Brilliant find. Friendly, welcoming staff. I asked if they had a turmeric latte or chai - not on the menu but they had the ingredients and cheerfully made me one. First visit but definitely not my last.

We had a great meal here the pasta was just amazing so tasty and full of flavour. The service was great the staff were friendly and really welcoming. Good value for money I will definitely return.

Me and my friend went here for lunch, small cracker of a place. I had the prawns in a sauce with focaccia bread and it was simply wow wow wow. I will come back every time I’m in the area now. Absolutely fabulous food and great friendly team. You have to visit this place!!

We visited Delizzi’s today with our two small children. We have never written a review on here before but genuinely feel compelled to do so after a brilliant experience today. The menu was great, included meals for children, everything at great prices… the food was exceptional and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and would encourage others to visit also.

We went for the very first time on Saturday 26. Lovely clean place. My omelettes were delicious and my husbands full english was lovely. You could see how lovely and fresh the food is served here. Coffees arrived and were piping hot. Will definitely make this a regular visit when we visit Southport.

We visit Delizzis every week for breakfast. The food is perfect and the hospitality second to none. You can judge a good restaurant by how well they prepare simple dishes. The omelettes are indeed very special. Highly recommended. I am confused by a negative review in this site. In fact I found it nothing more than the ramblings of someone who will never be satisfied with anything, anywhere . So sad. This is a quality establishment. A*

The negative reviews on Delizzis are frankly baffling. I’ve been eating there for 15 years now, and it’s the only place I’ll eat when I visit Southport. I’ve never had a bad meal and no one has ever been rude to me. The food is incredible especially for the price you pay.

Ordered a chicken and mushroom Pasta. Was lovely however there was hair in my meal from the chef who has short black hair. The owner passed it off as a hairy mushroom from the soil. Do we not wash our food before we prepare it? I had no apology I just got £1.50 knocked off my bill. If I had an apology and maybe didn’t pay for my meal I would defiantly go back. But to be palmed off like that was so rude! I also did the cafe a favour by telling the waitress quietly there was a hair in my dinner instead of kicking off! Rude man laughing in my face and belittling me telling me it was a Hairy mushroom what a load of bull!!!! Wash your food mate!!!

Went with 4 friends for lunch mid week.I have been several times before mid week and Saturdays.There is quite a varied menu from well filled omelettes, pizza and steak sandwich’s all on a variety of breads .We had baked potatoes and soup.Good portion and tasty soup.Baked potatoes had plenty of filling however had to ask for extra butter. Service is relaxed and pleasant but makes it tight time wise if in your lunch hour! Good for people watching if sit in one of the windows. Would recommend

Myself and my family have been coming here for years and never had one bad meal. It is easily the best cafe in Southport as well as the best value for money. The food is excellent as well as the service, along with a great range of Mediterranean food cooked to perfection! Highly recommend.
