Amore Pizzeria in Central Bedfordshire

This is the second time that we have visited Amore Pizza in the last month. I must say, as a chef who spent 3 years in Sardinia these pizzas are the nearest that I have tasted in Leighton Buzzard to the authentic thing. Great service, you feel as if you are in someone's front room with a warm pizza oven in the background. The house red wine is typically Italian and goes well with the pizzas. Ok, we were even given a takeaway Tiramasu and Vanilla cheesecake on the house, these were also amazing. If you haven't tried Amore, give it a go, I promise you won't be disappointed. Booked a pizza party for my 6 year olds birthday along with 9 other children. Needless to say I was dreading it. Staff were amazing each child got to make their own pizza and then eat it (take home what is left over). Also got delicious ice cream then got to decorate a cup cake to take home. Also unlimited juice for the kids all at a fantastic price. Utter carnage but the kids loved it. Food was delicious and a huge thank you to Kiarni our host who done a great job and also the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this place and the pizza party is great fun. Woulda loved to keep the pizza hat though. Great time and my boys loved it. Thank you!!!

Amazing pizza and customer service, best place for a family meal, extremely child friendly. We've been here on Mondays with the kids to make their own pizza, but also during the weekend when the children wanted again to make the pizza themselves. Even though it was busy weekend, the lovely Kiarni accommodated their wishes and allow them to have fun. The prices are excellent and the food quality amazing! It's definitely one of our favourite places in town, highly recommend giving them a try!

This is the best pizza place around for miles easily. The pizzas are so fresh and tasty, not greasy and heavy like the usual chain pizza outlets. Lovely little restaurant setting, comfortable and colourful. And a big thank you to the amazing staff who are always very sociable and welcoming! Special mention to Kiarni who was amazing with our girls aged 8 & 10. Let them get involved with making their own pizzas by hand and was very patient with letting them really get involved with the whole restaurant experience. They had a great time! Well done and thank you all.

We had an amazing experience for our Friday night dinner. Service was extremely friendly and thoughtful. Pizza was by far the most delicious one we had in UK (we eat pizza pretty much every week) so was a tasty surprise to try Amore one. We went for the bottomless option that allows us to try multiple delicious pizzas and we didn’t regret a signal one. We highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely return. We went for an eight year olds pizza and cupcake party. Kiarni, the hostess, looked after the children so well. They decorated two cupcakes (one to take home, one to eat) and they made their own pizza to eat. It was a lovely atmosphere and a great time was had by all.

Kiarni was very welcoming and accommodating to all 6 of us. We had 2 toddlers with us and she took the time to let them make their own pizza. Would recommend to anyone with young kids.

Oh my goodness. . What a find!!! Such an amazing pizza venue. And ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET!!! I'm telling you, you won't find anything else or anywhere else like it. All fresh clean ingredients, amazing combinations, super tasty!! Not like a normal buffet where everything's cooked and on the side, or 1 flavour experience at a time. . Oh no. . Me and my partner got to try 3 different flavours at once 😍 we couldn't believe it!!! Like I said, incredible combinations. . I'm amazed it's not saved about more to be honest!!! They need an Instagram influencer to share their phenomenal experience via a video review and blow this place up! We travelled to try this place. . It was so so worth it!!! Will 1000% be coming again!!

First time visiting tonight, 5 people and we all went bottomless... oh my, what a deal!! Pizzas were all faultless, totally delicious. Service great, and lovely little setting too! I feel bad I didnt tip, thought I had cash but realised after paying I didn't have any, but they sooo earned and deserved a tip... I will definitely be back so will definitely tip then! Thanks for a great evening, great pizza and great value!!

Have been here a few times as well as ordered delivery and it has been excellent each time. The pizza is delicious but above all the staff are so lovely whether you visit in person or receive delivery. Would 100% recommend.

We booked our daughter's 7th birthday party at Amore Pizzeria. It was a cupcake decorating party for 11 children. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the moment we booked the party until the moment we left the restaurant. My daughter had picked a unicorn theme for the 4 cupcakes that each child decorated at the party. Lina explained each step of the decorating process to the children and they had so much fun. The children were also able to have a go at making pizzas. We had asked Lina to make a giant cupcake birthday cake for the party which was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We managed to make to an all you can eat night, which a great way to try all the menu options! Everything was very tasty, especially. liked the sausage and caramelized onion pizza. The staff is super friendly and make sure that you are happy and taken care of. I definitely recommend a trip if your in the area.

We had an absolutely fabulous time celebrating our end of season awards at Amore. We packed the restaurant out with players and parents - the atmosphere was fantastic, the team are so accommodation, and the pizzas delicious. We are in love with Amore!

Much better pizzas than the chains. We ordered our first takeaway and were happy with our choices.

UPDATE- As the pizzas are usually quite wet, we have tended to ask for an extra 1 minute in the oven. The call taker, one of the owners, thought I meant that the steam generated in the box caused the cooked pizza to become soggy. He talked over me several times and was really forceful ! I really tried to explain, but he cut me off. Just would not allow me to talk. Food isn't just about the stuff on your plate. It's about decent customer service. I went in as I had decided to go to Pizza Express instead, which is nearby and far more polite. I told the other owner, who unfortunately seemed not to care less, either. Pizza Express desserts are nicer too..

We came with a voucher for the bottomless pizza deal and it was amazing. Great options for the vegetarian in our party and, even though as they bring more pizza, they choose the flavours, we still got to eat all but two of their different pizza toppings on the menu . All cooked fresh in front of you in a traditional pizza oven - it was excellent value and quality and we can’t wait to come back. Drinks are reasonable given that the food was all you can eat - I highly recommend visiting.

Myself and 2 friends visited after finding a FB advert with a special promo. Never been there before but thanks to the deal, we have now found ourselves somewhere we'd like to visit anytime! Deal or no deal! The pizza was absolutely divine! Fresh, hot, tasty, just unbelievable pizza and garlic bread too! The best I've had in years! Made such a effort with me being a veggie as well! Really made us feel so welcome and everyone who worked there made us want to return! Hey, it's not the Ritz, and a simple cafe style style, but actually, it all adds to it! The authenticity and flavour of the food and the family feel just was second to none! We look forward to our next trip already! Thanks for having us!

Great pizza and lovely friendly and funny staff. The pizza is stunning, and, bottomless! Lovely staff. Really recommend going for the bottomless, £10 per head (they also didn’t charge my toddler!) for as many slices as you can manage. Brought out fresh, all different flavours. Gorgeous.

We ordered close to 9pm not realising they closed earlier on a Tuesday. I was thrilled to find a knock at our door 20 mins later with hot fresh pizza. Tasted amazing and super service when they could have rejected the order and gone home. Pizza was very tasty, lots of different pizzas were brought to our table and it was great to try different things. Overall it was excellent. The two ladies serving and cooking the pizza were lovely. Only down side was that the drinks were a tad expensive.

Really good pizza, staff pleasant if not 100% efficient, but wait for regular deals on the app for good value. Full price pizzas pretty expensive to a northerner like me. Update February 2024. Another great pizza for a great price with midweek discount, great service in shop. This is now a must-have on every trip home to Leighton Buzzard.

We were handed a flyer over the weekend for bottomless pizza midweek for £5 per person! My partner, baby and I LOVED amore pizza! The restaurant feels like you’ve stepped into an italian family home! The waiter/chef was so friendly and introduced us to the menu. He said the pizza would keep coming until we said stop and honestly we didn’t want it to end! All of the pizzas were half/ half so we could try as many on the menu as possible and they did not disappoint! Beautiful toppings, cooked perfectly and welcoming service! We will be back! The bottomless pizza offer is good value for money and a chance to sample the difference flavours. Thin crust topped with tasty toppings. Service exceptional by Kiani. Baked fresh in their oven. A lovely dine in experience.

What a fantastic cupcake decorating party at Amore Pizzeria today. My daughter is autistic and she managed to participate in all the activities alongside her friends and the staff and venue were supportive in ensuring she had a great time. She decorated 4 beautiful cupcakes which were tasty as well as stylishly decorated through guided decorating methods. We will be going back for sure.

Done bottomless pizza two weeks in a row now, staff are lovely and such good value for money with tasty pizzas! Especially the truffle mushroom and garlic pizza is to die for!! Finished strong with humongous churros with chocolate brownie!

Pizza was “the bollogs” Original review below: I was really excited to try Amore and ordered for collection. Got home and found a really sad looking pizza. The ham had no taste and it looked like there was little to no cheese on it. After 2 slices I was done. Pizza had an early meeting with Binzel Washington. Lots of good reviews lead me to believe this could have been an off night so may try again in the future ✌🏽

We booked in for the buffet on a Friday evening, we were greeted by a lovely welcoming team with big smiles on their faces who clearly love what they do, which made us feel really comfortable before we had even sat down. The pizza was amazing!! Every different type of pizza that came out was delicious and all the staff gave amazing service throughout the night. The pizza here is just lovely. Super fresh and very tasty. The server was great, very friendly and happy to make some tweaks on the pizza we wanted. The £5 deal is a ridiculous bargain, we had 4 pizzas between 3 of us and left completely stuffed! I've dropped a star for atmosphere as the restaurant was freezing (we had to keep our coats on the whole time) but aside from that small point this place is an absolute gem😊🍕
