Dawley Chicken in Hillingdon

Didn’t follow instructions to put tomato sauce on the base instead of BBQ. Pizza was sweet & I didn’t enjoy it

Not value for money. I had put in a special request which was obviously ignored. Size of the coleslaw provided was very small given I had ordered a family meal there was barely enough coleslaw for one person. The food was dry and chicken was very stringy.

This place has really gone downhill the food and portions used to be excellent, but now every time you order they never get the order right. Missing chips, missing sides, incorrect amount of chicken etc. When you try challenge it via Ubereats you get nowhere. Its very unfortunate as I really liked this place, but id avoid it just to save yourself the anger!

Fried chicken wings were dry, coating was crunchy enough though, spice was ok. Overall taste was mediocre at best. Chips were cooked fresh, but weren't really anything special, overall not worth the money, wouldn't bother again...

Peri peri chips, slushies in a little cup, and obviously chicken, decent for not much money

This time round not happy with service and food asked for 10 hot & spicy wings only gave 9 in box, got a piece of plastic glove in steak burger.

Extremely rude, arrogant and stingy place. Beware!!!!Worst customer service ever. Took the order on the phone and said 15mins. 20mins later I reach the shop, he goes he has only half the order!!! I asked if that it ready.. He said yes. Then he goes and starts making it. 45mins wasted! The person had no appreciation of his countless lies!
