Everything good, apart from the Spare Ribs a couple of weeks ago they were very fatty, but last night hardly any meat on them. A bit bad when you are paying £7.50 for them

Delivered only very slightly early (15 mins). Food was all lush. The only slightly disappointing dish were the salt and chilli ribs as they were more like in a sweet sauce. The aubergine in Szechwan sauce was absolutely delicious!! And that’s from two big carnivores 😂. Chips also got the daughter’s thumbs up. Chow mein was also flavoursome as was the crispy duck lamb with chilli dish.

Always hot on arrival. Never anything missing. Good food. Good service 👍🏻

Food was poor. Really disappointed

Although my delivery was delivered early, it was almost cold. Plus the crispy shredded beef was rock solid! Overall it was disappointing.

Duck pancakes meat tastes like mutton and the noodles are better from Tescos. Re heated grease, I’m very dissatisfied.

Food tasted great as normal. Only issue was it was a bit cold and the spring rolls had gone soggy due to condensation in the box.

I asked for no beansprouts in anything, and unfortunately there were several in the vermicelli, and I'm not allowed to eat them. Everything else was great

Delicious food.. the crispy chilli beef was lovely and crisp and the Singapore noodles had a nice heat. Lemon chicken and chicken with cashews in yellow bean sauce were good and the salt and pepper wings were delicious

Food quality was not up to standard, the duck dish only had about 4 bits in and the rest of it just was a bit bland and not as nice as usual, the chips were also soggy. Not impressed.

I ordered extra sweet and sour sauce but didn’t receive any, nor did I receive any sweet and sour sauce with the starter platter which I think is standard with that dish. The extra sauces etc. at this restaurant are more expensive and smaller than offered as standard with other restaurants. Otherwise all ok and 15 minutes early.

Beef Curry and chicken balls were ok, egg fried rice was reheated and tasteless, house special rice was inedible, tasted chemically, kung po chicken wasnt fit for a dying dog, binned it, delivery was really early so its obviously microwaved rubbish

Think I’ve found our new Chinese Take-away. Early delivery and the food was really tasty. The Salt and Pepper Aubergine was very good! Will definitely be ordering that again!!

By far the best Chinese food delivery in Bedford. Really tasty, great menu choices and we loved the fact that they vented the lid on the crispy shredded beef so it didn't go soggy in the container.

This was the first time I ordered a takeaway and will definitely be the last. The food was terrible particularly the Crispy shredded beef if you can call it that. The rice was dry and the crispy seaweed was seaweed was served in a thimble. Complete waste of money and poor food. Poor is flattering the quality to be honest.

Went in and ordered spent £30 got home to find they had missed things off my order, called them up to say they had missed things for them to laugh and argue over the phone they then hung up me I called them back they then sent out my missing food however it was wrong, went back down there for the male staff member to be abusive and rude and to then tell me I’ve made him lose two orders of food for there mistake…. This is not how you treat customers So if you order and they get it wrong you just get abuse from the staff🤷🏼‍♀️ AVOID

Never experienced such rude people. Awful customer service. Food was 45 minutes late, restaurant just screamed down the phone at me when I tried to ask a ETA. Shocking service. I’m not sure how they are still running to be honest.

Rang to order food, man on phone was rude and was getting annoyed he couldn't here me on the phone. waited 1 and a half hours for the food and didn't get all put food! Half of order was missing! I was then told I never ordered the items? and then he was shouting my order to me. Which was still incorrect!! Like it was my fault HE had messed up my order of food. and told me " I didn't order bloody chips" and was very angry. Food is OK nothing spectacular but customer service is shocking 😲 I will never eat here again! No stars!

Rang to order for collection, midway through placing my order the person on the other end puts the phone down and starts talking to someone else in the background. He then returns to the phone and tells me they to busy to take my order and hangs up! Wow! The rudeness is real! Straight into my deleted basket.

Ordered via uber eats at 5pm, said delivery was supposed to be at 5.30pm. At 5.31pm my ordered got cancelled via uber by the merchant (the Chinese shop). I called the restaurant as uber wouldnt help me as order cancelled and the first person I spoke to was slightly confused but said they accidentally cancelled it, they were supposed to cancel a different order. Suddenly a second person, who I'm assuming is the manager, who proceeded to scream at me down the phone saying that he has a lot of things to do and can't be holding up the phone explaining things to me. They've cancelled my order because im unhappy and I explained that he was making me unhappy because I've been charged and not getting the food. I explained that uber sent me a message that I had been charged but my order was cancelled. Tried explaining this to the manager and he kept interrupting me, shouting at me down the phone. Saying that they've called the driver already to being it back because im unhappy. Very very rude manager, even after placing another order with them and paying over the phone the second time. Food arrived luke warm so it was clearly the first orders food and not a fresh batch. Really upset by how I was spoken to after they made a mistake. Really don't understand why the manager acted the way he did.

As below with many they do not treat their customers with any respect. Even the loyal ones. Cancel orders if they aren’t a high enough value, give unrealistic delivery times and then call you to say it’s going to be much longer, rude on the phone. Our order was cancelled after we asked that it wasn’t. We agreed to the extra time but after we phoned we were told to order somewhere else and they didn’t want our order.

Ordered food, estimated 20-45 minutes. Rang after 20 minutes and said it’d be another hour. I asked for some reimbursement and they declined to serve me, cancelling my order. Been loyal to this place for 3 years. Amazing place 😅

Really like this Chinese. The staff are lovely and friendly. Ordered honey chicken, salt and pepper chips, special fried rice, chicken balls and lemon chicken. The salt and pepper chips could do with a little more flavour but still good. But the rest of the food was great! Would definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised, everything was packed with flavor. I'm accustomed to American Chinese cuisine so this is quite different but still delicious in its own way. Chicken balls had lovely breading and juicy chicken, curry sauce had nice depth. Vermicelli noodles had good kick and flavor (and tastes even better the next day 😋). Best part is everything was so affordable. Definitely the best Chinese I've had in the area and also the cheapest by far so double win.

The worst ever. Diabolical. Ordered on website. Money taken. No confirmation. Called. Was told I need to call Yo-yo and it was my fault for ordering on yo-yo as they no longer use them. Yet it is on their website page. ‘Your problem, not mine’. Worst customer service from a basic hovel.
