This is a take away no eating in. We have had food from here a few times and always amazing. Sometimes a bit of a wait but we’ll worth it in my opinion

Chester Rd Yew Tree Cottage, Helsby WA6 0AD EnglandJust been here for a chippy tea and must be one of the worst I’ve had. Service was slow and there were no chips ready- which I would’ve thought there would be at peak time of 6pm. Service with a smile- I don’t think so, 2 of the 3 women looked miserable and grumpy. Chips were okay but weren’t salted and vinegar wasn’t even offered before they were wrapped up. The worst part, my Sausage Dinner came with, you guessed it, no sausage. I couldn’t believe it- how can a chippy make such an oversight! Ridiculous. I would say the prices were reasonable but if they don’t serve the main part of the deal then I just wouldn’t bother.

31 Chester RoadFood arrived. Driver forgot bottle was ordered and went back to get no problem. In mean time the food was cold. Chips were barely warm and special chow mein was cold in spots. Prawns seemed cold so did t eat, ended up picking through and left it
