Really enjoyed the food at Dhinchak. The food was amazing, and the variety and quick service top notch. Very spacious and great for families. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I recently revisited this restaurant after a couple of years, having had fond memories of it, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill in every aspect. The atmosphere felt cold and uninviting, and the food was far below the standard I remember. Service was lackluster, with the woman behind the bar (who I believe is the owner’s wife) showing no smile or gratitude throughout. The place itself was uncomfortably chilly, adding to the overall poor experience. Sadly, I would advise staying away from this restaurant, as there are much better options available nearby. It’s truly a shame, as this place used to be excellent.”

I had an unfortunate experience at this place. After a minor disagreement, the manager told us to leave the restaurant. Such behavior was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. It ruined our evening and left a bad impression. I hope the management takes note and ensures better customer service in the future. I had previously visited this place months back but still it was not that much of a pleasant experience the food was at par.

We went to this restaurant today for dinner. Our experience was bad. Customer service wasn’t good and the taste of the food was average. Won’t visit again.

"I had a worst experience ever in my life” They asked us to pay 20% service charge compulsory. When we politely request to remove service charge. In the response : manager of the restaurant behave rudely. (They don’t care about customers & not respect the customers)

Terrible experience. They wouldn't allow us to bring our own water for our child, insisting we purchase their 'mineral water' instead. I was so disappointed that I walked away without eating. I don't plan on returning.

Excellent food with excellent service

Worst service ever and even when serving they give small glasses and no spoons as well. You have to ask them for this. Would never go there again. Worst service and food was not great either.

Never seen such a rude behaviour in any London restaurant….Owner is nothing but a goon…such places should be closed….someday it could escalate into major fight with such rude behaviour

Very very good, I go every Friday and can’t get enough. Brilliant hospitality aswell. Absolute bargain for such high quality food.

I order from the uber the order is taking longer then expected around 1:30 hrs and when i ask the staff abused me so no customer dignity and no respect. Never bought anything from this restaurant.

Tried this place for family lunch. Did like the taste initially but the Few dish have way too much oil and not sure about the quality. We all had bad stomach post the visit.

Food was exceptionally good and value for money. The portion sizes are really good and enough for sharing. They had offers on cocktails and beers which was a bonus.

I love the place. Food is great but the owners should respect and should be aware of the hygiene and cleanliness. Last time we went, a family next to us were changing diapers on an empty table and didn’t sanitise it. The manager didn’t even bother to ask them to do it in the restroom as everyone else was being uncomfortable.

Great local Indian restaurant! The paneer butter masala is amazing! Food is super spicy so be sure to keep that in mind!

Great food and friendly staff. I visited recently with my 7 week baby and the staff were very accommodating in finding a quiet space for me to comfortably change and feed her. A great evening overall.

Best place for food not look great but service and food number 1

Went on a Saturday date here and booked a table for 2 on the day. Got the confirmation but later the same day my reservation was cancelled? With no reason as to why? Luckily when we went there we were seated within 5 mins. So no love lost there. The atmosphere was underwhelming, no eye catching painting on the wall, the chairs were hard plastic, which got uncomfortable to sit on after 30mins, the men’s toilet was dark, had a flashing bulb that needed changing and had footprints on the wall. But let’s move on to the food shall we… we ordered Paneer Tuffani and Vegetable chowmein, the paneer was really good, no complaints there and it looked freshly made but then again it should be since we waited more than 30mins for it. My wife took 1 bite of her indo Chinese dish and left it, just tasted of chemicals. I tried it aswell and found it sour. Wouldn’t recommend. So what about the drinks? They didn’t have Virgin Colada on the day and the Tropical Mojita was 30% ice, 20% lime and the rest was just flavoured water. Not something that should be £7+. Absolute joke. I’d say the best part about the place was the staff, but I can’t after the mean look I got from the server when I said we didn’t like the indo Chinese dish. Oh well, the best review I can leave is not to come back here again.

A great Indian restaurant in Croydon.

Wow I can’t believe these places are allowed to run. £12 for a curry full of oil. £4 for bhabhi naan full of chilli flakes went straight to bin. I ordered chicken lollipops turns out it was drums of heaven which was good but clearly they don’t understand the difference. £30 spent on Uber eats and it’s just waste. They should be banned for killing people with this much oil.

I am from Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I visited London for family event. I got opportunity to take dinner with my friends and family at DHiNCHAK. It’s clean and lovely place for dinner and small parties.Friendly service and delicious food

Third visit to restaurant, with predictable results. Some first choices off the menu, overpriced wine and no dessert as the kitchen was closed (we did dine late) made for a disappointing overall experience despite the excellent dishes we did eventually get.

It's a perfect place to go and enjoy the evening with nice food and drinks for friends and family occasion or without any occasion.

First time I have been here. The food was delicious, the menu is also clearly labelled for allergens! Lots of vegan options and the fresh passion fruit juice was so refreshing. The waiters were helpful and attentive. It is reasonably priced. The food came quickly even though it was busy. The best desi food in the Norbury/ Thornton Heath area. Will definitely be back!

I was excited to dine at this place. but left feeling disrespected. The manager boasted about his 17 years in London and made to unsolicited comments about my personal choices. Being asked to leave without a valid reason was the tipping point. As a woman and an Indian, it's disheartening to face such judgement and lack of professionalism in a place meant for enjoyment.

We went to eat here and were very underwhelmed by the inside decor. It’s all very basic. Onto the food, which was okay, no real complaints but was not the best food I have eaten but wasn’t the worst. I probably would not go here again, we only have the vegetarian options when we went. The service overall was good.

Food is great. But service is very poor. Food took over two hours on Sunday night. But once we complained with the reception manager the food was out in ten mins. It was really difficult to order condiments and sides. Pricing for non listed items is not clear. I would advise improvement in ordering system. Maybe looking to order via barcode or QR CODE. So staff do not waste time waiting. We really enjoyed the food. We went post recommendation but the service was the down part. Maybe choose a a quieter day to go next time.

I ordered for Szechuan noodles… & they give me noodles that burn my mouth. Lots of chilli inside and apart from that when I ask them about it … they gave me an excuse that it should be like this much spicy.. you should let us know before that you want mild ,they didn’t even ask for to change to mild …very poor customer service….. very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I'll always give this place a 5 star. Recently tried their breakfast items and everything was amazing. The north Indian food during evenings is the most authentic Indian food I have eaten in UK. Owner is good and attends to us very nicely every time we go. Nice family run place with lots of love. Must try!!!

went for fathers day, the place had a good reputation and had many recommendations so seemed like a safe bet. my experience could not have been worse. the meat was overcooked and dry. I had a tandoori chicken which was like cardboard and a lamb kebab that didn't taste like there was any lamb in there. Only dish I enjoyed was the Manchurian chicken. took a doggy bag as the vegetarian food was ok but will not be eating it!! i have had the runs this morning and likely will loose a days work due to the stomach cramps. personally i feel its great reputation is unfounded.

A new and good Indian restaurant around this area. Almost like desi Dhaaba style food. Staff are young and good. Service is very quick and good. Seats were bit odd but ok. Food is very good and especially indo-chinese like chicken Manchurian(the best) and chilly chicken. Curries were good but bit oily. Butter naans and butter rotis were perhaps one of the best in these area. Planner butter masala(Paneer Makhani) was like Dhaba style Lamb curry was good. And prices are really reasonable

One the rubbish service in this Restaurant bcz when we was thare one the my nephew was little bit drunked so he not behave properly that's why funking they staff members and Ower as not give as propar food . Please don't go thare bcz we can't give money for the not good service and food.

Food tasty, staff friendly, a no frills type of place. Prices are very reasonable. Long drinks menu but only a few cocktails available.

I'm sorry, but this was disappointing. The place is a run of the mill, also ran Indian restaurant with limited food choices and curries that lack taste. My main issue during my visit was the unacceptable amount of oil used in the dishes, one of the chicken dish was almost half made up of oil! How is this acceptable, if I wanted a pot of chili oil, I would have asked for it. They have a 'clay pot mutton' that tastes just like their other lamb curry and probably the same curry with an extra bucket of oil! The food also needs a bit more diversity, it was the same boring dishes that tasted like microwave meals from Sainsbury's, but with.. guess what? with an extra serving of grease! The staff do try but the place is reminiscent of a run down school canteen with kids chairs.

Very busy place on Friday nights. Great food. Wine selecting very poor with cheap wine at high prices which spoils the evening. Not enough trained staff to cope with customer requirements. Only one waiter worked extremely hard to try to direct all the other untrained to try to keep customers happy.

Very late service and wait long time for food…

They will get your order mixed up, and wrong. The food quality is absolute rubbish and when you ring the manager is equally rubbish. Instead of apologising for getting our order wrong and trying to put things right his response was to contact Uber. Any other organisation would have put the order right and apologised for the mix up, but these guys do not know how to run a business. We won’t go back again. Manager said he will take care of us next time but his excuse was the chef was ill. You don’t run a restaurant on one chef, especially on a weekend, this is not customer problem. As a result the food was very very hot and inedible.

Food delicious, service too quick, Only negative thing is they don't provide some salad or poppadoms complementary as many other restaurants do. Otherwise food is top notch.
