Thought it was about time that I updated my review . Still giving the best service and delivery and the food is excellent

Normally food is really good, meat tasted rubbery both of us threw it away

food was great and the delivery driver was friendly and polite too.

Overcooked and cold worst kebab I’ve had

Food was a little lukewarm when it arrived but overall I enjoyed it. Order was correct this time which is appreciated.

I ordered a lamb shish and specifically requested that the sauce be packed separately—not even asking for extra sauce, just to keep it off the food. To my surprise, I received a call from the restaurant asking me to pay an extra 80 pence just to pack the sauce separately. Honestly, it made no sense at all and came across as rude and unprofessional. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall experience left a bad taste—not just literally, since the food itself wasn’t great either. If you’re in Clacton-on-Sea and craving kebabs, I strongly recommend going to Quality Diner instead. Much better service, and the food actually tastes good. Avoid this place—definitely not worth your time or money.

Came really fast, kebab was nice and chilli sauce was fresh wish it was a bit spicier though. No complaints overall

Fries not to good this time some overdone others were ok, Burger was nice, onion rings yummy, Garvey a little salty for me, garlic sauce yummy .

Have used Dilan 2 for a couple of years now and have never had a problem with service or quality of food . Always excellent and will continue to use .

I am so tired of getting food from here with the orders being delivered wrong. Not only was I missing the salad I ordered with my meal, the food was lukewarm and lacked flavour. May have to take my business elsewhere next time.

Good kebab! More cheese next time for the chips! Haven’t had a kebab for years as it’s a hit and miss round this area but I was happy with this one! Would recommend

Great food we regularly order from these. We’ve never had a complaint food often arrive early. We’ve never had a late order. Great value for money and always really tasty.

Unfortunately the food tonight was poor, pizza cold and overcooked so was like cardboard to eat, the chips were limp and cold also. not sure if ordering from them again

Absolutely rude. When asked for the meat fresh of the spit the man is moaning he had meat already cut in the tin which I said I didn’t like. Then continued to then try charge me extra because I didn’t want my chilli sauce on my kebab and wanted it separate. Very rude and terrible customer service don’t even deserve this 1* in my opinion. Service doesn’t cost anything

Good portion size but too expensive, we only got the burgers where 3 of them nearly £5 no meal or anything and the donner burger over £5 same no meal or anything.

We didn’t receive our cans of drink with our order.

We stopped ordering from dominoes and pizza hut after we had a Dilans pizza. It’s insane, the best takeaway pizza we’ve ever had. Only place we get pizza now. Plus the lady that delivered tonight was lovely x

Just a poor service, wouldn't deliver after accepting order 40 mins ago, rangw me up and wanted me to meet them 1/4 mile away and wanted extra 2 pound to deliver to that point, then cancelled order after 40 mins because wouldn't meet them, called delivery for a reason.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and the foot is to such a high standard. Fresh, tasty, well presented.

Staying in Clacton for work and really fancied a kebab, saw this place and went straight in. Initially thought it was on the expensive side at £11.90 for a large mixed kebab but when I got to the hotel and ate it it was worth every penny, both meets were full of flavour and not greasy, the sauces were lovely aswel and I struggled to finish the whole thing as it was massive! Would defo recommend this place to anyone who loves their keeeeeebabs. Good work guys!! 👏

I always get quick delivery from dilans which is great, just a shame that lately our delivery hasn't been hot it's turned up warm, the chips are really tasty, I would recommend dilans, it's the only place we order from
