Jacket potato with tandoori chicken all j can say was put off by the smell. Didn't get my chicken curry pasty. And the chicken pasta had meat n chicken in it and was not appetising. Waste off money.

Called loads of times to find out were my food was, was passed about from branch to branch as the restaurant had not prepared my food. Not happy at all as

It has to be the worst food I have ever ordered. All freezing and all wrong!!! A prawn sandwich, turned out to be a chicken one and a veggie panini was just salad!!! Disgraceful service took forever to answer their phones. My children are still starving after making us wait two hours for the delivery!!!

I recently placed an order with Deli Chez. Now upon ordering, just eat confirmed that the order would be ready for 3:55pm however i left a messege for the driver to be there for 4:00pm as that was when my lunch break started. So me and my friend were waiting outside for the driver since 4:00pm in the freezing cold and when i rang the takeaway to ask where the driver was, the takeaway man confirmed that the driver is still on his way however the driver arrived 25 minutes late and upon arriving i asked him why it took so long and also told him that we have been waiting for 25 minutues outside in the freezing cold however then the driver began to raise his voice and began to give me attitude telling me that he had been calling me and was waiting outside and also stated that it was not his fault, insinuating that it was my fault. I then rang the takeaway however the driver picked up(insted of ringing through to the takeaway i accidently called the driver.) I then asked for the manager to which the driver replied with why, you want to complain about me and at that point i realised i had rang the driver accidently. I then said to the driver i want to complain about why it took so long to arrive and also to complain about your attitude(the driver) to which then the driver started to raise his voice again and i said to him is that how you treat your customers, your customer service is atrocious. The driver continued to be aggresive towards me and began to swear at me and told me to shut up numerous amounts of times. I then disconected the call as i felt as though i shouldn't have to deal with that level of atrocious customer service nor should i have to deal wih someone speaking to me in that tone/manner. He then tried to call me back however i did not pick up and rang straight through to the takeaway once again.

food great rest bad. 45 minute delay on delivery and when i chased was told they were busy and so did not deliver at requested time. had there page said that i could have tried elsewhere

Order came in taxi Taxi driver miscalled didn't get out car I had to walk across Rd in the rain to collect the food

The food was good but when the delivery driver came he refused to get out off the car and delivery the food to my door, his excuess was that he was no allowed to leave the car if there was a dog in the garden, the dog was behind a 8ft gate, due this the dessert was cold but other than this the food is normaly good from here

Un salto para grub, no rápido la mejor decoración, pero es lo que es, ordenados mi pollo panini y fuimos en mi camino, afortunadamente sabía media.

We only ordered a few simple items to go with the homemade spicy wedges but actually we ended up been very impressed with our food, The jacket potato was huge fresh and had plenty of chilli con carne and the tuna toastie along with the egg mayo baguette had plenty of filling and all was well worth the money, Without a doubt will be ordering again, Thank you

Food was tasteless and not cooked properly!!

Meals was delivered before scheduled time, food was hot and delicious as always

Well after delivery tried charging me more even though reciept with price was oon the bag I also got the wrong sandwich.. Delivery felt like a con so won't be ordering from there again

Food should have been delivered for 4:10pm. Came at 4:30. Called the shop up at 4:15 and he said a few minutes. Waited for driver outside for another 10. Called back at 25past and got told theres traffic. First time ordering and certainly last. Food was average as it wasnt still as hot. Btw I ordered pasta and chicken salad, there were no folks or tissue provided like is that normal? Didnt like what i had to go through just for a food delivery.

Best paninis and toasties about however ur delivery time is disgusting! Had to ring the takeaway 5 times! Complication with taxi guy not delivering food, however the guy did sort it and bring me out some fresh food after 2hrs. Sort it out mate! Get urself more delivery drivers on.

Did not deliver on the time stated, when rang em they took ages to answer and then said 2-3 minutes, rang again and they said "uv ordered at a busy time so its gonna be another 15-20 minutes" when they told me the delivery guy is on his way 2-3 minz, am still waiting for my refund.. safe.

Todo esto es suficientemente malo, pero también estoy embarazada, así que no se debería comer de comida fecha a mi bebé en riesgo! Nunca volveremos a evitar a toda costa

Fab food, and the delivery guy was polite too which is a massive difference compared to other delivery drivers!

Poor quality food. Awful service, would NOT recommend this BD7 Great Horton Road Branch but the BD8 Branch I will rate 7:10 ... But this branch I give it 1/10

The food was not nice and the menu is a fraud it said free delivery but I got charged £1 and the pasties were meant to be £1 but I got charged £1.30 and the jacket potato was cold and so was the chicken mayo. No taste whatsoever. Never ordering again

I can't tolerate black pepper but my food was covered in it. Went to waste as no one could eat it was that bad. Toastie was very dry but delivery came on time.

Very good food. Fillings were well and good was delivered hot. Delivery time on a Saturday was very good too, had to wait around half an hour. Would reccomend the chicken steak panini

Ordered 2X jacket potatoes and a cold sand which, an hour later and food hadn't arrived. Rang them and they said they stop delivering and that they're busy. Our food had been made but wasn't being delivered for another 20/30 mins, no phone call to make us aware of this. Rang tone quite and got poor customer service on phone

Forgot the straws I asked for and took longer than expected on the delivery.

Didn't even come deliver to my door!! And expected me to leave the house with a new born baby asleep in the house inconsiderate!!!

The meal was good but when we ordered it said total price was £10.50 but when they delivered they asked for £12.25 so i think the website needed to be updated..overall good service as they delivered quikly

Este restaurante chez Deli anuncia batidos de leche para el año pasado y aunque he estado en CADA TIIME están dotados de ninguno. La máquina nunca está trabajando ... Bien arreglarlo o no anuncian ... Tan simple como! El personal es tan grosero! No recomiendo este lugar!

Recientemente visité con mis amigos disfrutamos de la comida el servicio podría haber sido mejor, aunque recomiendo este lugar a personas que desean un buen aperitivo

Usually in-store their food is excellent, one of the best. Though the pressure to keep up the quality may be getting to them.

Took them 2 hours to deliver because the takeaway on just eat was unable to deliver and they passes my order to other branch. Food is always good but not impressed with delivery time.

Slow delivery, incorrect milkshake and desert was not as originally requested. Pleasant people just not very slick.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Cold, late and driver was rude.

The delivery was pretty late, a little over an hour. The food wasn´t great. Tasted much greater pananis. Won´t be ordering from these lot again.

The food is perfect ! Very fresh and would highly recommend ! Deliverytime was right on the minute. HOWEVER..... The service wasnt up to scratch and could be better, things missing from the order after being paid for ! Rang and they were unwilling to send it and said it would be added next time I order.
