DFC Chicken in Greenwich

I attempted to dine here before a concert but despite a number of enquiries about our order our food never arrived. I had to leave and was assured I would have my bill refunded in full 3-5 working days later but now a month on I’m still trying to get my refund with no response from GBK. Terrible service.

Just came for an afternoon catch up with some friends. The food service was really quick and the server maddy was super friendly!!!!!! Really recommend xx

Apart from the ladies being fixed which meant there was a queue for the disabled loo.. The food was good- hot, fresh and tasty (not too greasy) staff were Friendly and helpful The restaurant itself was clean and fresh and calm

Booked a table for when Disney on ice finished although it was busy the table wiat was only about 10 mins and we were offered a seat in the outside area, nice clean booth area to sit in, children given colouring and then we orderd drinks and food it was very good they bought the childrens out with the starters such a good touch. Everything was great and even though we paid £5 deposit on booking they took it straight off the bill and I use a code I had so it make it cheap but very tasty. Will definately do this again as last year we went to Slug and lettuce at 02 never again. TGI well done busy but staff attentive and food hot and tasty and we were made to feel so welcome!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for our 2nd wedding anniversary, using vouchers we received as a gift. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Steak: The steak was chewy and far from the quality we expected. Salad: The lettuce in our salad was a bit yellow, indicating it wasn't fresh. Seating: We were seated at the back of the restaurant, which felt like sitting outside in a cheap Weatherspoons garden. No offence to Weatherspoons, but it definitely gave off those vibes. Ambiance: There was nothing special about the ambiance, which was a letdown for our special occasion. Food Quality: The main course and dessert were of very low quality. The only highlight of the meal was the starters—salmon tacos, which we did enjoy. As locals, we would recommend avoiding this place if you're coming to the O2 for a meal. There are so many other restaurants that you'd enjoy far more. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion. We expected much better.
