The overall experience at this place was disappointing. The prices are very high compared to the quality of service and environment offered. It’s difficult to justify such costs when the atmosphere feels neglected and unwelcoming. One of the major issues is the attitude of the staff—unfriendly, unapproachable, and at times even dismissive. Good customer service is essential, especially when guests are paying premium prices, and unfortunately, that standard is not being met here. The environment itself felt poorly maintained, lacking the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail that one would expect. There was also a clear lack of organization when it came to distinguishing between guests and customers. It created confusion and a sense of chaos, as staff didn’t seem to know who was checked in or just visiting. This not only made the experience uncomfortable but also reflected a lack of professionalism and structure. When people choose to stay or visit a place like this, they expect a certain level of quality and care. Unfortunately, this location falls short in multiple areas. Improving staff training, clarifying procedures, and enhancing the environment could help, but as it stands, the overall value and experience are not worth the high cost. So very important issues to be considered.

The guy on the counter afgandi guy is very rude and we try to chat with him but he start saying shit about Pakistan then and food is not very good only to much spice no taste

I have visited three times, and overall, the food is below average. The Chapli kebab is value for money (3 for £14), but the spices are overwhelming. The rice, especially with Qabli palow, was disappointing. However, the mixed grill was good. What truly stands out is the exceptional customer service and the amazing staff who go the extra mile. Plus, the food arrives quickly.

This is one of those places where the atmosphere and setting may not be great but they serve straight up good food. I understood why this place was packed out compared to others. The food was so good and excellent price point. The grilled food was the real star of the show. The charsi kebab was the really star of the show. All the meat is served in an authentic way on the metal skewers. This place is busy and good place if you are after some good quality food.

Very good food and service, only thing I would say is it can get quite loud but that’s not something they can really control Recommended dishes would be: malai boti, masala fish and charsi karahi

Our server was called Atif Khan and he was very nice and friendly and gave us the absolute best service possible. He was very helpful. The food was good and there was no complaints about it.

Food was really tasty and fresh and customer service is 10/10 I must mention ATIF he is star, he make sure all customers get perfect customer service and fresh food.well done atif keep it up.

The place has changed inside; looks cleaner. Fast service. The food was average, nothing special. Prices are thecssmrcas similar places. Recommended? I'm not a fan.

Their karahi is amazing and made fresh. Chapli kabab was good too. A bit crowded and you get the true feeling of Pakistan, they need to work on their ventilation system.

Nice place with variety of food options in continental (Asian) food range from vegetables to chicken qorma and Karahi etc. Service is average during peak hours of restaurant. Average kind of diningenvironment.

Its nice afghani type of dish center, medium quality, good customer serice but not very clean

regular visitor to that place but came to know new management took over. food was not the same, just warm fries n after few minutes became very hard for children to chew. staff need more training and suspects they would be paid less than nmw as only accepts cash as payments so definitely avoiding taxes and all other financial obligations. would not recommend it.👎👎👎👎
