Fairly established outlet in southside of Glasgow. Have visited a few times when living in Pollokshields, G42. Always enjoyed the food, tasty and filling. Fairly cheap prices too. Recommended.

Arrived late, not very hot and everything in the bag was soaked through with grease.Food itself was fine although we ordered a cheese naan and we either got a plain naan by mistake or it just didn't taste of anything.

Granted I was ordering late at night but the food took almost an hour longer to arrive and when it did, one of the samosas was absolutely disgusting, a pale white colour on the underside so I couldn't eat it and the hoagie was just disgustingly packed, with so much BBQ sauce that one could hardly taste anything else. A bad experience altogether and a mistake that I will not repeat!

not a good place at all waited from 5:30pm till 8pm for my delivery trying to call the restaurant to find out were my food was. just eat got hold of them to get them to deliver and when they came i got half my order.This is not the first time this restaurant has done this to me.

Since moving away from southside i miss this place. Owner is a cracking guy, always blethers away and runs the shop very well. Food is brilliant and it is a busy place.

All food ordered was cold. Ordered large kebab, got small then shop said the small size was ordered. Chips and cheese were drowned in vinegar and freezing cold! All went straight in bin. I'm surprised this place is still in business if I'm honest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! Took over an hour to deliver food, when it did arrive I had half wrong order. No phonecard from the restaurant to say they had to change my order and my family did not like what they changed it for. Food was very dry and chips cold. Will never buy from again waste of money

JUST ORDERED A KORMA, MASALA, RICE NAN AND VEGETABLE PAKORA AND THE PAKORA NEVER ARRIVED, THEN WHEN YOU GO TO CALL THEM THE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. NICE ONE GETTING A EXTRA 4 POUND OUT OF ME. I USE THIS TAKEAWAY ALL THE TIME AND THIS WILL BE THE LAST. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND AS THEY ARE CON MEN

I would recommend you stay away from this place. When our food finally arrived, we realised instantly that instead of receiving two 1.75 litre bottles of coke that we ordered, we got given three 500ml bottles of irn bru (which does not add up to the £5.50 we were charged for coke). We phoned up about the problem and was offered to get something sorted the next time we ordered from them (this we could forgive). But as I got off the phone with them, we also realised that the naan bread was not added in either. As a result, we tried to phone them back but conveniently the phone line was busy...for 45 minutes?! Still have not been able to get into contact with them...Fair to say, we are not pleased with this at all. The food was also not its usual standard.

What a waste of time and money. Food arrived 3 hours after ordering it. The excuse? Oh we're busy. Not even an apology from the gormlous delivery driver, his only response was "ring the shop" Spoke to the actualy takeaway and all they could tell me was that they were busy and the food was on the way.

The food was late, on top of the 80 minutes they had to deliver on time. The quality of the food was awful nothing was fresh and last but not least I got a chicken tikka curry instead of a vegetable-pretty crap when I'm vegetarian! Tried to contact the shop but got no answer, ending up binning most of the £30 order, waste of money-really disappointing

Won't be ordering from Desi again, delivery was late and no apology or explanation. Trying to get through to the takeaway itself proves extremely difficult, when my food arrived nearly 2 hours later it was tasteless, cold and greasy. It was as if it had been recooked over and over again. Really disappointing! I never review anything on Just Eat so this says it all.

Absolutely terrible service! An hour after the estimated delivery time I receive a phone call telling me, wont be long just running a bit late.. tried to cancel but the phone just rang out before I got cut off. Wouldnt recommend here unfortunately.

Food delivery took 1hr 30mins after it was supposed to arrive. Could not get through to takeaway as their mailbox was always full. Ended up taking two calls to just eat before even they could get it sorted. When the food arrived no explanation was given. This isn't the first time we've had this issue. Since they moved to delivery only this is starting to become a regular occurrence which is a shame because we used to order from them at least once a week.

We didn't even receive the order, even after 3 phone calls to just eat, because the restaurants phone number didn't work. Seriously it's been almost 2 hours since I ordered and haven't received anything yet. So angry.

Two time's I have ordered from this place and both times the delivery was ridiculous. They took so long to deliver both times I had to contact Just Eat. The first time I got my food over an hour late. So two and something hours it took. This time I had to contact just eat twice!!!! The restaurant never answer their phone and it's the same whether it's the weekend or a Monday. When the food does arrive it's freezing cold. I only live in the Gorbals, I could walk it there and back faster than they take to deliver. I'm refusing to take this order and have ordered from somewhere else. They still expect you to pay full price and the driver still expects a tip. Officially the worst Indian takeaway in Glasgow. Manky soggy food, that never gets to you.

Food took an hour and 20 mins to arrive lukewarm. Burger fried and not grilled. "Italian" Pizza covered in greasy cheddar cheese. One of us walked down to pick up order as take away phones were broke and we got fed up waiting. Discovered the take away shut. I will be calling tomorrow to find out where my food actually came from. I wouldn't order from this place if you care about where your food is actually coming from.

I have placed an order only because it was one of few still open, I am normally ordering from Dario Pizzaria that remains for me the best takeaway in town. The delivery was late but not a big issue for us considering the time we ordered. The pizza was horrible, worst pizza ever tried in my life. Arrived cold and the salami on top was carbonized, it was f*king disgusting. Chips where undercook and greasy. The two burgers were even worst then the rest of crap meal. Supposed to be two exactly identical burgers and one had salad missing the other one had a couple of sh*t lettuce trimmings. The meat inside were like wood, burnt and dry. Basically the burgers were completely inedible, they tasted weird and we can't identify the kind of meat. We had few bites but all were inedible and we were scared to get sick so we opted to rid everything in the bin. Unfortunately we get unwell after all! What a joke! It is a shame I cannot post the picture of the "food". Really offensive offering to customer crap like that, my dog food was probably better and healthy. People like that should not serve food and the business should shut down!

Ordered a korma but it was very very spicy and unlike any korma I've had before. Took over an hour to deliver and my boyfriends pizza was handed to me vertically - meaning it was all squished in the box.

The meal itself was good however it took longer than estimated time and was 40 mins later than the time on the delivery status but food is good.

It took 2 hrs to get 3 kebabs from Govan hill to shawlands. When it arrived it was barely warm. I wouldn't eat from this place again.

Ordered online - after an hour waiting, I called & wasn't advised my order still wasn't prepared & would be with me in anything upto an hour. Two hours for a pizza? Not great service - wouldn't order again.

Made an order at 7pm was told my order would be with me by 7.45pm however by 8.30pm the order was still not there! I called the restaurant and was told it would arrive in 10minutes, called back in 20minutes and was told the restaurant would call the driver and call me back however I got no such call back. I then called them once again and was told that the driver allegedly got the wrong order and returned to pick up the correct one and that he left 15minutes ago and then told me it would be with me in 10 minutes this was again another lie, I only received my delivery at just after 10pm & the food was not anywhere near the quality of other restaurants. Would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.

I ordered on just eat at 5.39 and was told my food would arrive about 6.25. At 7.10, still no food so I called the restaurant and they gave me no explanation. It is now 8pm and I have still no food delivered and the restaurant are not answering their phone.

What a disaster Meal was nearly 2 hours late. Phoned the take away numerous times to be told that it was on the way, which it wasnt and secondly we phoned to ask what was going on with the meal as we had not recieved it nearly half and hour after the first phone call. The member of staff hung up on us when we asked to speak to the manager. Very disappointed!!!

Been waiting 2 hours for delivery. Told 25 minutes ago it was on its way. Called twice to a very rude staff member who told me he didnt know why it's taken so long, couldn't call me back to let me know what was happening and simply agreed when I mentioned that the food was probably cold. Second time I've had bad service and waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Won't be ordering from here again. Foods no better than anywhere else!

Our order recipt dropped into my inbox at 8:16pm. At 9pm we called for an estimated delivery time and we were told that our order was just about to be made and would arrive in 30 minutes. We decided to cancel the order. Soon after we received a call back from a different gentleman, enquiring as to why we decided to cancel. We advised that it was clear our order had been overlooked and we didn't want to wait any longer. The caller advised we had selected 9.30pm delivery and assured us that he could have our order with us in 20 mins (by 9.30pm). We decided to go ahead with the order. At 9.55pm we had to call again to find out were our food was and we were assured that it was on its way. At 10pm the food eventually arrived! We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for lukewarm mediocre pizza, chips and garlic bread. I will never order from here again! Order pizza from Stephanos in Mount Florida. They are far superior!

It took over three hours for the food to arrive. When I tried to phone to cancel the order, I was unable to get through. The person who delivered just said, we were busy. The food was cold, therefore it had been in his vehicle a long time as he made several deliveries. Considering that I had spent just under twenty pounds on this order I was very underwhelmed. The food was also not great. I will never use this service again.
