Annoyed as there were no toilets that could be used. I thought the health and safety law in the UK was that all establishments serving drinks and food must have hand washing facilities and public conveniences. Hope these facilities are introduced soon!! Ray

A great local coffee shop offering excellent coffee and a range of smoothies. Situated opposite the village green giving an opportunity to meet friends outside during these strange times.

It's a delight to have such a wonderful little coffee shop in Milton. Lovely coffee, cakes, savoury bites... incredibly helpful staff and it overlooks the green. Perfect.

Dashwood’s is a great coffee shop in the centre of the village. We stopped for coffee & cake after visiting the park and it was lovely. Super friendly staff, great food and wonderful coffee. We will be visiting again and I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely coffee and delicious carrot cake here while meeting friends. A warm welcome and good choice of cakes, drinks and snacks. Also a lovely view of the village green. We were able to park in the street but there is space across the road. There was also seating for four people outside on the pavement. There was a ‘special’ Milkshake on offer of Twix Facebook @dashwoodscoffee

Fantastic pub, excellent on all fronts from high quality food, friendly service to really nice ambiance of a genuine old english pub feel. I particularly enjoyed the home made sauerkraut, potatoes which were sweet and buttery without any need for salt or anything else, just quality ingredients throughout. My kids also finished all their plates - thank you again

A truly wonderful spot for lunch in Chipping Norton! The atmosphere is amazing — cozy and peaceful with lovely acoustic vibes inside. We enjoyed sitting in the garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees, which made the experience even more special. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the owner, Selahattin, personally came over to chat with us, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was fantastic! The cake was amazing, and the hot chicken salad was a real highlight. They also serve a lovely English breakfast, plus homemade traditional favourites like soups, lasagna, spaghetti bolognese and more…. Also, it’s a very kid-friendly place relaxed, welcoming, and with plenty of space for little ones to enjoy the garden while you unwind. Such a charming place with a warm, relaxed vibe. Definitely one of the most stunning cafés in Chipping Norton. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to visit again! #ChippingNorton #TheOldMillCoffee #HiddenGem #LovelyAtmosphere #GreatFood #FriendlyStaff #CozyCafe #GardenVibes #HomemadeDelights #EnglishBreakfast #CafeReview #FoodLovers #RelaxAndEnjoy

Went through the drive thru for a quick coffee. Pulled up to the speaker and said what i wanted. Young lady proceeded to ignore everything i’d said and asked a bunch of questions that i had already answered. I asked for oat milk but they had ran out which is ridiculous for a coffee place. The most popular non-dairy should always be in stock. I didn’t want to complain as i know hospitality can be hard and things happen, it’s the person who did the ordering’s fault not theres. then i asked for caramel syrup, paid extra for caramel syrup. We pull up to the window and they proceed to not say anything as we pull up and when they pass us the drinks, the rudest customer service i’ve ever seen. Then as my partner drives away and we join the a40 i taste my drink to find there has been chocolate powder spilled all over the cup which is now on my clothes and there is no syrup in my drink. Absolutely disgraceful and will not be going back here ever again.
