Worst Indian food i had. Portion was too small and the food was low quality. I ordered tikka masala and it was too sweet i couldn't finish it. You would be better off eating at a fast food restaurant

We ordered tandoori chicken, basmati rice , and naan , we haven't got naan and tandoori chicken was not good and it's not really fresh. However the delivery service is very good

the Tikka massala was a korma and there were no popadom also not hot

All 4 meals were watery or greasy. Lacking in flavour. Also lacking the 2 poppadoms we ordered!

Ordered through Uber eats and the food was never delivered. Phoned up the restaurant who couldn't even chase the order or didn't even care

I oder two chicken buna but its not even 10% like chicken buna very very mild test less worth less very bad

food is fantastic best Indian I've ever had very reasonably priced instead off other takeaways charging way to much I would recommend this takeaway to anyone wanting some good food food was hot on arrival and very fast delivery best takeaway I've had in a long time:)

Said driver was on the way. It took 20 minutes from on the way text for it to actually arrive and once it did arrive all the food was cold and didn’t taste very good.

Excellent food, service is wonderful and we love Wasim, he is such a treasure. Had many wonderful meals here and to come. The Daal is fantastic and the Jalfrezi is hot and flavoursome:

The only late night curry place I would recommend. No food poisoning so far, student meal deal is amazingly priced.

This is seriously the BEST Tandoori iv ever had. And its every single dish i try I simply fall in love with and swear that this one is my favorite then I try something different and well I swear it all over again. Its a lovely little restaurant staff are amazing. You got to try this place it will blow your mind the food soooo gooood. Yumm yumm

Stayed over for the night, this was the highlight of my trip. Spot on, the food. Recommend the daal and chicken masala with their Tandoori nan.

Today I ordered food online and it’s worst taste. I ordered butter chicken it was totally sweet, garlic naan uncooked and bindi bhaji uncooked and nothing in it like no spices. Look wise food also not nice.

Okay so food tastes okay... but on my curry I lost most of my sauce draining the layer on oil sat on top... I ordered chips and got literally like a handful, keema naan had so little meat in! Not great

Came across this in chicken tikka masala. Called store, whoever spoke to didn’t care. Would only refund just for the curry. Made us sick. Grim.

Got the whole order wrong, food was contaminated with other meats, refused to do a refund and the food had a bad taste. The order was late as well.

Take away on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the most awful curry that I have ever had. Picked out the meat from the slurry sauce. Naan was inedible.

The most bland curry I’ve ever had, naan bread is dry. Jalfrezi had no heat to it what so ever, it was completely bland and flavourless. Instead it had 2 chillies in it which was the only provider of any flavour.

We have visited this restaurant regularly. Brilliant food and a great waiter called Wasib. I can’t recommend highly enough. Always the best food and service without exception.

The food here is absolutely vile! I feel sick. The food took absolutely ages to come. When it did (delivery) it had leaked all in the bottom of the bag so everything was soaked. The korma sauce was like water, completely tasteless and ice cold. The poppodoms were stale and soggy, the naan was burnt, and the ‘chicken’ at least I hope it was chicken was so rubbery I had to spit it out I couldn’t chew it! By miles the worst curry I have ever had and I ended up binning it all! Wouldn’t even feed to my dog. What an absolute waste of time and money I would strongly advice avoiding this place like the plague

Great to have veggie dishes that actually all taste differently from each other.

I received the foods at 20:50. 10 minnutes late from the estimated end time is not a big problem but the foods were half cold, while the estimated time 20:20-20:40 is one hour after I have ordered at 19:35.

Lovely Indian meal. Always have a good meal when we come to Manzils. Wasim the waiter is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend

Food was absolutely lovely. Delivered hot, and fresh. Our first order was actually stolen, when I called the restaurant to see where it was, they immediately cooked fresh and delivered again. Amazing service and food!

Old meat in curry and tasteless mixed kebab

Took over an hour to deliver at 2330 on a Sunday night, couldn’t of been that busy. When order arrived was missing my two naan breads. Bombay aloo tasted like it was off with that sweet horrible taste, my chicken tikka masala tasted funky too. Gentleman on phone was very polite and the delivery man was polite, unfortunately the food wasn’t good

I was really disappointed with this order. I ordered a chicken rogan josh but they delivered lamb, which was the main meat in my husbands madras. I don't eat red meat and so didn't have a main meal to eat yesterday.

Poppadoms we’re soft Korma sauce was too sloppy with little flavour with not enough pieces of meat Paratha wasn’t fresh Dhansak had very few lentils and tasted more like a Bhutanese/madras

Fast delivery and delicious hot food. I’d really recommend the Baltic, it was delicious!

Madras was good but the pasander wasn’t as good. It seemed as there was something missing. The sweeter taste was missing.

Ordered 1 garlic naan and 1 plain, both were plain and cold, hard and tough. Korma was lacking in chicken. Saag also was nice, both were warm.

I have visited Manzil regularly for many years. The food is always nice and the staff very friendly. It has the bonus of being open until 3am every day, which is a life-saver if you happen to be working late. Most restaurants in Southampton close at 10 or perhaps 11pm.

The only good thing was that the food arrived early and that the rice I had was nice. The naan had the consistency of chipboard and wasn’t tearable at all, the rogan and the bhuna lacked so much flavour. Real shame because it had decent ratings.

Awful food! Unless you like your meal swimming in oil!! Disappointed! Not much flavour extremely salty.

Food was ok, very watery sauce and not a lot of meat in the curry? It also had some unusual white bits in the sauce?

Well… we’re do I even begin… Didn’t know that takka Dahl was soup?!… looked like dirty dish water and tasted like burnt garlic. I personally like sauce with my curry, not oily water… which both of the tasteless curries were soaking in. The onion bhaji may aswell been an old falafel ball found behind the fridge… dry bland and inedible. Finally to top of a ‘unique’ experience were stale poppadoms and inedible cardboard they sold as naan bread. Hate to think how long this garbage was sat around before reaching me… just praying I don’t get ill…

Food was ok- but rather bright and artificial, too saucy and not much meat. Naan was dry and small.

Delivery never came the first time and I decided to give it another go this time it miraculously arrived. However it was extremely bland and the meat tasted very frozen the naan is as dry as a poppadom worst naan ever. Tikka masala was oddly sweet. Overall I wouldn't recommend it. To give Manzils Tandoori some credit at least it's better than Tariq Manzils down the road.

Tried to eat what i could but this is what's left of my already small portion of chewy watery lamb curry, not sure what flavour this was but definitely wasn't madras and I grew up with Indian food on the daily Definitely red line through this Google search for Indian take away Southampton

Walked in the front door this Evening and asked for a keema naan bread. The guy at the front door walked me to the counter took my order and payment and then refused to serve me my order! Absolute scam

We have often ordered from here and on this occasion the food was not up to standard. We were dissappinted with the taste of the curry it was watery and had no flavour. There were no spices and the chicken and prawns were flavourless. Real shame as we go into the restaurant and it is usually nice. We tried for a refund from just eat but was asked to leave a review and ask directly. Thanks

Great place for a midnight curry on the way out from town! Turns out it's a Southampton tradition!! Great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Basic on the inside but made up for by the food, staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Beyond disappointed with the taste. Literally tasted as if it came out of a can. Both the jalfrezi and madras tasted the exact same somehow… so bland. Had this once before and was outstanding so literally have no idea why it was so bad this time round. Delivery guy didn’t even deliver to my door either and it was 12am.

Worst curry ever. Ordered a balti and a karahi which tasted the same and bland. The chicken was dry and chewy. The biriyani was not a standard biriyani the sauce that came with it tasted like it had wine added and! am so disappointed. The naans were sugary and again not great.
