Food arrived on time didn’t come with chips there was no option if it was a meal or single so I assumed a meal order and tea was boiling water disaster im so disappointed I always get food from them but never again

Ordered a large chicken steak and chips, was very small did not look large at all. They put all sauces on it when I only asked for mint. Food was average and prices are very expensive. Think they are getting too big for there boots. Very disappointed and will not go here again.

Very very good service. All other reviews that state otherwise must’ve been rude customers. Food was impeccable and getting the chips is a must! Panini and pastie are the best I ever had.

Starting with the food was cold not presented with care and was rightfully taken for a mug for paying for it the service was bang out of order workers speak to customers like there rubbish another thing is they have women in the back and men in the front not saying anything wrong with women but don’t know what these people who don’t even know proper English are even doing in a shop that deals with food would not recommend this at all stay away had food poising for a week

If only there was an option for a zero rating. This place is a joke. Absolutely disgraceful. The service is horrendous. The workers have no customer service skills what so ever. There is not a single employee in this place that has any respect towards customers, food, the atmosphere. Tables are always filthy and counter tops are always sticky. This place shouldn't even be open. Food is always stale there is nothing “FRESH” about it. So please bring yourself down the ladder and focus on your customers as this is what you call business.

Asked for large when ordering the food but the portions were not large so wasn't worth what I paid and asked for only mayo on all the food but they smothered everything in chilli sauce, if I wanted chilli sauce I would have selected chilli sauce, I only clicked on mayo for all the food

The freshness of the ingredients really shines through in every bite, and the flavors are incredibly satisfying. The students at the youth club can't get enough of them! If you're looking for delicious sandwiches that will leave you wanting more, Deli Fresh is the place to go. I highly recommend giving them a try. If I’m being honest this is probably the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, I never leave reviews but this time I have too. I’ve ordered 4 items by calling deli fresh and on the phone I was told it would be 21.50 which understandable. We waited 40 mins for the food which I’m not complaining about. We only received 3 items and were charged 24 pounds at the door. We called and made the takeaway aware we were missing a meal then they proceeded to tell us we haven’t paid for it That attempted to make us pay twice and after 15 mins of back and forth arguing they realised their mistake(didn’t apologise) and said they’d re send it and it would take 10 mins after 20 mins and still no sign of the missing meal we rang yet again just to be told it would be another 5-10 mins. Absolutely vile man I’ll never order from here again. Make sure you check your receipts (if you actually get sent them) and make sure your paying for what you get

Ordered 2 steak and 1mix There sent all mix and so much chilli sauce to point alot could not be eaten . 1 had to be binned as my daughter can't eat chicken

the jacket potato with tuna and coleslaw was perfect but the egg mayo sandwich was rotten. the egg absolutely stunk and when my daughter took 1 bit she nearly vomited. made the whole house smell really bad the egg was rotten.

Absolutely shocking! Got a sausage/egg sandwich and a coffee, sausage was raw, eggs were hard and coffee had sugar in it!! And it cost £8!!! Utter garbage
