Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Staff are always so nice.

Plenty of parking also seats inside. Staff friendly and happy to help. There is also a drive through if you want a Costa on the go. It's attached to a Travel Lodge, there is a Lidl across the road and a Shell Petrol Station.

Why have they changed this Costa into something resembling a McDonalds I wonder. I have been a regular of this cafe since it opened, but I doubt that’s going to continue. And if this is the way Costa is going, it’s a goodbye to the chain from me. Awfully uncomfortable chairs, tiny tables, no sofas and the atmosphere is plainly none-existent now. Shame. I feel for the people working there because they are all great.

As per usual great service with great staff way better than star-yukks.The drive thru is great & easy to get to, and back on to the A40 from both directions. Recommended to pop thru if you're on your way to Oxford city centre, you'll be in traffic soon and needing food & drink. Also they will accept Stanley cups, be nice, be happy

Very efficient and friendly service. Plenty of free parking at lunchtime, spare tables and easier to get to than the town centre coffee shops.

I ordered from costa 8.38 they said my estimate time 8.50 and 9.05 am then they swap to 9.16 . Then Tey was to 9.33 . I'm sorry but for what I have been paid for my hot coffee or my hot sandwich then I got them ston cold!!!!! The driver where been lying, and I can't even get back my money .

This is actually one of the best costa's in Witney. The staff here are always so lovely and friendly.

Always positive from a can-do, friendly team, always moving fast and delivering service as fast as possible. Always apologise when busy and talk to the customers. Brilliant leadership from John, and his performance runs right through the team. Excellent staff make this place but great, big airy venue that's great for kids and good coffee and food too. And drive through is a big bonus when kids are asleep. I'm there multiple times a week.

Brilliant staff amazing lady behind the Counter I have coeliac disease and the lovely lady make sure that put my coffee was done wonderful she cleaned the coffee maker twice so I was ok thank you so much ❤️

The majority of the staff are lovely. Especially the younger members. But, there's one chap who I think is the manager who is quite rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. If he was a bit politer I'd feel less awkward about going in as I enjoy working here.

Great coffee. Fab staff. Lovely to have a drive through in Witney too. Had a lovely tasty chai latte with a toasty. Perfectly made and served with a smile. Well done Witney Drive through costa. First Class. A thought ... Maybe you could train Botley, Oxford drive through staff to smile and not to talk about their personal lives so graphic and in hearing if the whole seating area!

They were very low on vegan options but staff were super helpful.

Good service, well made coffee, but the outside seating area has ashtrays and is often full of smokers coughing relentlessly. The area needs to be made no smoking, especially since Oxfordshire is going smoke free in public places in short order.

Really like this Costa out of all the ones in witney, always friendly staff and I don't beleive we have had to send a cup back as not made correctly. And they even bring it to your table especially as this one is quite a busy drive through, always staffed as I belive the workers like working this branch opposed to others.

Lovely Costa available off the A40. Good drive through services and excellent staff there. Rousing encouragement from a fellow working there once when I ordered a Green Tea for my wife. I gave my order of a green tea over the tannoy with a response of 'Green Tea? Go on mate!' Lasting memory for my wife and me as it was hilarious. Also the Biscoff Cheesecake is amazing, especially for dairy-free eaters such as myself.

We like it as it is not overwhelmed with noises due to my medical issues.

I really like this Costa, but the service is poor and it seems to either be closed or closing early. At least four times I have made a special effort to go only to find it closed or be told they are closing early.

Nice drive thru use regularly on my lunch. Good staff & nice inside. Only thing stopping me giving a 5* is their is only one serving window. If there is more than 4 cars service gets really slow compared to those costas with 2 serving windows

Great service, nice spot to park. Located next to a small Waitrose and a big Aldi, near a roundabout for the Faringdon/Swindon way in A420, super convenient. The shop is lovely, has plugs for people who want to work, has a small outside seating area. Very pleasant.

The non drive thru, drive thru, asked for my sugar to be put in for me and was told its not allowed so had to stop to do it, totally defeats the object of a drivethru.

Whilst the character coffee is bereft of true character, it remains a character one would not wish to encounter in a dimly illuminated nocturnal alleyway.

So cold in this Costa, needed thermals on to go for a coffee. Glad to go outside to get warm...and it's only 18C out there!

Very relaxed coffee inside today. Clean and very Covid safe. Staff very friendly and coffee great as usual.

Perfect. I am a finicky customer, I asked for a decaff oat milk cortado and a panini. It was quite busy as it was late lunch but the staff were the perfect balance of chatty, friendly and efficient. Going to make this my favourite costa.

Two times before I’ve been given semi skimmed instead of oat milk. Today I asked for oat milk again and the barista repeated it back to me and went to pour regular milk before I had to remind him. Then when my drunk was finished it wasn’t the finished drink. The barista was in no hurry and looked completely bored of his job.

Visited this Costa yesterday as my regular and absolutely loved the incredible staff that really perked up my day Alex and Natalie thank you for being so lovely!

Quick and easy, great costumer service. Good in times like these if you can’t sit inside the cafe, can just sit in your car in the car park.

Won't allow you in with your dog to order a takeaway. Costa is very inconsistent with its approach to dogs, some allow you in others don't. Thank god for Cafe Nero and other local independant coffee shops who don't discriminate against Dog owners.
