Recently refurbished but nowhere for cyclist to lock up there bike

We had to return the sausages. They were not cooked properly. The waitress that took them away had to hold them at arms length. Nothing wrong with the rest of the breakfast, but that doesn't get away from the fact that if someone ate those sausages they would most likely be very ill. Lots of old folk eat in here guys, try not to kill any of them off because of a negligent chef! It could very well affect future custom. Returned and it's worse than ever! Two girls wandering around not knowing who's food is who's. Wrong orders, missing items. Give it up and let more intelligent people run a better cafe.

After Traveling 7 hrs,came to this tescos cafe,waited 30 mins,then they give me the wrong food,not impressed,waited another 10 mins when they brought food out it was hot and Tasty but my tea had gone cold not happy,also I was not given a recept which I asked for not very happy

Most of the signs on aisles are incorrect. Fruit is where mushrooms should be..

Same as any other of their large stores with a reasonably good selection of products. The upstairs is dedicated to clothing only and the far corner of the store downstairs on the right as you enter has household items. I only came in to buy a few things for lunch etc. This is not my usual store and surprisingly it doesn’t say Tesco Extra on the facade of the building but it is reasonably big inside.

I was exchanging something and the girl behind the desk was so nice and helpful this was about 13.00 she gets 5 stars but I give 3 because there was no soap in the disabled toilet do us disabled people not deserve to wash our hands??? There was plenty in the girls toilet which i struggled to access this is discriminating against disabled people we are not second class citizens we like and need to be clean too

It's got a good selection to choose from. Big and really clean which makes it even better to shop. Will definitely be back.

Tesco is always worth a visit wherever you go, this store in particular gets extremely busy at times, however we both found the staff to be pleasant and polite.

The girl that dealt with my inquiry was very helpful,very pleasant

Big clean tidy well stocked store only thing I didn't like was the clothing department the layout felt like no thought had been put into it it was really untidy and sizes on hangers were all wrong

Popped in for breakfast before an appointment. I've never been here before and was lleasntly surprised how peaceful the cafe is. Very clean, staff were pleasant. And the food was very reasonable and tasty.

Good store. Big and clean. Well stocked but the dates on most of the fruit and veg are pretty poor at times.

I know this isn’t the staffs fault but the shop is a complete and utter MESS. There’s far too many self check out tills, put the ones back with people on them! It’s doing them out of a job and why on EARTH did they decide that changing it around would be a good idea?! I went in today and I was up and down the shop like a yo-yo. Is this some sort of new scheme to get people to exercise more? I probably burned about 800 calories just walking around trying to find stuff!!! I will not be shopping here again as it’s too stressful. It’s been completely ruined and I feel bad for the staff who are equally as confused and have to work there. The music is also FAR too loud, it gave me a headache. Someone I know doesn’t want to shop here anymore either for the music because they have autism and find it hard to go in when the music is so loud. They get stressed and it’s so inconsiderate. Go to a different shop, this one doesn’t deserve your time.

Cafe needs new staff with manners and a smile

Had been to the cafe in Tesco, where we were served with uncooked mushroom and tomato with no avocado but some uncooked spinach, nasty veg sausage and baked beans! The lady at the counter didn't even ask if I had Clubcard and when I presented my Clubcard she gave me the receipt and told me to get them put on to my card at the customer Service. I went there, to my surprise the lady at customer service said that the points have already been added to my card making me wonder how on earth did that even happen! Which is when I noticed that the points were NOT added to my card but the lady at the cafe had added it to a card of her choice, STEALING my Clubcard points! BEWARE and make sure that YOUR points are going to YOUR card and not someone else's

Not bad but the food is always a few days away from going out of date. What use is a big loaf of bread to someone when it goes out of date the next day? Salad and fruit also doesn’t stay fresh for long. Prefer asda or M&S

Had a cooked Breakfast,the fried egg was disgusting asked for a replacement was given another one that was equally as bad. Very disappointing.

Nice shop but the strawberries are always moldy before their expiry date and its often multiple packs at a time as if the fruit and veg team don't check them regularly.

Same as most other Tesco stores. Was very busy on my visit.

Social distancing measures in-place and customer numbers controlled by customer counting tech at the door. Could do with reducing the max customer numbers in-store at any one time though as unfortunately some people can't be trusted not to walk up shoulder to shoulder with other customers, putting themselves and others at risk even if it's just for some toothpaste or grapes etc. I've yet to see any self-service tills in any supermarkets have the screens wiped between customers, or at least have the option for you to wipe them.

A very large store, with lots of choice, but can have some rude staff that will walk into you instead of going around!

Didn't have any of the items in stock I required, disappointing concidering the area it covers , probably better range in cumbernauld branch ,

It has a wide selection of stuff to pick from and the kids love the shop. 10/10

There are some extremely lovely, pleasant and nice staff members in this store who really do go out their way to help. The store is of a pretty good size and they sell a wide range of products from laptops to fresh produce. Also have good deals on from time to time.

Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Store is spotless, friendly helpful staff and great savings, couldn't ask for more.

Visited store before 8, very busy with shelf stackers & delivery orders. Got what I was looking for. Staff always very pleasant and helpful.

Very good smiling staff everything I shopped for was in stock.

Don't go for Becks beer or Miller beer. Only Tesco in my area and it doesn't sell the beers I want. Had to go to Asda so I just did my shopping there and will be from now on.

Walked all the way there at 2 AM as it says it's 24hr and it's closed. Normally open but this time different with no notice on doors or windows

Always shop here it’s a great store and I love a one stop shop.

Good store, staff friendly and helpful. One ongoing problem being ever time I enter the store with my radio for work I am asked to switch it off. After repeatedly stating i have colleagues on hold 24/7 i am again asked to switch it off by the security guards. Kind of stopped now as i would always just walk away and keep it on as i don't have an option.

The staff are unhelpful and clueless: Example A - Was buying alcohol and was asked to show ID, which I gladly handed over. The lady at the til then said "This says you're 19....". I replied "yes I am 19". She then said I need to be over 21 to buy alcohol. I thought it was a joke at first, she was being serious... Example B - I asked where I could find cellotape after hunting for 5 minutes. The lady stocking shelves told me "it's below the pens"..."where's that?" I asked. She replied "I don't know, find it yourself". 😂 I despair. They also don't have anyone who can serve you electronic goods up stairs. You need to hunt for someone down on the ground floor and take your item to them. Other than this, it's a Tesco. What do you expect?

Nice restaurant within Tesco in Coatbridge. Average food but edible. Handy if you’re looking for a snack before and after shopping. Wouldn’t go here specifically for a meal mind you. Just a convenience restaurant.

5 Star because I got a reduced fresh pizza for 37p! Maxed out on the toppings too. Winner!

Very clean, comfortable and great ambience for a cafe in a supermarket. Prices are competitive and a wide range of food and drink options. Staff very friendly and professional. Great tasting latte and bowls of chips are very good value for money. Good all round experience after shopping in the supermarket.

I've been a Tesco shopper for as long as i can remember between my grocery shop i spend a fortune on f and f clothing I and handbags. I have every colour of cardigans that is there but I have found I only need to wash them once and they are ruined because they bobble all over another thing u don't cater people that needs a short leg also all the tops and blouses are all nylon which a lot of people can't wear I have now found another store that has a range of every I have just mentioned so u have lost a valuable customer and I would not recommended your range to anyone.

Cafe is disgusting NOT a smile in site from any of the staff food was disgusting bacon was raw and sausage was that hard it would have knocked you out..needless to say we wont be back........

La comida en este restaurante en la tienda no es muy bueno, la verdad es que no hay mucho que se puede decir que es buena. Nunca es una buena señal cuando estas en restaurantes tienda están vacías la mayoría del tiempo y que realmente no debería haber sido sorprendido cuando visitamos. Sin duda no te prisa en volver!

Just visited... My local store. Can honestly say that you get more interaction with self serve than you do from a member of staff serving you. Poor show!

Peaceful happy experience found everything I was looking for and plenty of space 2 move with my big pram and oxygen and special needs baby although when I was in last week I was served by a very ignorant lady who would rather talk 2 the lady behind me because she knew her and totally ignore every word that came out my mouth.

Depende de a qué hora te dan la comida. Si tendrá la suerte de estar allí cuando la comida es sacan (estilo buffet) entonces no tendrás un desayuno mal, comer comida si no tiende a secarse bajo las lámparas de calefacción. Poco o perder.

It's got a great selection of groceries, freshly made food and some really good wines and beer's. It has an excellent cafe and it's competitively priced too the staff are kind and helpful and there's parking to suit families and disabled customers.

Has a small cafe, opticians, phone shop, cash machines, timpsons and petrol station.

Shop well laid out can do everything under one roof.

Was quite dirty when I arrived, the food is over priced. They told me that they have "run out of burgers". A very poor excuse considering you're in a Tesco. Don't bother with the gingerbread latte, you can't taste the ginger. Overall wouldn't bother coming again.

Used cafe was very good, improved since last came. Really nice decor and plenty of seating including comfy sofas. Plenty of choice for food, was made fresh and very helpful and friendly staff. Went round store for biscuits, very big with plenty of choice.

Massive store is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside

Ordered 2 breakfasts, no beans no tomato, both served at table with tomato and beans, these things happen, but when girl returned with breakfasts they had given us same bacon and egg smeared with beans and tomato.apart from that it would have been a nice breakfast.food reasonably priced..drinks expensive.now called The Cafe.

I am mostly at Tesco every other week and I love the store they have a fabulous variety of different items there clothing department is so big and there electrical department is also good And the staff are so helpful.

Good range and prices but terrible service - staff are usually too busy talking to each other, trolleys and baskets are all knackered and never get fixed and complaints don't get listened to.

It's a supermarket. Does exactly what you would expect. No more, no less. Given the trend towards self server checkouts and the fact that you therfore often don't even speak to a member of staff it's hard for the place to stand out as any the more than average. Tends to well stocked and pricing is competitive. I prefer some of the ranges carried here over to choices in the other local supermarket. The non grocery section in particular is very good.

Hit or a miss, take a microwave to heat your food up. Price for a coffee was a bit OTT. Otherwise go to Greggs for a bacon n sausage roll and a latte for £2

Went here for breakfast and I must say it's not up to much. Food wasn't very hot and the price of coffee is shocking. Not one member of staff spoke to us the whole time we were there.

It has a decent brunch breakfast buffet and a carvery later on which is not bad and not what you would be expecting when you go to tesco as the old restaurants were not food.

Parece depender cuando visite terrazas. El desayuno es un poco impredecible. Como es de estilo buffet si tiene la suerte de tener la comida recién preparada, entonces está bien, pero si llegas cuando la comida ha de estar secando sobre las lámparas de calor y luego te la comida seca. Menú de la cena es de nuevo bien. Depende de quien te sobre la carne. Cuando fuimos era un carvary y las porciones eran débiles. Para resumir. Recogida ur. Ver para comida fresca que se ponen. Y pedir más si son un poco tacaños con las raciones.

Ayer fue en con la familia ((debo decir) y estaba muy impresionado hemos estado buscando una opción para cenar el domingo como nuestro local han dejado de hacerlo! Hemos estado en restaurantes locales y el pub/local Toby. Quién sabía que nos íbamos a encontrar lo que buscábamos en un Supermercado Tesco? Carne y verduras eran exuberantes en alrededor de un fiver menos de Toby para una mejor calidad asado!! El personal era excelente Lynn quien era el chef fue muy amable y creo que era realmente interesado en lo que estaban haciendo ese día, así como el irlandés chica

Had lunch with family & friends we were visiting in the area, I was slightly anxious as I wouldn't normally go to a supermarket for lunch but OMG full on carvery it was amazing (better than crown) the staff were really friendly and my daughter got lots of attention, would recommend if in the area

not the usual type of cafe you get in a supermarket, this one is a just a bit different, very cosy and you forget you are even in a supermarket. Amazing breakfast that you can help yourself and pay at the till. The coffee is also very good. busy wee place. Will be a regular now.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. The décor is a bit Spartan but the food was better than expected in a supermarket. We had soup & roast meat sandwich (choice of meats). The beef for the sandwich was cut from a fresh carvery joint and was delicious and hot. We also had salad or veg with it, which made it good value, but less so if you had it on its own. Staff friendly and helpful.

Decks is a real find. Good food and good selection with good prices. No frills but clean and tidy. Staff excellent and always able to help...and all with a cheery smile. We stayed at a nearby hotel and used this for breakfast every day. Just inside the Tesco store, bags of free parking...all you need.

Breakfast has gone down a bit of late. I always enjoy my breakfast in here but not so much now food not very nice

My husband and I popped in here last week for breakfast but wish we hadn't bothered. There was food lying on the floor at our our table,the cutlery was dirty so we had to ask for some clean ones. The food that day wasn't good and definitely not good value for money.

This Extra store has a large mezzanine level housing a decent electrical dept and large clothing dept. But despite its huge size, the rest of the store has a couple of disappointments. I feel that the fresh fruit and vegetables section is very poor with a smaller range of fruit than some other local Extra stores. Other offerings are on a par with other Extra stores with all depts represented. There are currently two self service checkout areas, but the scan and go area is cramped and seems to be an afterthought. Parking is shared with the rest of the Faraday Retail Park and is very busy, not so that you'll have difficulty getting a space, more that it is frustrating to navigate at times, both in a vehicle and on foot.

Stopped here for the carvery lunch before doing some shopping, Lovely food and great prices and get clubcard points too!! Will be back as frequent Tesco Coatbridge often!
