Food was amazing and staff was quite friendly. We were only two people and got pretty lucky when it came for the wait but I do recommend booking in advance!

A pleasant lunch in a buzzing restaurant. The food was adequate but not special. For me the pan fried sea bass filets with new potatoes and asparagus were a little overcooked and a too greasy. Good but not great

I had the pleasure of going to this restaurant when I was visiting London. Typical Italian cuisine of excellent quality but even more excellent was the service provided by the manager Gabriele which made the dinner even more pleasant. Top food and service

Every time it gets better and better, delicious dishes. The Manager Gabriele is a professional person who pays attention to details. I recommend it to everyone in London!

To be honest, the restaurant is once nice. Their food is delicious and their prices are reasonable. I always come to them and every time I get someone new, they all like them. I tried many things from them. I tried oven-baked eggplant with Parmesan cheese, delicious. 11/10 Shrimp pasta, I loved it. 10/10 Ravioli, pasta stuffed with ricotta and spinach, I love it, and the sauce is delicious. 11/10. I tried calamari once. It was delicious. 10/10 I tried the risotto balls. I didn’t like it. Honestly, 6/10. The fries were delicious and light. 8/10 The pizza. Light and delicious cheese 9/10

We were treated very kindly by the waiting staff especially the bold gentleman and lady waitress. We both ordered pizza, and it didn’t disappoint. HOWEVER, there is a man with the look of an angry mobster who sits very close to the door (with a diamond earring) And I believe he may be the manager from the way he bossed people around. The problem is that he just stares at you like you owe him money. I mean we could tell that he really had a problem with us, but what could be the issue? We walk in and WE smile and say “hello” and he continues to just stare aggressively the same as we are leaving! We even joked amongst ourselves that we should finish our meal completely, or else that man would come and beat us up. Joke to a side, this is not how you treat customers. We don’t expect special service from anyone, but this felt extremely personal and unprofessional. We were not welcome, we won’t come again.

I ordered a delphino pizza and a diabola arrived due to waitress mistake. Delphino pizza average. Mushroom risotto good, goat cheese salad OK, tiramisou ok. Small and compacted not a place I will visit again, or recommend.

Good service, nice atmosphere. But my friend's pasta was not cooked properly.. It had to take back to recook.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and we absolutely love Delfino. The food is consistently the best Italian food we have had. The ingredients used are always so fresh and tasty. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a lovely vibe. This is my favourite Italian restaurant in London. I would highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert!. Thank you Delfino for another delicious meal and a wonderful evening. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely blown away by the food here! The garlic shrimp salad was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor—the shrimp were perfectly cooked, juicy, and had just the right balance of seasoning and herbs. A fantastic start to the meal! The pasta dish was another standout—rich, hearty, and beautifully presented in a crispy parmesan bowl. The flavors were spot on, with tender meat, fresh pasta, and just the right amount of cheese. Every bite was delicious, and the attention to detail was impressive. Great portions, high-quality ingredients, and amazing execution. Definitely a spot I’d revisit—5/5, highly recommend!

Lunched alone at a cute little corner ‘booth’. Welcomed, advised and served with such courtesy by absolute gentlemen! Best asparagus and pizza (Delfino) I’ve ever had - including in Italy! Thank you - and although I’m not often in London, will definitely return to Delfino’s!

i lost my ring at the restaurant and we came back to check we talked to the people and the waiters they said they didnt find anything and we told them to check the cameras but they said we have to wait until tomorrow until an amazing waiter named wesley came up and said we dont need to wait until tomorrow he took me to the back where they threw the garbages and checked inside TWO TRASH BAGS then he found it so thank you wesley for finding my ring and thank you for your amazing service.

While in London during January 2025, went with a friend for lunch, pre reservation is preferred. All were great food, staff, service and the overall atmosphere of the place. Highly recommended.

Wanted to change the table when we were seated , the manger refused and I said I can wait in que he also refused. One of the worst if not the worst service I have ever seen and I don't recommend it to anyone. The food was ok. They also tried to put some things in the receipt that I didn't order , but I caught it and they just said sry and kept going 😅

The location and food were outstanding—truly authentic Italian cuisine. However, I was disappointed by a staff member’s behavior toward a crying baby. The parents were doing their best to enjoy their meal while taking care of their child. Please be more considerate in the future, as babies can sometimes be unsettled, and it’s not always easy for parents.

Tried this Italian restaurant, and the food did not disappoint! We had the pasta, pizza, beef steak chops, and the Bruschetta salad. All were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. The dishes had an authentic Italian touch, making the dining experience enjoyable from a culinary perspective. However, the restaurant itself is quite limited in space, making it feel a bit tight and crowded. Additionally, the service could have been better—the waiters had a bit of an attitude, which wasn’t the most pleasant experience. Despite that, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit!

Delfino has always been one of my favorite restaurants in London, and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. One waitress was incredibly rude from the start, refusing to seat us at a table and delaying for no reason, insisting it wasn’t set when it clearly was. When she realized no other tables were available, she had no choice but to let us sit, but as soon as we did she loudly said “Now the table is ruined.” I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant before, especially not at a place I used to love. It was truly disappointing.

Excellent service. Phenomenal authentic Italian food. All dishes were perfectly seasoned and well balanced.

We came without a reservation and waited for only 5 minutes. We got a delicious pizza, the dough was a little crispy, and the truffle spaghetti we asked for was more even, and we got it perfect. The risotto balls were delicious, the service was excellent, everything was excellent.

An Italian restaurant, their service is good, but the taste is not. Wow. We ordered a delicious, thin margherita pizza, very ordinary risotto balls, a Caesar salad, may God honor the blessing, and spaghetti with truffles. It tastes ordinary and needs to be done more.. Restaurant removed from the list.

As always Delfino never fails to deliver. My go to dish is their pizza, which I think is the best in London. In fact I won't eat pizza anywhere else. Beyond that it is always a welcoming place with the nicest staff around. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Front room tables too close for my comfort. Back rooms much more suitable. Food was delicious and arrived hot. Servers very nice and relatable Large options for pizzas. Very good if you like thin crust. The lasagne was outstanding and not oily. We didn’t try desserts

As usual we had a fabulous time at Delfinos. We are treated like Royalty by everyone. To our welcome and farewell they treat us with such respect. The food is always wonderful and the wine goes down a treat!!!

When I went to pay the bill, I noticed a 12.5% service charge that I wasn't informed about beforehand. I only realized it after paying, which felt dishonest. Overall, the experience left me unsatisfied, not the same as before because of that waiter.

I walked in and was immediately offered one of the small side tables, which was in an inconvenient location. The food took a little while to arrive, but overall, it was excellent. Pizza Margherita 10/10 Penne Arabiatta 10/10 Eggplant Parmesan 6/10 Burrata Salad wasn’t fresh 5/10

This restaurant is a staple in all my visits to London. Delicious Italian without philosophy, but it is crowded. Early reservations are recommended

The atmosphere in here is very weird - it was super bright lighting and very quiet even though there was a few tables full, and the music kept going loud then quiet again with strange song selections. Area is small with tables feeling crammed together. Also overpriced - we got a pizza and a sprite each and our total bill was £54 (the sprite was £5.50!!!!!! - but the atmosphere was more like £2.50). Weird branding - does not feel traditional Italian despite being advertised as such. Pizza was very mid.

I am a regular at this establishment and i love their food, however on two occasions now i walked in and noticed that they allow dogs inside at the table or sitting under the table. I dont dislike dogs but i dont like eating my food in close proximity. Sorry delfino this should be banned.

I had lunch at Delfino Mayfair and would rate it 4 out of 5. The food was delicious, with generous portions that were very satisfying. However, the restaurant felt quite tight, with no sense of privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable. The value was reasonable given the prime location, but the service could have been better – we had to call the waiters a few times as they weren’t very attentive. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement.

It’s got that classic Italian feel to it. Staff make this place. Very attentive & always smiling. Pizzas were terrific and offer a wide range of options / toppings. The place has a lovely vibe to it. Would definitely go back. Cheers

This pizzeria is fantastic. The pizzas are very good, the dough is thin, the topping is made from fresh food and it is generous. The taste is divine. The service is respectful and fast. A faultless one.

Delicious and wonderful, the service is beautiful, the food is more than wonderful requests; The Margherita pizza I ordered was extra thin and crispy, 10/10 Spaghetti with truffle cream: something beyond imagination. Delicious. The pasta is Italian pasta, true to its origins. It definitely has a bite. If anyone likes it more mature, ask for it: 10/10 Risotto balls: 8/10 Delicious, the sauce has some notes French Fries: 10/10, thin and crispy Prices are about average with 2 diet cokes for 79 pounds

It was a real pleasure to eat in this magnificent restaurant and be served by a professional and even better person like Pepe! Without a doubt, on our next visit to the city we will return because the quality/price of their food is spectacular.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere and the prices are appropriate, but the truth is that the service from one of the waitresses was inappropriate, and it makes you feel uncomfortable and make you want to leave the restaurant. An experience that will not be repeated. Service and hospitality are more important than anything. It is inconceivable that I would eat food and feel unwelcome.

We’ve been going to Delfino since it opened! The food is fabulous and we’ve lived in Italy so we know! Ricardo always does a great job with the staff, but for the first time our service was lacking. We waited a long time before our server even brought us water. Throughout the whole experience, we had to get her attention to come to us. But again I love this place and will continue to return for wonderful food!

Food was excellent, fresh, and good portions (compared to other places in London!). Will go there again for the food!

"Delfino Mayfair" Ohhh!! The salad, salmon, and pasta were the best Italian dishes I've ever had. If you're near Mayfair or Hyde Park in London, this restaurant is a must-visit. I would even reconsider my travel plans just to visit this place again.

The restaurant was clean. Staff seemed to be well trained, great veg options and the mains were very good. Being lunch we didn’t have cocktails or any wines, but I’m sure they would have been great too. We are planning our second visit there.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad meal, despite the service from a very kind and helpful Spanish gentleman. However, the linguine with clams were served with onions, cilantro, and even bell peppers. I pointed this out and did not eat it, but I was still charged for it. I strongly advise against this place; it is not truly Italian.Moreover, while you’re eating, they sweep the dining area, which is disgraceful.
