Del Piero's in Belfast

Ran in to grab a coffee whilst waiting on the bus. Didn't grab the name of the guy serving us as we were in such a rush. Literally best service I've had from anywhere recently, so friendly and the coffee wasn't bad either I may add. My girlfriend quoted, "he's really brightened up my day!"

Forget Centra and the other coffee shops/ delis You can't beat the coffee or the sandwiches, all served by happy staff hoping to make your day a bit brighter

Food: 3/A Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Decor & Style: 2/5 Ordered a caramel iced coffee and for the price it was just average. Nothing fancy, nothing great, just edible enough for me to finish it all! It was in the middle of the city and while waiting for the bus it was convenient for me to come in here, otherwise I probably would not return.

Got the waffles delivered to my office and they were a real hit. Waffles were delivered warm and the ice-cream was brought separately so people could put their ice-cream on the waffles fresh. Would definitely order again!!!

Princess and I visited the cafe in Donegal Square East facing the City Hall for a quick coffee and cup of tea. We liked it so much we called back for our usual coffee and scones morning. A bright cafe with an even brighter welcome, the guys behind the counter were so friendly and brought our order to the upstairs seating. Choose a table or a comfy settee and enjoy your breakfast looking out over the City Hall. They do a great range of cooked breakfast, paninis and toasties to order. We enjoyed our coffee there and will certainly be back. Can highly recommend this wee cafe to everyone, to sit in and chill or just for your morning carry out.

Del Piero’s have a good range of flavours even though the stand in Castle Court isn’t the biggest. Friendly service too.

Everything is so expensive and you only get a few sips of the rainbow slushee and they sell lanyards for so much and we're promoting their brand it makes no sense

Waited patiently at unstaffed counter in Castle Court food court for staff member to return from break - waited a good ten minutes as my little boy very excited about getting his bubblegum ice cream as a treat. Staff member returned while we were waiting having been in clothes shop nearby, and was carrying with her purchases, money, phone etc. Set her belongings down behind counter and proceeded to immediately lift cone and start scooping ice cream having not even washed hands. I asked should she perhaps wash her hands, she said she had already done it that day(!). I replied that yes, but she had just been in Matalan and she insisted 'but I was only buying a tshirt'. Terrible hygiene practice, had to say thanks but no thanks. Won't be back. Disappointed little boy and mum.

Got 2 coffees and 2 traybakes. Great customer service. And great coffee and food. I would recommend to everyone.

I have previously visited here and had the same experience but decided to give it another chance as I usually enjoy my order! However, this specific member of staff (unsure of her name but has a foreign accent) has made my experience awful and to be honest put a downer on my day as she likes to turn her nose up on you! I work round the corner and generally like to treat myself after my shift, only to be treated like a piece of rubbish by this staff member, perhaps I am being picky but personally I would never treat a customer how I have been treated ! , firstly I do not even receive a hello or what can I do for you? Or what would you like? Just point blank looks at me with 0 expression, so I order what I want, still no communication just gets on with the order, doesn’t ask me is that all or anything else etc, sets my drink down then tells me what I owe her, too not even receive a thanks for my money (just general manners whether it’s business or not it wouldn’t go far!) , a good bye, enjoy , nothing! Not even a response when I say thank you, yes some may say it’s just a small cafe in the middle of a shopping centre what more can you expect but manners and to be polite shouldn’t be a task !! , very rude woman, Won’t be back again and do not recommend when she is on shift

First time to try this place but hopefully not our last. We just had tea and a scone which was really lovely. Very pleasant staff and good price £2 each. Although just a 'dock' in the middle of a shopping centre it was clean and I would recommend it.

Had a great experience in the ards town del pieros! My daughter and I went on a Saturday and wewere welcomed by the two friendly girls at the counter! The coffee is to die for and I will definitely be back!

This was my first visit to Del Pedro,s in Newtownards and it will be my last . As I have Coelica disease I have to eat gluten free. In the 12 years since being diagnosed this has been the first place that they could not offer not even a tray bake. Staff friendly but the impression they didn’t know what I was talking about. Have sent a message to them but as of yet no reply. .
