I popped in after having a really bad day and Lucas at Dark Habit just change things around for me. I came in not being able to pay by card as I had lost my phone earlier in the day. I asked if I could pay by cash and the very friendly barista Lucas politely answered that unfortunately they were unable to take any other form of payment other than card. When he saw I was about to leave he offered to make me a coffee for free. I had some spare coins but he insisted that I just have it on the house. It's great to see that there are still businesses and people that care about people more than money. The coffee I got was one of the best I've ever had in London, the place is very clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff is brilliant, welcoming and very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Nice place to go if you're looking for the best coffee around!

Best Mocha Frappuccino I have ever had! Super friendly staff. I will defiantly be back or at least until Starbucks reopens.

Amazing coffee but unfortunately poor service. Very unfriendly towards children. Sadly, we will not be back even though we loved their coffee.

basically good coffee, but you feel like the staff make you feel like there doing you a massive favour by making this coffee for you, i just dont get it there was a women with a young child being served before me and the little girl was asking the staff member some inquisitive questions and the staff member was just obviously ignoring this girl and refusing to chat back to her, i thought that was very rude. if you dont like parents with kids dont open a coffee shop outside a primary school in Queens park i will not be going back to this place

The place wants to be a speciality coffee place for connaisseurs. Given the previousness of the staff (declining milk ???) this cant survive for long. Disappointing

Always warm welcoming with excellent taste of coffee. We just recently switched to OAT milk and here is the best compare to other coffeeshops. Today we tried some chocolate bars that matched pretty well with or coffee.

If you genuinely like coffee and prefer to drink it the way it should be drunk - black and sugar free - you must visit Dark Habit. These guys have coffee making down. Without a doubt the best around.

Coffee for real coffee lovers and right beside the excellent Salusbury Farmers Market. Drink and buy some of the best coffee London has to offer. Fabulous venue.

Excellent "milky coffee" served here with really good staff. Not much on offer to eat, but certainly worth a coffee stop!

I love this place: the team are clearly totally passionate about coffee and the minute details of how to make a brilliant cup. They are real experts. My working day is so much better having them round the corner.. puts a smile on my face knowing they are there.

At first I thought I didn't like the taste as it was so different to Costa. Then I realised I was drinking real coffee and that's why it tasted so different, but so good. I love that this place is 6 steps from my office. I'll be back.

Dark Habit is a boutique coffee place that also has a limited menu of cakes. Their coffees are outstanding and so is their banana bread. They have moved in to new location, adjacent to their old one which they shared with a sushi place, and it is just evolving. Limited seating though. Queues can be quite long on the weekends with the barista in no hurry to rush their artisanal coffee making methods - good thing.

Best coffee in Queens Park a niche little place that has a great Japanese sushi bar at the back which is independent and has excellent quality japanese sushi - coffee and sushi (I take it out) they have also made me sushi when they have already begun to close and I was starving - excellent to have coffee on a sunday then stroll the local market come back and have sushi!!

This place is like a parody of trendy London. You'd think you have stumbled onto a film set with its bearded hipster. Barristas, reclaimed industrial chic, web designers sitting at their MacBooks and yummy mummies chatting. But don't let that put you off. The coffee is perfect and much better than the milky pap they serve in Gail's.

Far and away the best coffee for miles around. You may have to queue for a little while as they take their time getting it right, but it's top drawer stuff, every time. I agree the baristas can be a bit too kool, but at...

Lowered in quality since Tricycle Theatre was poorly renamed as The Kiln. Maybe a return to true name would up the quality of food also
