Ordered chicken tikka madras chicken bhuna and rice The chicken tikka was bland it was not edible totally disgusting The bhuna taste like a can of tomato soup The rice was so sticky I couldn't get it of my fingers as I had to try and pull it appart as was in big lumps None of this food was eaten Wouldn't recommend visiting this restaurant stay clear is absolutely a disgrace and dirty inside should be visited by health inspector and closed down

It's a super frustrating place, because the food is really good and they do really good deals, but I've had a few problems with them. Tried to order a set meal for 1 last night from their website and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, which is fine. 2 hours later and nothing, kept trying to call and the phone was just off the hook. Absolutely zero communication is pretty bad, especially in 2024. Never turned up. Luckily I had to select to pay with cash, so I haven't lost any money, but not the point

Ordered takeaway. First time was excellent. This time didn't turn up. Tried calling but no answer. Really bad service. Will never use them again. Sham because the food was delicious.

Been here multiple times recently, always have a very lovely curry with friends. Staff are very friendly, not too long to wait for food and always very delicious. Received free naan, Bombay potatoes, rice and poppadums with a big group. Highly recommend, waiter Babu Miah and owner Tariq are so friendly, and charge only very affordable prices. Great for students after a night out as well. 10/10.

Ordered our food from just eat said it would be 1 hour ended up being 2 guy said our buzzer was not working and our phone was going straight to voice mail blatantly untrue all works just fine food was no better popadoms smashed to small pierces my curry had more potato than meat rice hard I'm giving the 1 mark for the Nan bread and all this was cold not a great first experience will never use again

Manzils is a Southampton TRADITION. You HAVE to try it at least once in your life. Where else can you go at 3am after a night out, have a sit down curry which is super affordable and delicious?! NOWHERE. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's literally one of the nicest places in the city.
