We bought meat as we usually do and spend a lot of money.Unfortunitely we were charged for sirloin steak instead of flat rib chops,a difference of £22.the butchers agreed to refund but the office is impossible to reach as there is never anyone there. I am in my 80s and can only visit with disability transport.l cannot afford to lose £22

Lots of great produce like butcher counter, deli and amazing ice cream parlour, similar to Gloucester services with restaurants and a few shops. However this is all let down by a terrible layout, there is no obvious flow to the inside layout or the car park. Easy to get split up, turned around and frustrated finding the payment areas and toilets. This leads to the place feeling like it's heaving with people even when it's not. Great outside area for kids and dogs, just prepare yourself for the chaos.

Beautiful produce laid out artfully, but you wouldn’t want to do your weekly shop here. We stopped for brunch and both had the Shakshouka (a Maghrebi dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, olive oil, peppers, onion, and garlic, spiced with cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper). Tasty but the egg was over cooked 🙁. Coffee and a pastry delicious. Price for 2 of us £32! Ouch! I must say the service was pleasant, friendly and efficient. The car park signage was inadequate with cars going the wrong way trying to find the exit. Nice for an occasional visit. I can’t comment on any other facility but it was busy and well stocked.

Terrible!..rude stuck up staff. Trying to buy some herbal tea and one lady didn't move despite me being right next to her then another staff lady came to chat to her. She didn't say ohh a customer can't see?..just carried on chatting with me virtually in the middle feeling invisible. Then went to deli counter. I asked for 1 gluten free scotch egg. The staff lady said..do I want the reduced one?..funnily enough If i wanted the reduced one..I would of asked for it. How rude!.. Don't judge customers and listen to what they have asked for. The scotch egg which is now £4.99. Was bland. No herbs or flavour. Glad my experience was only a one off passing visit.

I had intended to visit this establishment for some time, but was ultimately disappointed. The ploughman's platter was underwhelming and offered poor value. The portion sizes, particularly the ham, were exceptionally small; I've rarely encountered such meager servings. The bread was insufficient. While the Devon Blue cheese was palatable, the overall quantity of food was inadequate. A sandwich, costing £6 less, would have provided a significantly larger portion of ham and bread, along with accompaniments. The accompanying chips were overcooked to the point of being inedible. Furthermore, the venue's layout was disorganized and chaotic, leading to frequent collisions between patrons. The establishment is overpriced and overrated; a light lunch costing £100 and leaving one unsatisfied is unacceptable.Been meaning to try this place for a while but quite disappointing in all fairness. The "platter" or Ploughman's to you and I was shocking and terrible value for money. I don't think I have ever had such a small amount of Ham or meat. One stodgy bit of bread is indeed all you need. The Devon Blue Cheese was nice and so was the tiny piece of Ham. For £6 less you could get triple the amount of Ham and triple the amount of bread by ordering a sandwich which also comes with a garnish. A side order of chips were ordered and they were cooked by someone clearly terrified of under cooking them as the potatoe had gone into shock and fled. See pictures. The whole site is badly organised and laid out with people going in all directions not knowing where they should be going so just knocking into everyone. Absolute chaos. One of those places massively over hyped and over priced with it. £100 for a light lunch in a café and leaving hungry is not good.

Stopped here for a light lunch and coffee as we know it good food. However there appears to be limited indoor seating and food choices if you have a dog. That said we were satisfied with what was available. We also used the Tesla supercharger which due to the older design requires a bit of imaginative parking for non Tesla cars as the leads are short. Great price though and good charging rate.

Very disappointed, very much not a farm shop really anymore. outdoor seating but so little available in terms of food. One very small hut serving drinks, no sandwiches were available, directed to the deli, which is great but if you have a dog with you, you can't go in. All indoor eating had big queues. A good selection of hot and cold sandwiches would be good for people to buy and then sit outside, or better still at least 1 dog friendly cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Used to love all the smaller retail options, gifts, toys etc

Would have been maximum stars however many there were. Multiple outlets within this huge complex, all stocked to overflowing with massive variety. Maybe a little pricey, but the stock is all high-end, top of the range, and superb quality. The choices seem endless. The star of the complex is undoubtedly the food hall. There can't be any better in the whole of the UK! If they don't stock it, I don't think it exists. The butcher section is really something else. The highest quality meat and poultry, organic, local, aged to perfection. Every conceivable cut is displayed. Very competitively priced. Extraordinary value, considering the unparalleled quality. I think that there must be an artist in residence because the displays of produce are worth the visit alone !

We went to darts farm for lunch today. Got sat down within five minutes of waiting in the queue, we were served quickly which was great. However, my lemonade came out after five minutes, then my friend’s fish and chips shortly after, and that was it for about 10 or so minutes. The smoothie finally came out, and they apologised, then realised the pizza wasn’t here yet. It was another 10 minutes before they came back saying your pizza will be 15 minutes, it was just 15 minutes in the end. I don’t mind having to wait for food because it was obviously just, but when my friend had finished eating (it was getting cold waiting so she ate it), mine had just come out. Bring the food out together if it’s going to take that long. I don’t know if the pizza was missed or forgotten about but it wasn’t great. The staff were incredibly apologetic and the food was nice, but it just made it less enjoyable.

Two others were fine, on inspection the filter had been put in upside down, but too hot to do this ourselves- server took it from us ( as if we were making a fuss) saw her alter it, then just placed it heavily on the table, no apology or explanation or even a smile. What a great place to visit. If you've visited Gloucester services on the M5, it's like that but larger and cheaper. If shopping doesn't float your boat there are walks through their nature reserve. Cotswold Outdoor have one of their largest outlets in the country, RSPB are there, Fired Earth, 3, I think eateries, a large farm shop which should be able to supply food for all tastes. I enjoyed the chips and batter but the food was horrendously greasy. To the point it was dripping through the bag and hardening on the sides of the box. Please find a way to reduce the amount of grease as it makes the food extremely difficult to eat and got the inside of my car covered.
