Terrible at replying, don’t even bother going! So messaged on instagram 3 weeks prior asking if it was possible to re order, still never had a reply, so decided to email (1 week before I needed the donuts) checked my junk mail every few days in case it went in there, still nothing! & I even tried to call the home phone a few times around 1:30pm giving enough time to open ect, I’m aware it’s a small business owner and can be busy but how can you tell customers to email/ text in when you don’t even answer! Terrible service, I still haven’t got any email/message back. Doogle donuts is 100% better and very friends and can pre order and pick up rather than wasting your time here waiting for a simple reply. I have also tried the donuts from here too 2 years back and I can confirm Doogle donuts is way better!

We got 2 boxes of donuts to try oh my word if you love sweet stuff this is the place to go millionaire shortbread was lovely the galaxy donut was to die for. I would definitely recommend plus the staff were lovely

Been here few times each time disappointed but gave it another go, sadly no more visits here for us, there just average deserts which are over priced in are opinion

Decent indeed but nothing more. We stopped here because my wife was drooling at their Instagram. Unfortunately we arrived 2.5 hours after opening and many of their goodies had sold out so we were limited to 2 donuts, a few cookies and cookie pie. We decided to get the both donuts (kinder and milky bar), milky bar cookie, double chocolate cookie and the cookie pie. The donut were generously filled and were quite tasty, although quite sickly. I actually preferred the cookies which were quite soft in the middle. The cookie pie we gave to my brother who appeared to enjoy it. Overall, 3 stars is fair. Nothing particularly special. There are many places like this opening up offering similar quality. Maybe with less limited stock I’d give a 4 star so I’ll maybe return if passing.

Such a lovely bakery and the staff were really nice. I had a coffee and a brownie they were so fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend! Thank you

Federation House 88 Hope Street next to the Philharmonic Theatre, Liverpool L1 9BW EnglandAs always the Premier Inn is one of my top places to stay and I know it's going to be comfortable and clean. The only down side was the check in as it was self check in but the key cards wouldn't work so we had to wait for someone from the restaurant, not a massive problem but there were a few people that were also waiting. The staff were lovely and friendly and stored our luggage so we could explore the city.
