My process was perfecttttt quick and easy janeisha was soooo helpful and excuse me if I misspelled the name but she was amazing helped with anything I needed communication is key and patience because your not the only resident who lives here but I love my townhome so perfect and there always one call away so I highly recommend especially if your needing something affordable orchard walk is the place for you.

You get what you pay for, respectfully.

I went in today to do an application for a unit. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and polite. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I asked all the questions they answered them. The unit that they showed me was beautiful. As long as I have a roof over my head nothing else matters. I really enjoyed today. they are very professional in the office. I give them 110%.

Full of bull shit unprofessional don’t care how they talk to people. Do not i repeat Do not move here. You wasting your money.

This is the worst of THE WORST apartments I ever lived in, junk so bad it make you not want to pay your rent, everything not fully functioning, power always out every 5 months in the back, plugs are weak, things that are broken, they say they that will fix NEVER do, it’s been years since we had REAL maintenance here, THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT every other month, BOMBS IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT HIGH OFF LORD KNOWS WHAT BUT THEY ALL LOOK LIKE ZOMBIES , JUST AN UNSAFE Environment , this the last resort apartments, they will literally move in with broken things in here, they moved us in with broken doors & a broke stove, & the cheaply water painted walls my lord don’t touch the wall or you’ll have every stain on it, I could say way more but it would be a 5 page essay, UPDATE 2024, the longer you stay the worse it gets, we’ve been complaining about these water issues for almost 2 years, WE HAVE SLUGS COMING INTO THE APARTMENT BECAUSE OF THIS “HOW SWAY” ?? It’s getting worse & worse atp code enforcement needs to be contacting BE AWARE MOVING HERE, it might seem bare-able for a few months but it’s gone get hectic BE AWARE!!

Me and a friend have been here twice now and the two women are lovely and the food they bring out is great, and it’s lovely and tucked away,

We were on a mission to find a Cornish Cream Tea and this really hit the spot! A cute little cafe with delicious homemade scones - what a treat! They were so fresh and tasty. Really good coffee too! The rest of the menu looked delicious with interesting options like squid with Greek salad, the Parsnip Soup looked and sounded so good, so we will be back to try more!

The only reason I left 1 star is to just leave a review. I was a temp here in the office working and after about a week working, I guess the company wanted to hire me on. However there was a stipulation. I was told I had to fix my hair by a leasing agent who had the discussion with management and not me. So I'm like WHAT??? At that moment I just wanted to walk out but then I questioned myself because I was there for the money and that was my only concern, not being hired on to a slum property. I then asked her who told her to come tell me something like that, and she told me who which was the office manager Terrin, the Regional manager Clara and the Vice President can't remember her name. So I was like can you tell them that I would like to have a talk with them because 1st of all, if y'all are the managers that I report to, why send somebody else to do your dirty work. So eventually later that day, the office manager Terrin Watts and regional manager called me in to come talk. So my 1st question to them straight forward was "what are yall expectations of my hair"? Then the regional manager Clara had the nerve to ask me "what were my expectations of my own hair". Then she said you say you are natural, but is that your natural hair color( brown/black) which was very inappropriate. So then the office manager had the nerve to tell me that she took an undisclosed and unauthorized photo of me and my hair and had the nerve to pull out her cell phone to show me what my hair looked like. So I was very livid and asked her can she send that photo of me because at that moment I was ready to file a lawsuit. She got snappy and stupidly said, sure I'll send it, so then in my mind I'm thinking Jackpot!!! So her regional manager Clara who was sitting there across from us was like NO, DO NOT SEND IT!! Now I'm thinking somebody got some sense because obviously not her office manager TERRIN who did not just know what trouble her smart mouth was about to get her and her company into. So I proceeded to tell tell them after all of the years of professional expertise that I have working in both corporate and management, I have never heard or seen nothing like what I had just witnessed. At that moment I knew what type of people they were and what type of people I would be working with. I politely then told them "If a company does not value me and accept me for who I am and how i professionally come through there door, is not the company for me and where I need to be and THE HELL WITH THEM and walked out. Because if we are all females, what makes me so different because of the way I style my NATURAL hair like I mentioned to them that I wake up everyday and do my hair the same way they do theirs. With that being said, know your worth because they lost a hard worker because of their own personal choices and self character. I hold my self to be very presentable when I wake up to look in the mirror before I walk out the house knowing who I am, the things I value, and most importantly knowing what I look like. I come from a Military family, well dressed and mannered, so trust me I know who I am the real question to them is DO YALL KNOW WHO YOU ARE? Besides that, the property is roach infested, code enforcement and detectives came in everyday to address property issues that were not being seen about. Clara join you should have been worrying about the looks of your property and not the natural looks of my hair. I wouldn't stay here if the rent was free let alone did I want to work there but I was just there for a check and a check only. Know your worth and stop letting these companies over work you just to devalue you. I've never walked off any job before but when my respect and integrity is taken as a joke, then it's see you later. Also Terrin I'm sure code enforcement will be back in for the fraudulent service reports that you provided them. Terrin is a snake, she talk about both of her employees and residents when they are not in her face but will turn around to smile and laugh in your face at the same time.

The photos are false advertisement. The units are moldy, dirty, and there are tons of vagrants that stay on the property. Management will lie in your face about things that matter. They have security that doesn't do anything - They had a good company that was actually working, but from what I heard is they weren't getting paid on time and still waiting on money. This property is trash. STAY AWAY...

They don’t fix a thing. And MOLD MOLD MOLD in every apartment. And all they do is spray something one it and whip it off. Not fixing the problem, my kids are having breathing problems and have been referred to an allergy doctor.

Applied online, waited a week before i paid the application fee because it was charging me 4 times the cost. application fee for 2 ppl is $170. it was trying to charge me $370. they corrected the issue. my app was looked over and an appointment was made come in to complete paper work because i qualified for the tax credit not market price apartment. While in the process of doing paperwork was told i need a 4 bedroom, application denied and unable to be refunded my $170 application fee not even a partial refund. Y'all didn't run our background or check credit. why do you get to keep the application fee!? No one will respond to calls or emails. 5 children 2 adults in a 3 bedroom. you tell me after i pay my application fee that y'all require i get a 4 bedroom and you don't have those on your property.

You get what you pay for, so as far as aesthetic is concerned; it’s not aesthetically pleasing. But it a perfect transition home for you to have a place over your head and stack your bread. They care about the residents, from what I can see. Any work order I have put in has been answered promptly. The leasing agents are very pleasant, and that says a lot ; being on flat shoals lol. The only reason for not having 5 stars is the gunshots I hear coming from the Main Street. I do live close to the Main Street , so whoever lives deep in the neighborhood probably doesn’t have the same experience I do.

Visited with our autistic son, while on holiday, three days in a row, staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful little cafe, excellent coffee and amazing cakes and friendly atmosphere

I love it here the unit I moved in is nice and I love the staff in the leasing office they are nice and friendly and make sure you are good

Worst complex ever.every building has plumbing problems that they are “so called fixing”.its multiple buildings with only one dumpster for tenants,causing people to throw their trash in the woods and random other places.the rent office doesn’t have any sympathy for whatever your unit is going threw no air,no water,leaking pipes,broken fridge etc.they will fly down to the courts to file for eviction,but will ignore your work request,calls,emails and voicemails.the gates have been broken for forever,anybody is able to have access to the complex.the units are molding and decaying daily while ms.terrin is getting high on drugs.take your money somewhere else!

I wish i could put no stars. They don't like to fix anything. I've been in this unit for 29 days now. 21 of them I've had no ac. I had to get codes involved because they kept lying about when it's going to be fixed. They don't do you paperwork correctly. I now see mold popping up in several areas in my apartment. And now they're trying to evict me because they just updated my portal to pay 10 days ago. I told the lady give me a little time. I was waiting to see if they fix my unit correctly before I paid the rent. And I also been waiting for a repairs for 21 days. I went in the office because I get a three day notice on 7/26/2024. She tells me she already filed eviction on the same day she sent the notice. How is that even possible when it's was filed before the 3 day notice. I HATE THIS PLACE. I MOLD AND IM ALLERGIC TO IT. I HAVE BEEN HAVING HEADACHES AND SEVERAL OTHER HEALTH ISSUES. MY CHILD IS MORE ALLERGIC TO THE MOLD SHE'S HAVING SEVERE MIGRAINES. THEY MOVED ME IN AFTER SOMEONE WHO HAD SECTION 8. AND IT DIDN'T PASS FOR THEM. HE TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE AC WAY BEFORE THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN OUT TO CHECK IT. SO THEY KNOW THEIR PROPERTY IS A MESS AND STILL WILL MOVE YOU IN. NOBODY HERE IS WORKING WITH A MORAL COMPASS

Very quiet since the new take over. Maintenance is quite responsive, and the office staff are nice

We love it here. When I say they take care of there people they take of you. We did not have to wait long to get in. When I have a have a problem they fix it less than 24 hours I tell all my friends about this place. Now if you looking for a quiet peaceful friendly place for you and your family look no further, start here and they do work with you not against you. They do understand we all go through stuff and they willing to still help me when a lot of people will shut the doors on you.

Director and staff don't know what they are doing and have a nasty attitude. They over charged me and kept my deposit. I had to leave my job 4 times to redo the same paperwork. Terrin's assistant doesn't know how to scan files. High employee turnover rate. Property is nasty and unclean. Property Director Terrin does not know how to talk to people. Him and his staff never answer the phone or return emails. They sit in the office and talk instead of working. Every time I came in it took 20 to 30 minutes for them to stop there side convo to help me. Stay away......

We discovered this little gem nestled in the courtyard, in Wadebridge. Some of us were in search of a Cornish cream tea and others wanted a lunch dish. This cosy cafe delivered top rate options on all counts. The garlic mushrooms with blue cheese on sourdough with rocket was delicious as was the salt and pepper squid. The alternative of salt and pepper squid with Greek salad was divine and those who decided on the Cornish cream tea weren’t disappointed either. The cost was very reasonable with friendly and efficient service. We will be back!

I did not quality for the government discount but i was able to be approved the same day. $1483 for a townhome 2/1 and the home was beautiful and big. i signed my lease and got the keys but since it was a holiday weekend we could not get the power turned on. four days later we find out we need a wiring inspection and can take up to 3 weeks. they move me to another unit that looks like trash, filthy and missing light fixtures, my appliances are different colors black or white and no towel holders or toilet paper holders. home was dirty and roaches are everywhere. don’t bother calling maintence they too busy. all the apartments have major issues and all other problems are prioritized over urs. my next door neighbor has had a broken fridge for three weeks. the lady in the office Kia told me i should be glad they let me move in with a pending eviction but she was confused about someone else. I changed the locks and gave Kia a key but she screamed at me two days later saying she never took anything out my hands. this the rudest apartment complex i ever seen. soon as u sign and pay u are nothing but a roach. This is like poor people with no education getting a job and think they are the status of Jeffrey Epstein. the corporate lady Taryn told me I would be reimbursed the $200 to move $300 for free rent and then some of the prorated money back but when it was time to pay??? yes u guessed it i got shorted $50 on the amount agreed on. plus i paid $35 application fee and 641 deposit and they still haven’t entered the right amount of money in my ledger!!!! keep all your receipts this people will scam u and say they never said it. if i were u i would record all conversations. Please if u don’t wanna stress or have a heart attack move elsewhere

Lovely little place tucked out the way tapas food and service were brilliant lovely ladies well worth looking for would definitely visit again has a licence too and does a good coffee a hidden gem.

Really lovely little cafe with equally lovely staff, tucked away off the high street. Both the food and drinks are yum and you can tell care has been taken with it all. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back if we’re in the area again - if only to try the courgette and avocado cake!

We had a birthday lunch for six. The food was delicious and varied. They produced lovely coffee and pleasant wine. The service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Really, really good. So many thanks from us all.

Specifically, if you can stay away from unit 6B. It’s a -10/10. Honestly stay away from the community as a whole. This community changes managements like I do my drawls. If you don’t keep up with your ledger balance you will get finessed. There are no real maintenance men they are temp agency workers and you will see them every other blue moon and different men every time. Scary huh? Nothing gets fixed properly or in a timely manner. I have had plumbing issues (severe leaks and overflows) for 5 months to where my apartment is inhabitable and I’m not being compensated back funds or moved to another apartment. You will literally see royal flush plumbing company every day in the community. Management is definitely unorganized and have nice nasty demeanors. They lost the spare key to my apartment twice and tried to say I changed my lock instead of admitting they’re wrong doing. Also that was the excuse to why they couldn’t access my apartment for “inspection” and “maintenance”. They also told me I had a “balance” but they couldn’t get the total figured out then was told to hold off on paying rent until the “true balance” was figured out in order to zero the “balance”. I paid rent and partial water on time every month. I paid partial water because of the leaks which I was very CLEAR ABOUT. I have receipts. Months went past I heard nothing after consistent emails to them. Then I finally get a call to say they are starting an eviction process. Yalllllll…… I requested a print out of my ledger balance to see what I did I miss and was denied the print out likeeee huh?!? For 1350 plus you can find a better place I promise. Oh and here’s some pictures. Mold, rotten wood, open walls just ghetto and dirty.

What a great find. We were looking for a place that did a gluten free sandwich (the first cafe we went to didn’t). We only wanted a light lunch and saw the sign for this place in town and we’re so glad we did. They had a lovely menu, the staff were delightful, very friendly, the cafe itself was quirky and a great place to eat and have a chat. Our food, and especially the GF sandwich was gorgeous and all in all we have a lovely lunch. Highly recommend popping in; we’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

Fantastic vegan option of chickpea, red lentil and spinach daal for lunch for two of us, a salmon and cucumber sandwich for another (apparently the best sandwich ever) and a salmon platter for the fourth. Everything was excellent, with lovely coffees and smoothies. The service was super-positive and friendly. Couldn't do enough to make sure everything was spot on.

Stopped here with our little doggy for a hot chocolate break after a cold walk. Lovely staff and cosy place. Menu looked lovely but we were there for food. Definitely will be back for the salt and pepper squid salad! We had a fully loaded hot chocolate and it was very nice and well priced.

i moved in here the end dec 2020 and since i got here i been telling the leasing office/ mantiance office my apartment has issueS. 1. My hallway bathroom shower hasn't worked since i got here the faucet for the tub doesn't go to the H so the water is ice cold and i been reporting it since day one. 2. My dishwasher dont work used it one time water started coming all out the bottom - have been reporting that . NOTHING GOT FIXED fast forward to now JUNE 2021 My hallway bathroom still isn't fixed , somebody came a stole my A/C unit so i haven't had a/c in 2 mths been reporting on that and nothing has been fixed . the worst place to stay because when things happen you really have no one to call to fix it . they "say" they put in work orders but dont cuz when you call back they say - well whats going on again ? like REALLY DIDNT I TELL YOU 23908 TIMES ALREADY DAMN cant wait till my lease is up . Dont move here find somewhere who cares about there residents not just the money . and im back 2023 and i have moved away from this unprofessional property DO NOT MOVE HERE

My refrigerator been broken about 6 months had to throw all my food away than the maintenance man brought me another use refrigerator and said i all set go to the store to shop to find out that this refrigerator not working and had to throw out all my food again this have been costing me money. I been calling and calling and they keep telling me i get somebody up there. Nobody never showed up and than one time i call and they tell me the maintenance man got the work order and they be up there today no show. My air been out for a year i have a bad leak in my bathroom in the hallway. This place is not liveable at all. Orchard walk need to get it together i so tired of calling and telling them about all the problems in this apartment so of it i have to get somebody to come fix it this not my property yall should be coming and fixing it.

Top quality ingredients with matching surrounding. Freshly cut bread, our sandwiches where quality. Expertly made coffee. Oh and then Top notch service to match, what more could you ask for.

Stopped here for coffees and Ice cream, the staff where lovely, the coffee good and kids loved the ice cream!! Its hidden down an alley but has a lovely outdoor seating area highly recommend!!!

We were with two very hot, tired and hungry children and in need of anywhere to stop for refreshments. We had amazing food, service and couldn't fault anything. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the dog was also treated like a king, thank you for a lovely experience.

My friend has been living with his soul mate for well over 9 years together in Orchard Walk apartment. His soul mate passed recently and my friends name wasn't on the least. The property manager came over and took the apt keys away from my friend, telling him he has to vacate the premises right away, which is totally unlawful. Now, my friend is finding it hard to leave his apt to go look for other places because he can't leave the door unlocked. I told the Property manager this is illegal, and I wanted his name. But he just turned away and wouldn't acknowledge me. I know my rights and I am going to seek whatever help I can to rectify the problem.

A fabulous hidden gem just off the main road with friendly staff, a wide ranging menu and fabulous, tasty food. The pea and mint fritters were delicious! Highly recommend a visit.

My sons (age 9) favourite restaurant. We love the alfresco seating - feels like we are abroad! Lovely helpful service and food was delicious! Can’t wait to go again and try more on the menu! Spoilt for choice! Well done all - see you soon!

So I have been living here since 12/2021. I have complained of several issues on several different occasions and nothing has been done. First, I can never keep up with management because it changes so frequently. I knew when I moved here that it wouldn't be spectacular but I atleast thought it would be decent. Boy was I wrong. My AC has been leaking since last summer. To the point where it's a small creek in my hallway going into the Master bedroom. Here we are approaching Summer 2023 and we are still leaking. Now I'm forced to breathe in mold and mildew which is dangerous due to negligence on their behalf. At this point I'm trying to move. I have given up going to report anything anymore. People in office never know what's going on while yet collecting monies from anyone for whatever. Overcharging for things with no proof. I'm over it. Board of Health really needs to come and do a thorough inspection. I'm sure they will be disgusted at what they find.

Property Management is very unprofessional they have already changed property management multiple times and , I just moved here in August. Luckily I keep my receipts for all my money orders because I have not been able to pay online due to them adding chargers to my account that are not even mine. They said the water is separate and I am responsible for it and a third party will be billing me but I have never received a bill since I been here from this company. I asked for the bill they provided them and they printed me a ledger but couldn’t provide me any proof of the usage or the bill. Now they saying they are going to file an eviction because I am only paying 1250 which I agreed to pay when I signed my lease and no where on my lease do it say they can charge a late a fee for a water bill. They are also constantly turning off the water and do not let residents know they will be doing so and how long it will be off. This property company don’t offer pest control and the apartments have roaches really bad.

My cousin has been waiting since October to move in . I took her to give them the letter they need than they said everything else was good. Well the next it they lost the letter they copy etc. At first I thought it was a race thing but reading the reviews the issue is people in the office. I truly believe they have no idea what they are doing at all. You get a different response every time you talk to someone. Smh

Don’t come here at all. It’s not worth what they are charging and they don’t fix anything. Everybody needs to be fired. They can have this bs. This the worst place I ever lived on God. Don’t believe none of those good reviews you all see. Those folks are lying. Orchard Walk Apartments are straight trash smh.

Property manager changes constantly. They hire unqualified maintenance workers. I’ve had my water heater broken for 4 months and they did not fix my water bill, I was left with still paying for water I couldn’t use. My Car was damaged by gun fire and items stolen out. Has multiple issues with gate never working and multiple holes in the fence in which they refuse to fix. Trash is everywhere on the property. Your property and life will be in danger if you move here. This is not a safe environment for you or your kids!

The WHOLE staff needs to be fired. I've been trying to get in this establishment for reasons dealing with my kids school. So this is my option. I've filled out my application since AUGUST. And its close to December, and Im still in NOTHING. So I'm now currently HOMELESS patiently waiting on the staff to hear back from compliance. This is strictly torture for me due to my HEALTH. Im now battling asthma attacks and anxiety. From waithing on these folks. Im tired. And Im worn.

Trying to live there so far great experience..

We had no air for a year and some months….we complained every other week…..we called code enforcement 6-9 times….. they kept switching management……they sent a maintenance man a few times….but there weren’t qualified to do maintenance and ended up not fixing nothing…..it took for us to take legal action…..also would not recommend living here because someone gets killed every month at the front of the apartments….look it up (orchard walk has been on the news multiple times)

If I could give a negative review, I would! These apartments are total trash! Management ignores maintenance requests. Broken stoves, busted refrigerators, no working hot water, no working heating or air conditioning for MONTHS! Severe gnat infestation in many units. I have family members who lives here, resulting in me recently contacting the news and our story being aired. Property management cites lack of maintenance staff. However, I cite lack of empathy and concern on property management's behalf. To allow tenants to live in such despair is disheartening! I am work diligently to get my family members moved from this hellfire!

My niece lives there, she had water in her hallway for about a month. From the ac freezing and then unfreezing. When you enter the complex trash is running out of the dumpsters. The gate does not work. And my niece has an autistic son and her ac still does not work. A horrible place to live

Apartment is very spacious rooms are a good size for a king size bed. Leasing office Poperty Mangement now are very nice and professional and work with you. Mantience is on point. New employees that are very patience and very througo and very understanding ....

I would not recommend this property at all. If you are looking for price, location and size. This would be the property for you, because is close to both 285 and I-20 and restaurants. And the units are large. However, the walls are extremely thin, I hear every movement from my above neighbors and her son is very loud and constantly running and flipping. However, down to the real issue, this property is poorly ran, it's extremely hard to get the leasing office on the phone and maintenance orders are hardly completed. You have to continuously call or go to the leasing office just to have them to complete a work order and even then that doesn't work. I have been without heat for almost a month and it's very cold in my unit. I was last advised on 11.20.2020 that someone would come fix my heat, today is 12.1.2020 at 5:24pm still no heat not to mention it snowed on 11.30.2020 so you know it was really cold. I called the leasing office 12.1.2020 at 8:30am left and emergency order for my heat, then called back at 8:37am finally received a call I was advised that someone will come fix the heater. By 1pm no one showed up, so I go to the office. I was advised someone will be over, no one showed. So, I calles the office at 4:33pm. I was then told that the maintenance guy was fired and that a contractor will here tomorrow 12.2.2020 to complete my heater, but cannot give me a time. This is beyond ridiculous, I moved in 11.8.2019 and had an issue with my heat then, it took weeks for them to repair it then. Then my AC unit was stolen, I was without A.C. for over a month and now again 2020 no Heat and it's taking a while to fix. I didn't want to do this, but hopefully this will prompt a speedy response and resolution. Also not to mention, the property is poor, the outside need to be pressure washed, trash bins constantly overflowing. Front gate broken which allows the homeless and non residents to hang out up front nd come inside the property. Which does not look good. Also, made made insult to injury was I moved in November 2019, then 2 months later in January, I received and increase notice. You want to increase the rent, but nothing functions in the unit and the outside looks a mess. Also, there is a really bad roach issue. I have only received pest control 3 times since I've been here and that's because I have to call to request it and now they just don't show up anymore. I would say really think about moving over here. Hopefully things will change with this new management. Ugh

On a wet rainy afternoon it was a delight to come upon this little restaurant in a side street in Wadebridge,Coffee and Walnut & Coffee cake were the choice of my partner and I. The coffee was one of the best I've tasted and the cake was to die for.After the brief repast, a chat with the owner ensued and she was very friendly and was happy to chat.The young ladies who were waiting table were also pleasant and helpful.Altogether a gratifying experience.

Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. They are rude, unprofessional and the maintenance people are trash. I have reported wet carpet in our apartment more than 3 times. Wet carpet leads to MOLD. We have a pregnant women with asthma and baby in our apartment. They sent someone to wet vac the carpet and the water came in an hour.

The next door neighbor had a leak in there apartment, which the water came over on my side of apartment soak the carpet I went to office report the matter, three weeks and counting, all I'm get is running around, pure BS excues this is unacceptable.

Just visited today with my wife this a lovely Deli with friendly staff, great selection fresh food we both had freshly made sandwiches on granary bread delicious well worth a visit

I love the apartments they are very quiet no drama. The staff here are awesome very professional anything need to be done they get it done as soon as possible.

As of late, mailboxes have been getting broken into and nothing seems to be getting done!! Trash has been piling up and there seems to be more and more dysfunction happening in the complex.... may be time to move on!!

I’ve visited here several times for lunch and it is consistently great. Fresh, homemade sandwiches, delicious healthy salads and wonderful cake. The avocado & pistachio cake is the best cake I’ve ever had - I can’t walk by without going in to get a slab of it! A great addition to Wadebridge. Plenty of seating too and child / dog friendly.

Impromptu visit to Wadebridge where we came across this hidden gem. We both had the bacon & egg pie with the varied home made salads which were generous and excellent quality. Staff very pleasant as were the surroundings. Would heartily recommend.

Stopped off in Wadebridge and found this great dog friendly cafe. Great food and service. Not expensive and will definitely visit again

Enjoyed a very lovely impromptu lunch here yesterday, freshly made crab sandwich’s in a lovely alfresco setting. Lots of choice on what appeared to be an ever changing menu, cakes looked good although we dint choose to eat. Staff all very friendly and made a real fuss over our little dog, even supplied a doggy treat for her. My cappuccino was excellent!Will definitely revisit when next in Wadebridge.

This lovely little deli was our 'go to' in Wadebridge. The food is excellent and the service friendly. Unfortunately on two consecutive occasions recently we were subjected to a - brusque to the point of rudeness - member of Staff. On the first occasion we put it down to a bad day, on the second we voted with our feet and went elsewhere. Pity!

Stopped for my lunch break and had a ham sandwich with coleslaw and lettuce. Absolutely lovely food, efficient service, clean and fresh cafe.

Found this place by accident. Thank the food gods!! We were hungry. Walked in. Asked if open because other places were closed and were welcomed and felt like the staff really cared (Rare feeling in some great restaurants) Delicious food. Delicious scones and cakes. Baked potato came as a grand and colourful main meal. The mixed salad that was with it was brilliant. BLT sandwiches Bread was so fresh and soft) came with side order of crisps was so fresh and tasted delicious. Ham and cheese toastie and coleslaw was really tasty. Then we had some of the cakes..... mmmmnnnnnnnn delicious. I was there with my family. Aged 11, 15, 19 and us (50) and we all enjoyed the experience. Would return again for sure.

This little place serves wonderfully fresh and interesting food. I had a tuna salad. Sounds boring? absolutely not! I was served a wide variety of delicious and unusual salads with great quality tuna. My husband had Chilli which he loves and described as 'absolutely great'. There is extensive choice, a wide variety of drinks and lovely looking cakes.

It’s been a while since we visited Wadebridge and as we arrived from our walk along the Camel trail we spotted that there was a new (to us) cafe/deli just as we crossed the road to rad into the centre. We decided to stop off and check it out ... and weren’t disappointed. They have a great selection of food and delicious looking cakes. We opted for the smoked ,bacon butty, which was huge and extremely tasty and good Cornish coffee, which sustained us well for our return walk. It appeared seemed to be mainly locals /regulars in when we were there ... always a good sign in my view .

A real treasure for Wadebridge,the food is always always of the highest quality and the service provided is always great. Also great for high quality nourishing take away food.

Lovely choice of fresh salads and home made cakes. Tucked away in the centre of town and easy walk from car parks. Level access Very often daily hot specials on the board.

This cafe is brilliant. They have a super range of breakfasts and a great range of amazing home made specials, salads and soups.They also have a good variety of delightful cakes etc. All are served by friendly staff. VERY highly recommended.

The management here sucks. On top of that when you wanna leave they say bad things about you. Even though, you been here for a year and paid on time, end of the lease and wanted to stay but you couldn't get the renewal together. The assistant manager is the worst. Her attitude alone made me leave. If you move here expected to be treated with disrespect!

How long is the process for getting approved.? I was told 24 hrs. Its been longer...

It's very quiet and it feels like home loving the new place staffing is professional their polite and courteous and the grounds keeper do everything that they can

So far I love my new place very quiet and peaceful from my experience. Only hiccup is the lighting around the buildings at night needs to be fixed that's about it

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT move in here. Since they are constantly changing management, your information can get lost. They will leave notices on your door but won't answer the phone or come in the office in time to help you. Can't wait to move out in July

Nice office personnel! I don't have any problems. Grounds keeper is doing a great job trying to maintain the grounds.

Does any body know if you can fit a tractor trailer in the entrance

My apartment flooded from a pipe that busted upstairs in my neighbor apartment on a Saturday four in the morning and the emergency maintenance line was not working so the fire Dept turned the whole building water off ,so for 24 hr we could not reach management nor maintenance! So I called the regional manager Jerry Shafer and explained to him that my apartment smells bad and is unlivable at the moment due to the flood and that we need to be placed in a hotel temporarily until my unit is cleaned and carpet changed. Well he said I can go get a hotel and pay for it and he will take it off my rent because they are not in affiliated with any Hotels in Georgia... I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy!!!! #GOTTADOBETTER ORCHARD WALK SMDH

How do you even contact these mfs ?????? This number goes to voicemail when u try to contact leasing agents . Even during buisness hours . I've attempted to contact the lease office 6-7 times a day over the last 2 months during all types of buisness hours & I've never gotten anything but voicemail . & No call backs when I left several messages . Do I have to waste gas ?

I agree with previous review, the lady Tanisha is not honest. I was told that I was approved for the apartment even though I made too much to live there i could still move it. Anxious about moving into my own place after relocating to Georiga, I was going to go ahead and move in even though it didnt look up to par for me. Thankfully I was blessed, lol I was told I was approved and could move in on a friday. I would need to bring deposit and 1st months rent. I took off work early on friday so that I could make it on time pay the move in fees and switch the billing info over into my name for the utilities. I get there and she take my money days go by and still no key or move in date. Finally went back and got my money orders back and moved into a beautiful apartment with out all the mess. I'm glad I was blessed to get the warning signs before i signed the lease. If it started out that bad it couldnt get better. Run from these apartments
