Always nice and cold never melted

Have ordered from this restaurant many times and never had an issue apart from recently where my milkshake had bits of plastic in it. I reported it on just eat as that’s where I ordered it from and they kindly refunded me. I have placed an order again today and received a call from the restaurant to say they have blocked my address as I made a complaint to Just eat about plastic being in my milkshake!!! The lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful and I think it’s disgusting that they are blocking people from ordering because of there mistakes. Businesses that don’t take criticism or customer feedback well shouldn’t be running.

Wow, where do I even start? Delicious Desserts is hands down the best dessert place I’ve ever been to! From the second I walked in, I felt so welcome. The staff are super friendly, always smiling, and really helpful when it comes to choosing from their massive menu. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. First thing I noticed? The place is spotless! You can literally see the staff keeping everything clean, which is a huge plus for me. Nothing worse than a sticky table when you’re about to enjoy a treat, but here, everything is fresh and well looked after. Now, let’s talk about the desserts. Wow. I tried their famous Ferrero Rocher milkshake, and let me tell you – it was insane. Thick, creamy, packed with flavour, and just the right amount of sweetness. I can see why it's a bestseller. I also went for a waffle topped with strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The waffle was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Every bite was heaven! On another visit, I decided to explore more of their menu. The Biscoff Lotus Sundae caught my eye, and it did not disappoint. A vanilla base combined with Biscoff ice cream, topped with crushed Biscoff biscuits – every spoonful was a delightful mix of creamy and crunchy textures. I also tried their Chocolate Fudge Cake Shake, which is exactly what it sounds like – rich chocolate fudge cake blended into a smooth, decadent milkshake. It was like drinking a dessert, and I loved every sip. For something a bit different, I went for the Cookie Dough Sundae. Hot, gooey cookie dough combined with vanilla ice cream – the contrast between the warm cookie and the cold ice cream was simply divine. Price-wise, I was actually surprised. For the size of the portions and the quality, I expected to pay more, but it’s really good value for money. You definitely get your money’s worth. I’ve also ordered from here for delivery before, and they never disappoint. The food always arrives fresh, well-packaged, and on time. It’s still warm, the ice cream isn’t melted, and everything is just as good as eating in. You can tell they care about making sure customers are happy whether you dine in or order at home. Honestly, I can’t fault this place. Amazing food, lovely staff, clean and welcoming environment, and great prices. If you love desserts, you HAVE to try this place! I’ll definitely be back (probably more times than I should!).

I had the Matilda cake delivered to my house, and it was absolutely lovely! The cake was soft, moist, and full of rich chocolate flavour. The layers were just right, and the chocolate ganache was smooth and delicious. It arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, and fresh. Every bite was a real treat, perfect for chocolate lovers. I would definitely recommend it for any occasion or just as a special treat for yourself.

i paid extra for a regular sized milkshake and got a small size.

Customers who have a nut allergy must be aware that the chocolate sauce used here is actually a hazelnut sauce which is not explicitly stated on the menu underneath the food product advertised. Company refused refund even though I was unable to eat a waffle due to my nut allergy. I was made aware that signs regarding nuts were around the restaurant, but were not written on the menu which appears to be the most logical place to inform a customer who is deciding on which dessert to choose…

Unsure if they have changed owners or just had a bad night but spent nearly £35 and the sundae was all icy with barely any sauce and all at the bottom of the cup and the cookie dough was very overcooked, very disappointed.
