ago, rangw me up and wanted me to meet them 1/4 mile away and wanted extra 2 pound to deliver to that point, then cancelled order after 40 mins because wouldn't meet them, called delivery for a reason.

All the food turned up cold, the burger and all the chips were overcooked and tough to eat.

Chicken was dripping in chilli sauce, far too much sauce . Chicken wasn’t great . Lamb was just ok nothing to shout about . I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and the foot is to such a high standard. Fresh, tasty, well presented.

Staying in Clacton for work and really fancied a kebab, saw this place and went straight in. Initially thought it was on the expensive side at £11.90 for a large mixed kebab but when I got to the hotel and ate it it was worth every penny, both meets were full of flavour and not greasy, the sauces were lovely aswel and I struggled to finish the whole thing as it was massive! Would defo recommend this place to anyone who loves their keeeeeebabs. Good work guys!! 👏

I always get quick delivery from dilans which is great, just a shame that lately our delivery hasn't been hot it's turned up warm, the chips are really tasty, I would recommend dilans, it's the only place we order from

Very nice as always, But if you pick a time on the just eat app for delivery it would be nice if it came at that time and not 20-30 mins earlier as was still working

Ordered a kebab earlier, took one bite and binned it unfortunately. The doner meat was stone cold, the chilli sauce has been changed from real chilli sauce to cheap ketchup with bits of chopped chilli in it. The bread was torn to bits and undercooked. Made me heave so I had to throw it away and make a sandwich. Wifes salad wasn't fresh, stunk of vinegar, probably pre packed/pickled from a jar. Used to always be fresh. Won't be using them again. 5 stars for service as it arrived quickly. 1 star for food as I couldn't give it no stars.

Not impressed with the food- garlic bread was nice but cold, pizza was vile, cubed chicken on top and chips were cold that the cheese hadn’t melted at all. Won’t order again!

What’s happened to the size of the kebabs? Ordered a medium and it only had 4 chicken chunks in it (really small portion) and the large was more a medium! I know cost of living but not good value for money, will be going elsewhere in the future

First time ordering from here. we ordered 2 Jacket Potatoes with different toppings. The staff were very helpful, the food arrived early and was piping hot. The Jacket Potatoes were a good size and very well cooked. Very enjoyable and we will definitely be ordering again.

the worst kebab I have ever eaten

Truly horrific kebab meat. We had the mixed selection of chicken, lamb, kofta, both shish and Doner. It was all dry and tasteless, up there with one of the worst kebabs I have eaten with terrible meat quality that was drier than a desert. Avoid!

Cheese chips not great cheese stuck all on carton so basically paying for a mess

The kebab was very greasy and not hot. But as soon as I ordered, it was ready to pick up in seconds.

Shame was dissappointed. No salad as requested in my burger little onion and little lettuce in.my sons. Both burgers were meant to have salad. My burger did not even have onion. Not purchased for long while from here as my last order - kebab had no salad so not been back since. Very sad used to love this place. LET DOWN.

Requested salad. My quarterpounder with cheese did not even have onion. My sons had very little onion and lettuce nothing else as requested. Let the meal down terribly. Haven't ordered for sometime last time similiar had kebab with salad but no salad then either. Hence it being so long since ordering again. No change there

Ordered 2 kebabs one regular one large but got the pathetic tubs of salad the same size which is beyond a joke I won't be ordering from there again they are taking the piss if u ask me salad isn't expensive I had to go to fridge and make more salad dilan kebab sort it out as you're gonna lose customers

First time getting a kebab from here I think its a lot of money for what we had and having to pay extra for sauce and salad (very small salad) when a kebab normally comes with it was a rip of the Donna meat was ok but the chicken shish was over cooked and dry. I will not be getting a takeaway from here again!!

Quality mixed kebab. Doner/kofte. Chilli sauce was superb and home made. Wish i lived closer. Would definitely recommend. Our kebabs in Leeds are rubbish compared to this.

I ordered a large salad with some regular features from the stock markets and the lady told me to wait half a decade so I walked in personally offered everyone out for a fight and then some Native American tried to shoot me with a dart but I did a side flip and one banged him in the front door and then the shop owner and his man try to flank my six so I roundhouse kick his nan in the morning breakfast bar and sold her on Facebook marketplace then 6 ninjas walked in with katanas so I pulled out my lynx mk8 attack helicopters and ate their whole kebab skewers so all the shop owners bow down to me so we went to the Winchester to have a pint and waited for all This to blow over

First visit today, and this will be my kebabery of choice from now on. Nice tasting donner with lovely chilli sauce. They take cards too, which is a bonus because I don't carry cash.
