Delicious Pho in Windsor and Maidenhead

Went with another couple on a Sunday lunchtime, looked busy and we were starving so it appeared perfect but was very disappointing. Slightly chaotic service, finally ordered and TBF the waiter seemed new and unsure so don’t want to be too harsh but they have this strange system of the kitchen delivers the dishes to a table near the front door and the waiter hopefully notices and then works out where to deliver it. This resulted in our meals being delivered to our table tepid and uninspiring. 2 of us had the prawns with rice, 1 had the 4 meats with vermicelli and 1 had the tofu with rice, none arrived hot and were all pretty bland. Not a great lunch….

Food quality: 2/5 star. Very bland and small portions. Not worth the price. Some items of the dishes were missing but staff failed to inform us of this before we ordered! Customer service: 2/5 star. We had to wait a long time to order drinks let alike food (our table was 7pm booking) with only 2 other tables there excluding ours. Staff not approachable and they don't smile.

We were in the restaurant 10 minutes before I had to leave, particularly the server so rude he didn’t even care and I cannot dine in somewhere like that. He didn’t want to say remind us of the time they close even though we had an hour and a half to go and was just passive aggressive and making little comments even on the food it was enough that I told him to get lost and left never again. I even told the died of redhead to get another job because clearly this isn’t the one for him

The food was excellent, top notch summer rolls and delicious Pho with rare beef and meatballs. Although the meal was a taste sensation, given the fast food restaurant atmosphere and no option to have a beer or wine with our meal .... it was expensive...

Had a meat mixed starter and pho. Excellent! Everything comes packaged so the dish is at its best when arrives. Pho comes in three separate bits: broth, solids (including meat and noodles) and fresh items (coriander, Thai basil, chilli, etc). It is best to unite them all on arrival, we found. Anyways, the flavour and quality are superb.

Mid afternoon, & 4 of us looking for somewhere to eat having missed lunch. I’m coeliac & needed to confirm they did gluten free noodles - the staff couldn’t have been more helpful & the food was excellent and really good value. We’ll eat here again when next in Windsor

Delicious pho is absolutely exceptional - a true hidden gem in Windsor it’s well worth a visit! The banh mis, curry’s and spring rolls are truly epic, the staff are lovely and the price is great! What more could you ask for?!

Absolutely delicious lunch meal. We tried the Banh Mi (chicken satay), chicken fried rice, beef salad and pad Thai. All were absolutely delicious. Quick, friendly service. A great experience. Will definitely be back!

Located in the space formerly occupied by Bella Pasta, Delicious Pho has a comprehensive offer of Vietnamese classics. The space had a stark, dark feel lacking in character. The servers were young and hard-working although the people who served us were somewhat withdrawn and could have been more outgoing and enthusiastic. My partner ordered a pho which they enjoyed. I chose a banh mi, which I thought was a very expensive sandwich! Overall, if you want authentic Vietnamese dishes, it's worth giving this place a try. The food was ordinary, like the service and ambiance. I'm not sure it offers anything to build a loyal clientele - Windsor is a tricky market for restaurants so good luck to Delicious Pho in taking on a site that has seen a few failures.
