rubbish absolutely disgusting customer service made me travel all the way and said order cancelled 2 minutes before my collection and when I called the reason I was given was they didn't get my order

Absolutely disgusting service ordered of uber eat only received 2 items whn I called shop 1st the girl said someone will deliver it thn she said we got no1 to deliver yet I've been charged what a joke

Poor attitude definitely wouldn't bother even ordering with them instead go to chocbox desserts they are much better!

Absolute shocking customer service young girl on the phone is extremely rude and should not be working in the food industry. Food was stone cold and to top it of half my order was destroyed due to a lid on a mocktail being left open. Girl who answered the phone has a stinking attitude with im really busy wow

Ordered a couple weeks ago via uber eats. I had 2 cookie doughs and a milkshake. Both cookie doughs were flat and small portion for the price. Ice cream that came with the cookie doughs and the milkshake tasted like gasoline. Called the store to complain and the staff apologised saying the machine was broken and would issue a refund. 2 weeks later and no refund has been made. Poor quality food, poor quality customer service!

No refund despite being told i would get one by staff after calling to complain, ice cream tasted like gas, perhaps from a faulty machine. Cookie dough was also very thin

Desserts were not nice at all ordered 2 cookie doughs a waffle and a milkshake. The waffle was undercooked and soggy it tasted like bleach don’t know why. The cookie doughs were really thin and a bit hard. Milkshake was watery specifically put instructions to make it thick. Not impressed at all was recommended by somebody but not happy.
